Villa "La Rosa" is a beautiful semi-detached vacation rental located 250 meters above sea level. Built in 2005, the villa is surrounded by a stunning landscape of trees, meadows, and vineyards. The villa is situated in a sunny position on a slope, just 2 kilometers from the center of Montelupo Fiorentino, 22 kilometers from the center of Firenze, and 60 kilometers from the center of Pisa. Moreover, it is located just 70 kilometers away from the sea.

This vacation rental offers a terraced garden with an area of 2,000 square meters that is fenced and private. The highlight of the villa is the magnificent swimming pool, which measures 12 x 6 meters and has a depth of 150 cm. The pool is available seasonally from 04.May. to 21.Sep. and opens from 10:00 to 19:00. The pool area also features an outdoor shower, table tennis, basketball hoop, garden furniture, and a barbecue. The pool maintenance is taken care of by the owner/gardener. Guests can park their vehicles on the premises.

The third room features two comfortable beds, digital TV, and air conditioning. The fourth bedroom is a luxurious double bedroom complete with a bath/bidet/WC, hydro massage bath, digital TV, and air conditioning.

The ground floor also features a well-equipped kitchen with all modern amenities such as an oven, microwave, dishwasher, freezer, and five hot plates. The kitchen also includes a dining table, digital TV, and air conditioning. A shower/bidet/WC is also available on the ground floor for added convenience.

The upper floor is accessible by stairs and features a large living room with digital TV and a terrace that offers a stunning view of the surrounding countryside. There are four more bedrooms on this level, each with its own distinctive features. The first double bedroom comes with shower/bidet/WC and air conditioning. The second room has three beds, digital TV, and air conditioning. The third bedroom is a double bedroom with shower/bidet/WC, digital TV, and air conditioning.
