Äskettäin uusittu upea 5 tähden merinäköala huoneisto kaikilla mukavuuksilla!

Yksikkömme on tilava, korkeat katot, upea auringonvalo ja upea merinäköala. Tämä kohonnut kolmas tarina -yksikkö tarjoaa upean lanai-näkymän, josta on näkymät hoidettuihin golfkenttiin, trooppisiin kuksiin, luonnonlaavamuodostelmiin ja reheviin palmuihin kauniista valtameren sinisestä taustasta.

Huoneisto on viiden tähden lomakeskuksen koko rakennuksen kunnostamisen jälkeen vuoden 2015 lopulla. Siinä on 3 makuuhuonetta ja 3 kylpyhuonetta. Keittiö- ja kylpykaapit ovat cappuccino-vaahteraa, joissa on tyylikkäät graniittitasot. Uusi laattalattia viimeistelee alakerrassa sijaitsevat huoneet, Lanai ja oleskelutilat. Parvella on korkealaatuinen vinyylilattia. Lanaillä on kaasugrilli, kaikissa makuuhuoneissa ilmastointilaitteet (lisätty hiljattain parvihuoneeseen), kattotuuletin kaikissa huoneissa, täysin varustettu keittiö, nopea internetyhteys, jossa WiFi, kaapeli-TV, DVD-soitin ja viihdekeskus ylimääräisellä televisiolla päämakuuhuoneessa. Vieraiden tulisi löytää rantapyyhkeet päivän ajaksi myös rannalta.

Paradise found

This kinda was more than we expected. The location close to shopping centers in peaches was perfect for our stay. The views from the lanai every morning and every night were breathtaking. The owner definitely goes the extra mile to make sure that you have absolutely everything that you could think of that you would need for your stay. Would highly recommend and if we ever get to the big island again would definitely stay here.

Beautiful location condo was perfect had so much amenities ,spices shampoo, body wash everything you need for the perfect day at the beach. Lots and lots of neat stuff. Close to town just a short walk if that’s your style.

Gorgeous views of the ocean and of the golf course! Three bedrooms and three bathrooms made it perfect for our group! AC in all 3 bedrooms was fantastic for those hot nights. Several ceiling fans. Kitchen had plenty of dishes, pots and pans, serving platter, large bowls, knife set, silverware, cutting board, etc. Huge fridge and freezer with many ice cube trays. Pleasantly surprised with the sink water…tasted delicious to me so didn’t need to purchase drinking water, which was pretty expensive on the island. Plenty of dishwasher tabs, dish soap, laundry tabs, dryer sheets, garbage bags, toilet paper, etc. provided. Several spices in the cupboard and condiments in the fridge. Seems visitors leave their leftovers for the next guests. Worked out great for us to not have to purchase the staples. Shopping center nearby with a grocery store, many restaurants, stores and a pharmacy. Pretty easy walk. About a mile away was the catamaran we used for our excursions to go snorkeling and swimming with the manta rays. Our son used Uber/Lyft to meet up with friends a few times. Cost about 20 with tip each time. Great location. Easy drive to tons of beaches. Appreciated the 4 beach chairs (plus a lawn chair), snorkels/fins, variety of sizes of soft-sided coolers, 2 boogie boards, beach umbrella, and other toys found in the closet. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub! Used the grill by the pool. Beautifully landscaped property. Great communication with the owner. I’d book this condo again!

This little piggy visited the golf course a few mornings between 6 and 7:30 am.

Spectacular Ocean Views

This is the second time we’ve stayed at this well appointed condo that has spectacular sunset views over the ocean. The layout of the condo works really well for 3 couples as it has enough communal space for a group but also has the privacy of 3 bedrooms with their own bathrooms. The owner provides everything you might need for an easy vacation. There is all sorts of beach & sports gear, a well equipped kitchen, book & games galore, a good gas grill, in suite laundry, comfortable beds and plenty of quality towels. We enjoyed spending time by the pool & hot tub after playing pickleball in the early morning. There are 3 pools and the closest pool to us was never busy. The location of the condo is an easy walk to restaurants, groceries & coffee shops. Nearby happy hour at the Kona golf course, a stroll to the various markets in the neighborhood or a manta ray tour leaving from the marina are all just minutes away.We had a great time and I wouldn’t hesitate to rebook this condo again next year.

Beautiful view and gorgeous property

The property was absolutely beautiful and well kept. We really enjoyed the fact that all three couples had their own room and bathroom. The nightly view of the sunset over the ocean was breathtaking. Communication with the owner was terrific. The property was well stocked with everything you would need for a Hawaiian vacation. The only concern all of us had was the list of rules that we had to agree to and sign. It really made us paranoid the entire duration of our stay if we were too loud, or left the AC on too long, or if somebody would report us for wearing our sandals from the lani into the condo. If all these rules were clearly posted in the VRBO listing we would have never selected the property.

Wonderful!

We loved our stay at this condo. The layout was perfect for our family, the condo was very well equipped with everything you could possibly need, the pool was great, and the location nice and quiet and close to attractions but not busy or touristy. The highlight was the lanai; we loved sitting out on the lanai and especially watching the sun set.

Property owner very informative, helpful, and personable. Property third floor with amazing views (coffee at 5am was the best part of the trip). Well accommodated and clean. Central to shopping and access to highway 11 for trips to Hilo, volcano, and beaches.

The condo is wonderful. It’s comfortable and neat/tidy. Location is very convenient to go anywhere and easy to find. A bonus for golfers like me. We enjoyed watching sunrise and sunset every day. The owner is super responsive and very easy to work with.

Retirement Relaxation Retreat!

Michael’s place did not disappoint, it was utterly exactly as pictured, and everything we could want to celebrate milestone birthdays and retirements. From booking through check-out, it was seamless, and Michael was always there to answer any questions prior and during our stay. The beds were comfortable, the lanai was perfect way to end each day watching the amazing sunsets. We BBQ’d, and used the kitchen as it was stocked with all necessities to cook (something usually lacking in VRBO’s) up our meals. The washer/dryer was huge so it was great to have in order not to have to pack so much. There are ample beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, flippers, masks and plenty of towels. All of these are in great shape, and we appreciated having them to take to the beach each day. We also enjoyed the quick walk to our parking spot, which was also adjacent to the pool and tennis courts. We loved playing pickleball in the mornings, followed by quick swim and heading to the beach. Location is perfect for getting both north and south of the island. We definitely expect a return visit with our friends as we all enjoyed our stay in Kona and at Michaels.

Amazing Experience

Beautiful rental unit, and had everything you could ever need, including snorkels, tennis rackets, body boards, beach chairs, a cooler, and large beach towels! The only issue was the confusion with the check in process, as multiple codes were given. Overall, we had an amazing time!

Very relaxing with inspiring view of the Ocean.

This was the second time we stayed at this property. The view is spectacular. Sunsets every night. The condo had everything we needed. One of the things we enjoy at this condo is the BBQ is right on the Lani. Most condos you have to go to a common area in order to BBQ. The area around the condo has great walkability down to the harbor or to the grocery store and restaurants nearby. The golf course is beautiful and downtown Kona is a quick 10 minute drive away. We will be back.

Fantastic Group Rental with Wonderful View of Ocean

Unit was fantastic for our group - 2 couples and one single since we each had a room & bathroom to ourselves. View was fantastic & unit is fully upgraded. Extra surprise was all the beach gear - beach chairs, umbrellas, mats & plenty of towels. Administration of the rental was extremely professional, well organized and came with wonderful advice on restaurants and beaches which we used and were glad we did. Shopping center within walking distance with groceries, drug store, and wonderful restaurant Sam Choys - great sunset views. Parking convenient & easy to get places. Would recommend renting car.

Wonderful Big Island Retreat for Family

This three bedroom condo has everything you need to entertain family and friends. The large living room and three bathrooms make it easy to entertain six people allowing everyone to have ample space. You can have sun downers every night on the spacious deck. Floaties, and water noodles are available for the pools. Two boogey boards, four lawn chairs, and coolers are there as well for your beach experience. Michael is very quick to respond to any issues or concerns you may have throughout your stay so you can put your mind at ease. We would not hesitate to rent again from Micheal.

Good location for Queen Liliuokalani

The property was exactly as advertised. It has a great view of the ocean with palm trees lining the shore and is steps from one of the pools. The kitchen is nicely appointed and has a full size refrigerator. Each of the bedrooms has a fan and a/c unit, the bedroom in the loft stays cool without a/c if the door is closed during the day. The information in the unit is quite good, it helps understand the lighting, fans and tv. Michael is a great host, very responsive to any questions. The unit comes with a variety of sports equipment like snorkel and masks. Beaches are nearby, some within a short walk. Overall, the unit was very comfortable. We spent many evenings on the lanai enjoying the fresh ocean air and the sunsets.

Highly recommended stay

My wife and I spent a wonderful 2-week holiday this June at Michael and Maureen’s place in Kona. The condo is located in a quiet, peaceful neighbourhood and boasts fantastic views overlooking the golf course and ocean, which provided for some incredible sunset dinners on the lanai. Waking up in the master bedroom to the sight of the ocean and sound of tropical birds was just amazing, we absolutely loved our stay. There is a choice of three private swimming pools, where we were able to enjoy a late morning dip each day and almost always had the whole place to ourselves. The condo is conveniently located on the island, with access to many key beauty spots, manta ray diving, coffee plantations, the volcano, local markets and restaurants. There was also the perk of having a shopping mall literally within a minute’s drive away, which made life very easy. Michael and Maureen were extremely accommodating, excellent with communication and ensured that we had peaceful stay and a holiday to be cherished for many years to come.

Wow Amazing

Beautiful property that is centrally located. Not a lot more that you could ask for--centrally located, very clean, updated and everything you need for a day at the beach-- beach chairs, boogie boards, beach towels, cooler and even reusable icepacks for the cooler. We loved staying here, it was definitely home away from home. Our family of 5 stayed here for a week! The beds were comfortable and we loved waking up to the view of the ocean. We loved sitting on the lanai and listening to the birds in the morning! When we left in the morning we were usually gone until dark, so we did not get the opportunity to use the kitchen or BBQ. The ceiling fans helped to cool the condo in the evening and we loved having the air conditioners in the bedrooms to use at night to keep the bedrooms cooler. The condo basically had all of the same comforts and quality that we are used to back home in Utah. I would not hesitate to book this condo again. The owner was great at communicating and even gave us a list of recommended beaches of which we did try a few! Thank you for letting us use your condo! The Winterton's from West Point Utah

Outstanding Place to Stay on the Big Island

We stayed in this unit for a week and thoroughly enjoyed it. Everything was clean and there were lots of extra items that made it easier for us - like laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, shampoo, condiments, some spices and beach gear. We spent several mornings and evenings on the lanai with a great view and beautiful sunsets. There are plenty of ceiling fans but we still used the bedroom air conditioners for some portion of the night. We heard some occasional traffic noise from the street in front of the unit but it was not bothersome to us. We found the location to be very handy for going north to the beaches or south to the volcano and very close to the Ali'i Drive restaurants and grocery shopping. The owner, Michael, is very communicative and quickly responded to all our questions. If we come back to the big island, we would be very happy to stay in this unit again!

Absolutely wonderful!

Our stay here was perfect! We usually stay in Waikoloa, so staying down in Kona was new for us, but the location couldn't have been more perfect! Walking distance (or a 2 min drive) to grocery stores and restaurants. Only about 13-15 min drive to the downtown Kona strip on the water, which has so much! The view was incredible!! We watch whales during the day, beautiful sunsets every evening, and watched the lights for the mantra night dive at night. It was the perfect set up with the dining table outside and the soft cushy chairs for when you are just relaxing. Having the BBQ was a huge plus! The condo was beautiful. The master on the first floor is absolutely stunning with the huge floor to ceiling windows! We felt like there was plenty of space with the 6 of us. Things to note (NOTHING BAD but just to be aware of) the pools, even though say they are heated, are pretty cold. The one closest to the condo was the "warmest". There was an adjustment period, but once you were in, it felt good (and note, most pools in Hawaii are not heated, so this isn't an uncommon thing, just be prepared). Other thing to note is there is only AC in the bedrooms not the living space. It worked great for us though. The condo had a couple fans up in a closet, so we put those in the bedroom doorways in the late day to bring some air from the bedrooms to the main living space, then when dusk hit, we opened up the front and back door to let a breeze come though and cool it down (both have screens so you don't have to worry about bugs). Again, this is not uncommon for Hawaii places to not have AC or only have AC in specific parts of the house, so having the AC in the bedrooms alone was a huge plus for us compared to other places we have stayed on the island. Michael was WONDERFUL to work with. From the time I booked we kept communication as questions arose, and he even went above and beyond to get some recommendations for specific things to do. When I arrived he contacted me to make sure everything was good and gave me his personal number, as well as the number of other managers and the cleaner in case we needed anything. He then contacted us the last day to let us know what needed to be done before we left (which was next to nothing). I have never had a better experience with an owner! I would recommend this place 10 times over. The best we have stayed at on the island thus far! Mahalo Michael for letting us use your place for our 23 day holiday vacation!

Everything we needed and more. There was a beach umbrella, several beach chairs, coolers to use towels to use and a wonderful lanai that we spent a lot of time on in the morning. The condo is very convenient to everything. We will definitely be back.

My wife Maureen and I have twin 18 year olds, Aiden and Adela. My parents have had their primary residence on the Big Island of Hawaii about 850 ft. above the city of Kailua Kona for almost 20 years. We have been visiting them for years and they were the ones who turned us on to purchasing our investment property in Country Club Villas when this third story unit became available for purchase in the fourth quarter of 2014.

We did a full remodel in 2015, which took 6 months to complete. My mother use to own an interior design center in Portland, Oregon and she supervised the entire remodel. Our condo is now of the highest quality, and since we usually stay at my parent's home when we visit, we wanted to open up our beautiful unit to wonderful people who have their own high standards when it comes to vacation rentals.

Not only did we remodel our condo with the highest quality materials, but we are one of a few Hawaii rentals that has A/C units in each of the bedrooms. Most rentals in Hawaii only come equipped with ceiling fans. For the comfort of our guests, we wanted to ensure each bedroom had an in-wall A/C unit. This really makes a difference from other rental properties and you can't beat the view from our lanai!
