Astu tilavaan huoneistoon, jolla on kaikki - ensisijainen sijainti historiallisen alueen sydämessä ja upeat näkymät Savannah-joelle, Talmadgen silta ja kaupungintalo. Varo, että lastialukset kulkevat joen varrella jokaisesta valoisasta huoneesta!

Päivällä tai yöllä tätä sijaintia ei voi lyödä! Kävele ulos rakennuksen etuovesta ja Bay Streetin yli River Streetiin ja kävele tiiliseinällä joen rannalla, syö lounasta tai illallista suoraan joen rannalla ja käy useilla joenrantakaupoilla. Ota vasemmalle ulos rakennuksen etuovesta ja nauti elävää musiikkia City Marketilla. Tai ota oikealle ja kahden minuutin sisällä kävelet Bull Street -kadulla (pääkatu historiallisen Savannahin keskustassa) yhdellä puutarha-aukilla seuraavan jälkeen, aina alas Forsyth Park -puistoon. Great location! We really enjoyed our stay. The accommodations were wonderful with plenty of room for four adults. The road noise on Bay Street was a bit loud at times, but the sound machines provided helped drown that out at night. We were close to dining and excursion pick-ups and always felt safe. It was just a nice base to get around Savannah. Great communication with our host, Kim.

Five Star Property-be grateful you got three

Probably the best appointed vacation rental we have ever stayed at. They had everything you need, and then some. The views did not disappoint. So why only 3 stars? Because inexplicably, someone else showed up at our rental with codes to enter and we were lucky enough to get there first. The poor couple had to find a hotel on the fly after expecting this place. They again contacted us because they could not get in touch with anyone after hours, and hoped we could find a number in the rental. Conveniently the local phone number was missing a digit on our VRBO entry instructions. If that wasn't bad enough, the housekeeper came in on Sunday and we were texted and asked when we would be leaving. The only problem was we were supposed to be there for another night. We were in a panic that we might get kicked out, or someone else would show up and enter. Of course I was extremely upset, and calls to the rental agent and rental company were handled with a hey mistakes happen attitude. You'd think they would have double checked our reservation after the first mistake, and be super apologetic, even if I was rightfully upset. Only after a few heated texts with the agent who made the actual mistake, I was offered a free night. I have no idea if the other couple got a refund and their hotel comped, which is what I was looking for.

Great river view July 4th getaway

We really enjoyed the condo with the great location and views. Easy walks to all the squares and restaurants in town and also down to the riverfront. Amazing place to watch the July 4th fireworks from the balcony!

Perfect Stay!

If I could give our stay 1000 stars, I would. We could not have asked for anything more. The location, the parking, the communication & the home were all exactly as described. Very clean with everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The views of the river from all the Bay street windows were beautiful & less than 5 minutes from the front door & you are on River Street enjoying all the shops, bars & resturants. We will definately be back!

This is a fantastic location! Having a reserved parking spot was a lifesaver for us as we were coming and going all the time driving my elderly parents around and back and forth helping our daughter move out of SCAD. However, If you are just coming to tour the town you can walk to most everything from this great location.The unit is as beautiful as the pictures depict. Beds were comfy and nice fluffy towels. Property Management was very responsive to all questions and concerns. Who knew that watching cargo ships going up and down the river could be so much fun?I highly recommend this property.

Walk your way through Savannah -views of the river!

This condo is large for two couples of family of four. Each bedroom had its own bathroom, even though it’s a condo in a city, the big ceilings and floor to ceiling windows give lots of light and feels spacious. Condo is just a block off of City Market and across the street from the riverfront. We walked to my fav coffee shop, Savannah Coffee Roaster in 10 min and found the recommendations for lunch (goosefeathers) was so helpful. Truly enjoyed the stay. Having parking with the rental was a huge plus! Checkin and check out were clear and easy to follow. Will definitely book again.

Old folks lived it!

I wouldn’t change a thing. The location of this place is perfect. There are many restaurants within walking distance. We were really impressed all the amenities in the apartment. There was even options for coffee! There were multiple shampoos & conditions - extra toothbrushes -even Qtips. My wife was impressed & very pleased that there were even noise machines. The kitchen even had spices. We were so pleased with our stay - it was a little difficult to figure out parking but once we did, it was fine. We are elderly, so we were nervous about the elevator working & it did the whole time. We will definitely be staying again. .

Perfect for a weekend in downtown Savannah

Me, my wife and our adult daughter came to Savannah for a few days to visit. This condo worked out great as we wanted to stay near River Street and this is right across the road from there. Very nice condo, has all the amenities you would need, and the location is perfect. Many restaurant's, shops, coffee spots, bars, etc. within a very short walk. If I was being nitpicky, the mattresses are very firm which we didn't care for. However, that's simply a matter of preference. Everything else was perfect!

Beautiful condo

This is a beautiful condo, centrally located. Easy access in and out. Comfortable beds. The Kitchen is well equipped for the stay. Really enjoyed the views and the porch. One minor challenge was locating the correct parking spot. We would definitely stay here again.

Bay Street Find

Wonderful location with great view of the river. Enjoyed watching numerous large cargo container ships coming and going on the river. Short walk to River Street and City Market. Would try to book this place again if coming back to Savannah.

Great location and accommodations

We really enjoyed our three night visit to Savanah GA. The accommodations were better than the online pictures and the apartment with well stocked with everything you could imagine. Loved that both bedrooms and the living room had views of the river and the giant boats that were entering and leaving the harbor.

Relaxing Visit

This condo is beautiful. We loved staying here! The location is great, right in the heart of things. We walked almost everywhere. The River area, City Market, Broughton St, on & on. Condo had everything we needed, right down to a hand mirror so that I could check the back of my hair! We loved watching the cargo ships on the river, people watching on the balcony, just relaxing & enjoying it all. Go to the Public House for the best shrimp & grits! Loved the unique food right in our building at the Treylor Park for quick meals. Owner was responsive when we had questions! Thank you. If we ever come back to Savannah, we’ll definitely stay again.

Premier condo in ideal location

This condo is fantastic. Dedicated parking is underground and conveniently located across the street. The river front is 1 block away with shops, bars and restaurants. The ship traffic is interesting to watch. The pictures are accurate. The condo is on the 5th floor and there is an elevator. I would make only 2 suggestions to the owner. Make the parking space sign in black and white. It is difficult to find the first time. My second suggestion would be to purchase curtains that cover the windows. Light streams in the condo and master bedroom very early in the morning. These were both minor issues and I do give this rental 5 stars. We will come again. Thank you for offering up your property.

Amazing Views - River Homes on West Bay St, Savannah

This two king bed/two bath condo in a secure building in the heart of the north historic district has truly wonderful river views from every window on the W Bay St side (corner unit with additional windows and balcony on a courtyard walkway below). The unit is well appointed and very clean - the owner and manager have stocked it with everything you need. The beds were comfortable and although the windows were not able to open (no handles, no screens) the temperature was adjustable to keep the condo comfy (November visit with warm days and cool nights). I imagine that the crank style windows were deemed too dangerous (even if they had screens) in the event that a small child stayed here, since the condo is on the fifth floor. Ceiling fans in the bedrooms to circulate the air would have been nice, but there are none. We previously stayed in another condo in this building and knew the location was perfect. We would book this condo again when visiting Savannah.
