Ylellinen moderni uusi rakennus, josta on uskomattomat näkymät

Sueño Realissa on 5 makuuhuonetta ja 4. 5 kylpyhuonetta. Koti valmistui heinäkuussa 2016. Ensimmäisessä kerroksessa on avoin pohjaratkaisu, joka koostuu keittiöstä ja ruokasalista, jossa on kaksinkertainen korkeuskatto ja jättiläisillä liukuisilla lasiovilla, jotka voivat avata talon koko länsipuolen ja luoda uskomattoman sisä- ja ulkotiloihin elävän elämyksen. Keittiö ja ruokailutila valuvat valtavasti katetulle terassille, jonka koko on yli 1000 neliömetriä. Olohuone, jossa on 60 tuuman taulutelevisio, ja vieraskylpy ovat myös ensimmäisessä kerroksessa yhdessä vierashuoneen kanssa, jolla on kylpyhuone. Ensimmäisen kerroksen vierashuone avautuu erilliselle sivupatiolle, josta on laajat näkymät Nacascolon lahdelle.

Toisessa tarinassa on toinen TV-huone, josta on näköala keittiöön ja ruokasaliin, jolla on oma parveke, jotta voitaisiin arvostaa laajoja näkymiä Tyynellemerelle. Siellä on kaksi vierashuonetta, molemmissa peilikuva toisistaan, joissa on kylpyhuone. Kummankin huoneen länsiseinä on kokonaan lasia näkymien maksimoimiseksi. Makuuhuoneessa on jättiläiset liukulasiovet, jotka voidaan avata, jotta huone jätetään avoimeksi länsi- ja pohjoispuolelta laajoille avoimille merinäkymille ja omaan näkymään Nacascolon lahdelle. Kylpyhuoneessa on hänen ja hänen pesualtaansa, erittäin avoin suihku, mittatilaustyönä valmistettu teak-kylpyamme ja upeat näkymät merelle ja ympäröiville vihreille kukkuloille.

breathtaking views!

The house is very spacious, enough living spaces for our group of family and kids. The views are the best in town! The kitchen is well equipped, with soaring ceilings. I would suggest updating the stove soon. Lots of small but luxurious finishing touches around the house. The housekeepers were incredibly helpful! We would definitely stay again.

Beautiful view

Beautiful view. We stayed 2 nights with my family. There was clear communication from owner before arrival. When we arrived we had a great time, beautiful home. The cook and her family where helpful in every way. It’s was nice to wake up in the morning with monkeys and birds sounds and see the beautiful sunrise.

Misrepresentation and disgusting

Arrived early and waited for cleaning to finish. We started to put away our food and prepare for our meal we noticed all the uncleanliness, counters not wiped, plate holder with mildew, insects on the floor, table and chairs with dead insects and dust, the coffee machine growing maggots, it was just disgusting. We had to go to the store, buy cleaning supplies and clean everything. Upstairs in bedrooms we noticed the sinks and showers were filthy. The master bath smelled of mildew and moldy and throughout our stay we could not get rid of the terrible smell and mustiness. The curtains and beddings were stained. There were critters and bugs everywhere, 2 scorpions outside near the pool, 2 wasp nests in the outdoor seating area. You could tell the home had not been fumigated or maintained for a good stay and experience. They did accommodate us with 2 additional mattresses, as one of the futons was broken and could not be used as a bed and the pictures for the site showed a bedroom with a twin and a queen and we found only queens in all the regular bedrooms. It only accommodated 11 in reality. Also, the last 2 days the refrigerator stopped working and on the last day the freezer stopped working. Some of our food spoiled and we had to go buy ice and put everything back in our coolers to maintain the food left. Someone was to clean each morning, they didn’t show up the first day. To top it off, when we reached out to host they took a day to respond and did not correct our concerns.

Incredible Views!!

Great property! Amazing infinity pool - we had some good times there. Surfing beach just a 5 minute drive away. Neighborhood is very secure with multiple manned gates. The bedrooms are air conditioned which is very nice, but the common areas are not and if you're going in the summer months, it will be very hot. The town is quaint and has some good restaurants. Your US dollar goes a long way there.

Excellent stay with incredible views!

This rental is incredible from planning the trip till the day we checked out. Before booking this property all questions that I had regarding the stay were answered immediately. Zach was helpful in planning transportation to and from the villa and provided menus that were customizable. The property itself it gorgeous and the pictures do not do it enough justice. Waking up to the view of the bay each morning was absolutely amazing. We had a group of 11 adults and there was more than enough room for everyone to feel comfortable. The staff was also amazing and by the end of the trip we felt like family. I can definitely see us returning in the future !

Aptly Named: a Real Dream!

Absolutely beautiful house and friendly staff! What really surprised me was how is how secluded it felt as you look out onto the bay. It feels like your own bay. Highly recommended!

Honestly....AMAZING!

I don't think that I have enough space to write how truly wonderful this house is as well as how amazing the owners and staff were. Our vacation didn't go quite as planned and we needed Suyen's help quickly. She was able to get us in her house early, arranged unexpected pickups and drop offs for us, and was so patient with us. Her husband Zachary was also very patient and so very helpful. Our adventure took an enexpected turn and they were right there to help us. We cannot say enough words about the staff either. They were always there for us, ready to cook, clean and have some laughs with us. Juliette was our main onsite chef and maid and she quickly became our friend. She made amazing meals and we just adored her and the rest of the staff. As for the house.....INCREDIBLE. The views really are that amazing. The sunsets were perfect. The house had a great layout, a wonderful outside patio and pool. We had zero complaints about this house. We enjoyed being out of town , it was truly our own quiet paradise yet it is still close to everything. I highly recommend this house. Thank you Suyen, Zachary , and Juliette for everything you did for us.

Love this house!

This house is spectacular! I had very high expectations and was still blown away when I arrived. Pictures can’t do justice to the jaw-dropping views. The house is sleek and modern but still homey, and the location is perfect - close to town but quiet and secluded. We had an amazing trip to San Juan del Sur and we will definitely book this house when we return!

Incredible house with an unbeatable view!

Such a beautiful house with an incredible view of the bay. Something you would definitely see on a postcard. Lots of space and bathrooms, we had a group of 9 and it never felt crowded at any moment. The pool is fantastic and was taken care of every day. We had a cook daily who was amazing that made anything we got in town. Suyen was fantastic with the communication before the trip and during making sure everything was sorted. We asked for some groceries, beer and wine prior to arriving and it was all there once we arrived. We even messaged her during to have some stuff picked up and dropped off and it was done right away, messaged back within in minutes! We didn't have a car, which was fine for us, its only about a 25-30 minute walk into town. There is security leading up to the property at a gate and they come up at night as well. I can't say enough about this house, the staff and Suyen 10/10 would recommend to anybody! Will definitely be back in the future!

amazing villas!!!!

This property is just amazing,the view is breathtaking,the location is perfect(1km) from San Juan Del Sur beach very easy to walk.The villas are very large, we were 12 and we lived very confortable.we don' t have to forget Juliette the cook and Carlos who helped to maintain the house facilitated and improved the quality of the stay.The owner of the house Zachary is so nice .I recommend without hesitation this property!!!!!

Beuatiful home with a view you will never forget

The property is a huge, recently built, modern home with a pool and view to die for. What makes the view so great is that it an unobstructed view of a private cove, and there are no man made structures or homes to mar the view of nature. Not exaggerating about the view. It is still my laptop's background image, because I miss it so much. The wraparound glass sliding door panels give you the option to enjoy the climate controlled ac, or the refreshing breeze from the cove. I never used the ac in my room since at night the breeze and temperature was always pleasant. I think every room had its own bathroom which was great for my group, and not sure if this is still an issue for other rentals in the area, but this home definitely has hot water and plenty of it. If you're worried about the pictures not being real, I would say at worst they don't do the place justice, and it looks even better in real life.

Amazing view, beautiful modern home great woodwork

Big modern home right on the bay with a great sunset view. Very private exclusive setting. The lush tropical garden and beautiful woodwork really finish the place out.

Better then I imagined!

I've been going to SJDS for years and had always stayed in town. But the town has really gotten noisy and crowded the past couple of times I went down. This trip I decided it would more relaxing to be just outside of town. I was 100% right. The property is so spectacular that I almost never wanted to to go to the beach. I never knew such a gem could be so close to town, yet feel so removed and peaceful. The views to the south, the west, and the north are stunning and let you know that you truly are in paradise. I'm no architect or feng shui master, but I could tell that it was really well thought out and built to last. At lot of construction in Nicaragua is haphazard at best. Not this one. This one felt strong and sturdy and that the construction crew did not cut corners or use crappy material. When I go back down to visit again, this is definitely the only place I'll be staying from now on.

Atardeceres preciosos

La casa es muy amplia, limpia, tiene una terraza preciosa y desde donde se pueden disfrutar los bellos atardeceres. El equipo que atiende son muy amables y siempre atentos a resolver hasta los más mínimos detalles. Disfrutamos muchísimo en familia.

Paradise in San Juan del Sur - amazing home and breath taking views!

Zach and Suyen have an unbelievable home that they made extremely welcoming for our group. The house has an exclusive view of a bay where you can barely see any other houses - it is truly incredible. The house is modern, clean, and the front porch and infinity pool are spectacular. I would come back and stay at this house 10 times out of 10!
