Rentoudu rentoutumalla riippumatossa tai kalustetulla käärealueella. Tai grillaa pihvejä / hampurilaisia kaasukäyttöisellä bar-b-que -grillilla ja tarjoile ateriasi lasikattaisella patio-pöydällä. Makuuhuoneessa on myös oma patio, joka sopii erinomaisesti aamukahviin tai iltapäivälasilliseen viiniä. Absolutely Beautiful!

My husband and I stayed last week and the view is stunning. Very private and we were able to host our Freeport friends for barbecues and games. The property owner is wonderful and I already spoke to her about booking again in 8 months! Would recommend 100%. See you in 8 months!!!

Family Vacation

We had a wonderful relaxing vacation. The location was amazing. Condo was the perfect size for 6 adults, just as advertised. There are 2 bars/restaurants within walking distance. There are also restaurants and bars at Lucaya Straw Market. We also went to the local fish fry on Wednesday evening which was very fun. We did not rent a car. We had 3 taxi drivers that we used and it worked out just fine.

Amazing Beach Front Location

If you're looking for a 3 bed/3.5 bath beach front condo, this is the place. Very roomy and comfortable. Edwina's communication and updates were top notch and appreciated. The condo is very comfortable, quiet and the location couldn't be better. Friendly neighbors and a very safe environment. The condo is equipped with everything you need so all you need to do is bring yourself and enjoy the beautiful island of Grand Bahamas.

Perfect vacation

As advertised. Perfect, beautiful, quiet location, 10 to 15 min drive to any/all popular activities. Shopped at NEW Sawyers very close to Lucaya market.....very expensive, bring whatever you can (sunscreen, meat, OTC meds, etc...you'll pay $20 for aerosol sunscreen). All cooking requirements are in the home, along with unlimited towels, lots of trash bags, etc. Ask about snorkeling gear, not sure how much is on property. Definitely would rent again!

Everything we had hoped

This was our 1st time but definitely not our last.. although I only spoke with Edwina once she was very detailed in making our stay perfect.. We are extremely glad we chose this location.. it is a very secure/remote location but yet close enough to everything.. we found all the amenities to be clean and comfortable.. our new Freeport home away from home.. As advertised Paradise

Search for months to find this location, narrowed to five then two, so many pluses for us Port of Call won. It is a community and we were invited to a Thursday night gathering almost immediately met many owners and some renters. Hats off to the couple that took us on tour of area and becoming friends. The condo feels a few decades old but you can tell upgrades or additions have been added. This condo has a great view and is most near the water, beach is 70 ft away and at low tide is spectacular, only a few minutes to everything on island! If you buy groceries I recommend Sawyer’s it is well stocked and new store near Tanio Beach is fantastic. Our Favorite Beach other than ours was Banana Bay Beach you can walk out 500 yds at low tide. Overall one of our most enjoyable experiences thank You Edwina for all your help and advice! Roy Howard

This condo worked great for three friends reconnecting on a trip to the Bahamas. Each had their own bedroom and ensuite bath. Edwina was very responsive and answered all of our questions promptly. The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed to cook and as a bonus there were lots of condiments and spices available to use. FYI, the public water was not potable due to problems caused by hurricane Dorian, so pick up a few gallons at the grocery store on the way to the condo. The island is still recovering from this devastating hurricane. The only problem we had was that a few people came to do things in the condo during our stay. First, a women came to recover some money left by a previous tenant and I was not notified in advance. Second, a maintenance crew came to work on one of the sliding doors while we were packing up to leave. We were in the condo on both occasions, but I would have felt uncomfortable if they came while we were out. In the future, I think it would have been better to schedule these visits after we checked out. Great location and friendly host. I would recommend this to anyone wanting to visit GBI.

Beautiful! Wonderful! Want To Go Back Already!!

My husband and I,one daughter and her boyfriend, another daughter and my niece all spent 1 week here and all loved it! The condo itself was perfect for us with 3 bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths,just steps outside we sat on patio mornings and evenings and listened to the water and saw beautiful sunsets. My 1 daughter spent a lot of time in hammock reading and just enjoying the view and we all relaxed outside as much as we could. The beach is just a little ways off to the right where they all walked and swam in the crystal clear water. So much fun finding little treasures on the beach! We had rented a car so we were all over the island exploring different places and finding new places to eat also. We all loved Zorbas Greek restaurant and ate there several times, also Banana Bay for really good fruity drinks and a beautiful beach also. We,(the girls) called a cab one day while the guys went snorkling and we called Hayward Forbes(his number is there at condo) and what a trip he took us on! He took us where we wanted to go and on way back he took us on a tour of very interesting places and told us a lot of history and we laughed till I just about cried!! If you need a cab, call Hayward! It is actually a very nice van with good A.C. and he is so much fun. My only "bad" thing to say is, hammock needs to be restrung because daughter had to restring parts of it every time she used it, which was often, I think the sun and sea water has done it in. otherwise...........Perfect!!!

My family group plus a few friends stay a week at the Port of Call Condos in early June, "23". We rented 3 units what gave everybody there own bed and with about 2000 sq ft each lots of room. All close and in the same building and all overlooking the water. . This unit became our meeting place for the group each day. We put 3 couples in the unit with each couple own bathroom. The only issue was one of the shower was leaking water. Edwina had the maintenance man Jimmy over and he stated a leak was in the wall. He was able to isolate leak so the bathroom was still useable. My daughter and son-in-law use our shower each day which was no problem for us. It should be noted each unit has lots of towels and extra bedding. There were lots of pots, etc. In the renting agreement, tenets are allow to leave leftover food which we found many items including coffee. The only bad for the trip, the wind stay up and made skin diving difficult, but we did get in some. We rented 2 vans and 1 SUV from Brad's at a very good price which worked out for us. We cook in a few dinner and most breakfast. Got pizza for 18 twice for around $100 for 18 with overs. Most lunch we ate out at various places, food was good to excellent. My son got married and we have a wedding dinner for 18 with 4 bottlers of champagnes and a wedding cake, many mix d with tip about $1500, good price for 18 and food was very good at Sabon. A fishing trip with Lib B about 20 fishes were dinner.

Relaxing vacation with spectacular views

We had a great time at Edwina’s! The location and views cannot be beat. The condo was spacious, clean, and well equipped with all your beach supplies. The neighbors were friendly and helpful. The sunset views were stunning and I loved hearing the waves and smelling the ocean air while I slept!

A Stay in Paradise

We were here for a wedding and had a wonderful time and this home and location worked perfectly as a central hub from where we went to various venues. All of the extra-curricular activities were nearby as well. A beautiful location for the few moments we just wanted to chill and relax. Our hostess was wonderful and communications were easy and flawless. Would recommend whole-heartedly.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt dort. Die Wohnung ist sehr groß und absolut wie beschrieben. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war immer einwandfrei! Es fehlte an nichts an und in der Wohnung und es war sehr ruhig!

Port of Call Villas Condo

Superb location! Beautiful sunrises and sunsets. The adjacent beach is wonderful and semi private (only residents and guests of the condos go there). The condo was spacious with plenty of room for my family of 6 (all adults). Every bedroom having its own bathroom was a plus. Location is perfect and far enough away from the busy tourist sites. We always rent a car when we stay here because of the secluded spot. Not a lot close by, but that's why we stay here, and we enjoy the privacy. I highly recommend this location.

Perfect vacation

My family of four( 2 adults, 1 pre-schooler and 1 baby) lovedevery minute of our stay in Edwina’s condo. We had everything that we needed including a breathtaking view. It was incredibly quiet which is what we wished for. Edwina was quick to respond and went beyond expectations by getting us a playpen, high chair and beach toys for our kids. We can’t wait to return!

A wonderful at Port of Call condos!!

Had a wonderful ten days at Bahamas Terrace ( Paradise Vista )! Shakirra was as pleasant and as helpful as ever and Edwina has upgraded the condo to the nines. Everything was better than anticipated. We caught nine bonefish and snappers galore...we even had an encounter with a small shark! He released himself thank goodness! We did a lot of cooking and had all the utensils we needed to do the job. The sunsets were the evening focal point and it was very nice to have drinks with all our old and new friends on the patios. We highly recommend this HomeAway offering and would love to do it again. Thanks again for the lovely vacation Edwina and we hope to talk to you again soon!

The view and water is a photo picture

Edwina is the most wonderful owner you could meet. The condo bedding, furniture and kitchenware were excellent. Only a few issues; very low water pressure, screens on sliding doors need some work , A/C could have been cooler and grill grates should be replaced (rusted) All minor and did not affect are great vacation. The restaurants are average at best, cooked in more than we really wanted to. Not a lot of tourist on the island of Freeport. They never really recovered from prior two hurricanes.

While I have traveled many places around the world, I travel to the Bahamas, more specifically Freeport, more than anywhere else. I fell in love with this island many years ago in the 90's and have been a frequent visitor since. Since my retirement, several years ago, I decided to purchase a beach vacation property and looked at many properties in Georgia, Florida and S. Carolina. As soon as I saw this condo, I was hooked and I knew it was the right choice for me. I love it here and I know you will love it too!

One of the primary features that I love about Paradise Vista is it's beautiful panoramic views, which caused me to give it it's name! I can sit for hours in one of the 5 reclining seats and feel a sense of serenity and peace looking at the water, the birds and the sunsets. Or lay in bed in the Master Bedroom and gaze for hours. I love the fact that it's a ground floor unit with no steps to climb! Very good benefit for aging knees. I love that it's so spacious and that each bedroom has it's own private bath, a plus for a large family or a group of friends. I also like the fact that it is a quiet, gated community where I feel safe and secure. I can park my car right in front of my unit without having to go upstairs, through hallways, elevators or a large parking lot. A real plus when bringing in groceries or luggage!

Although Paradise Vista is somewhat secluded and off the beaten path, it is centrally located and a very convenient drive to restaurants, movie theater, shops, grocery/liquor stores, airport, fishing, snorkeling and other activities and sites. The pool is right in the front of the unit and is seldom crowded.

There is a small boom box in the living room and a nice collection of CD's for your listening pleasure. I enjoy reading, so there's a small library of novels to enjoy. Sorry guys, mostly romance novels. But if you want to take one, please leave one. I've also included a starting supply of toilet paper, paper towels, soap and lotion, coffee, tea & sugar, salt, pepper & other seasoning for your use.

I can arrange for groceries and spirits to be purchased for you and placed in your condo prior to your arrival (requires 1 week scheduling in advance). We can also recommend a rental car agency to use for the rental of a vehicle during your stay and/or a taxi driver for transportation to the many sites and activities that you're sure to enjoy. (Additional costs will apply).

Primary guest must be 25 years or over to rent this condo.
