Kiinteistön tarina:
Tämä upouusi neljän tarinan koti on rakennettu erityisesti ryhmille, jotka vierailevat hämmästyttävässä Music Cityssä! Siinä on kaikki mitä voit pyytää ja enemmän. Se on Downtown, vain viiden korttelin päässä Germantownin sydämestä ja vain kahden kilometrin päässä kaikista Honky-Tonksista, jotka alkavat 2. kadulla Music and Entertainment -alueella. Kun astut sisään pohjakerrokseen, asut kodit keräämään tilaa biljardipöydällä, pubipöydällä ja tikanheitolla.

Pohjakerroksessa on yksityinen ajotielt�� ja autotalli sekä GAME ROOM. Pelihuoneessa on biljardipöytä ja tikanheitto, jossa on paljon istumapaikkoja. Great place with nice roof deck and hot tub. Slept 8 comfortably. Not downtown but an easy Uber (or bird). Would stay here again

Everything was exactly as described! My only complaint would be that there isn’t enough seating in the living room.. we couldn’t all sit and watch the football games (there were 6 of us) but other then that very clean and the beds were SOO comfortable!

Nashville Birthday!!

The house was roomier than expected and no one was tripping over anyone while moving around. Location was good but thought we were closer to Broadway. Nothing a quick shared ride didn’t cure. Overall a nice quiet area and would do it again

Spacious house

The house was spacious and very clean. There was lots of room to spread out and plenty of bathrooms for our large group. The hot tub was huge! We had some troubles with getting into the house because the pin code didn't work at first. Also the mattresses on the bottom floor were squeaky and uncomfortable. The ones on the second floor were absolutely delightful. The roof deck was a wonderful place to hang out in Nashville's fall weather.

Great reunion house for girlfriends

Centrally located property in walking distance to the farmer's market and many restaurants. It was too hot to enjoy the rooftop deck, but space was plentiful for 5 girlfriends to enjoy time together. The outdoor spa was clean and well maintained. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms were spacious. Our only difficulty was using the TV. Michael was very diligent in trying various TV options, but we had to go to a sports bar to watch Wimbledon.

There was so much space for our group of 11 and the property was in the perfect location - in walking distance to breweries, coffee shops and restaurants, and just a short Uber away from downtown. Perfect for large groups

We had a large group visiting for a 21st birthday. The property manager was extremely responsive to our request for early check in. The home was clean, modern and nicely decorated. The kitchen area with the large island and table provided plenty of seating.The beds were comfortable. and we appreciated the private den with 2 additional single beds in order to accommodate our large group.We had time to enjoy the gameroom and used the upstairs patio every morning to have our coffee. Unfortunately, we did not have time to use the hot tub. We wish we could have stayed longer. We will definately rent here again when we return to Nashville.

Beautiful home, poorly cleaned

This may have been aberration, but the property was not cleaned when we arrived. The fridge had been overlooked altogether, dirty surfaces and we found someone else’s toenail in the bedsheets :-( The property management company was responsive and offered to send a cleaner over, but I preferred to just clean it myself. The house itself is beautiful and the location was great - it felt safe and was quiet. There are lots of stairs so not ideal for anyone with limited mobility.

March 2018 Stay

Amazing house, excellent location. I don’t think we spent more than $6 on an Uber anywhere we went. Was a bachelor party weekend and people were from all over. Plenary of space and having the hot tub was amazing. Had some issues getting up to the right heat but the management company was great about it, stayed on top of it and not only fixed it but brought some local amazing cookies for the inconvenience. Was great to be able to cook breakfast and grill out every day. Lots of bed space which was great for 12 guys. Will def use again if I’m ever back.

The location was great as uber rides to pretty much anywhere on or off the strip were only about $8-10. The property needed some basic maintenance. The backyard is over grown, spider webs throughout the house, floors needed a good moping but at first glance it was "clean". Overall we would stay here again on our next trip to Nashville :)

The location was perfect. It was a 20 minute walk to the Krogers grocery store. A six dollar Uber ride to Broadway. There was a small leak in the pipe under the kitchen sink. The owner of the place came along with the plumber and had it fixed in no time, and this was on Thanksgiving weekend. We were thoroughly impressed with everything

Pro's - Large Space with plenty of beds - 2 outdoor areas (patio and rooftop) - Clean - Jacuzzi tub, Grill, etc. Cons - Mattresses were awful - most of them were just foam mattresses but not enough to support average weight individuals. Everyone one in our group had an issue with the beds. - Location is nice however it's still in development. We didn't feel uncomfortable but I could understand the issues from past reviews.

From the wonderfully large kitchen, to the awesome 3rd floor suite, we loved everything about this house. It provided plenty of room for our 7 family members. The garage comfortably holds two cars, and we had plenty of fun playing pool and darts in the lower level. We only wish we could have enjoyed the 3rd floor outdoor patio and hot tub off the main floor.(0nly 37 degrees outside) The neighborhood is nice, and conveniently located, close drives to downtown, Vanderbilt, Belmont and Tennessee State Universities. We were also only a few miles from Opry Mills Outlet. Kroger is only 3 blocks away... We couldn't have been more pleased.

Great Place for a group of friends

Place was excellent. Clean inside and perfect for a group of guys going to game. Only 5-10 min ride to Broadway and Stadium. Property could use a little upkeep on the outside. Would rent again.

Great Stay!

Stayed at the property for a bachelor party! Lots of walkable restaurants and a short uber/lyft ride to downtown. Everything went really smoothly and not an outrageous list of things to do for check out!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Property and location was exactly as described. Very clean and well-maintained. I received excellent customer service leading up to the reservation (all my questions were answered promptly). And we had a slight issue with the keyless entry that was resolved in seconds upon arrival. The neighborhood was quiet and residential, but about a 10 minute walk had a large grocery store and multiple bars and restaurants. There was access to a bus directly downtown as well just a 10 minute walk away. Check out was simple and low maintenance. Would reccommend and stay again!
