Beautiful, very luxurious villa "Villa sul Lago", 650 m a.s.l., detached, surrounded by trees and fields. 2 km from the centre of Castel Rigone, in a quiet, sunny position on top of a hill, 5 km from the lake, in the countryside. Private: property 1'500 m2 (fenced), well-kept garden, swimming pool, indoor pool heated (7 x 4 m, depth 150 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Outdoor shower, hot tub, patio, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: internet access, sauna, hot tub, spa area (all included), air conditioning, burglar alarm system, washing machine. Linen change weekly. Towel change weekly. Room cleaning (included). House maid daily on request (extra). Cook on request. Motor access (700 m via unmade road). Parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. 6-room villa 390 m2 on 3 levels. Tasteful and romantic furnishings: large lounge with panoramic window with open-hearth fireplace, satellite TV and flat screen. Exit to the terrace, pergola. Dining room with dining table. Exit to the terrace. Studio with 2 sofabeds and TV (flat screen). Open kitchen (5 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Bathroom. Upper floor: 1 double bedroom with satellite TV and flat screen. 1 room with 1 bed. Shower/bidet/WC. Gas heating, air-conditioning. 2nd upper floor: 1 double bedroom with panoramic window with bath/bidet/WC, hydro massage bath, satellite TV and flat screen. Exit to the terrace. Marvellous view of the lake and the countryside. Facilities: washing machine, iron, mosquito net, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). 1 pet/ dog allowed. In the basement an amazing space, 100 m2, for wellness and relaxation, with sauna, heated pool, shower/WC. Door to the outside swimming pool and hydro massage bath.

The villa itself is very good, but there are some minor points to highlight, the bedroom in the basement is not comfortable and does not smell good. Also the road to the villa is not suited for normal car's, this should be mentioned before hand or the road should be repared. But apart from this the villa is located on a very nice place with all the comfort available, the house manager is very helpful and did a terrific job !

Villa sul Lago was as pictured on website. Spacious, clean, lovely. The indoor pool was fantastic and we used it every day. Outdoor pool was used a few days due to weather changes. Beautiful views of the lake below. Passignano is a wonderful town below right on the water with great restaurants as well. Stefano was very prompt for one issue with the security gate and they couldn't have been nicer to deal with pre and post vacation. Perfect spot to take day tours from and then come home to relax in the sun and pool. Fabulous family vacation with 5 adults and plenty of room. Local cows grazing , pigs etc around the property as well. Serene and peaceful. Simply gorgeous sunsets, never got tired of the view ever.
