Heijastukset ovat hiljattain uusittu loma-asunto, jossa on jokainen kello ja pilli! River p��������������äsy omaisuutta, Hot Tub, WiFi, Multiple Flat näytöt, Valtava paljon Horse kengät! Sijaitsee rauhallisella alueella, ja sitä ympäröivät runsaat! Olohuoneesta, terassista tai porealtaasta löytyy joki sekä hirvi, kääpiö, kettu, puput, viiriäinen, kaikki se ...


Heijastukset on hiljattain uusittu jokitalo. Suunniteltu, tämä koti on lämmin ja kutsuva siitä hetkestä, kun astut jalkaan.


Keittiö on uusinta, ja siinä on kaikki mitä tarvitaan fantastisten perheen aterioiden valmistamiseen!


Olohuoneessa ja ruokailutiloissa on ikkunoiden ikkuna, joka avautuu kohti laajaa tietä joelle.


Kaikki 3 makuuhuonetta ovat tilavia, ja niissä on viihtyisät oleskelutilat ja taulutelevisio. s. Kaikissa on kaapeli.

This was a great place to stay for a family of all ages!

Reflections is a private space with a huge yard. We enjoyed our stay at Guerneville. We were sad to see the River was very low, and not accessible, so we couldn't enjoy the river as much as we wanted.

Beautiful Home

Reflections is a beautiful and well-appointed home. We really enjoyed our stay and the surrounds. The winter rains did mean that we didn't have dock access to the river, but we were able to enjoy it nevertheless.

Relaxing , quiet respite

Very large yard area for toddler and dog to run around. Nice short path down to kayaks on the river. Very large, open space home with patio. Highly recommend.

Great location and space for a family reunion

Stayed at this property for a week over Christmas holidays Our grown children, their spouses and dogs all came for several days and it was a great space for six people. Kitchen is fabulous for cooking and entertaining. Really nice outdoor space, which we were lucky to use when the weather was clear. Even had deer in the back yard! Had a few housekeeping issues when we arrived but management company was very quick to remedy it.

Close to town for those quick trips to the store or just to browse around. The hot tub was a daily event as the whether was cooler from the haze from the current fires in our state. The location and access to the Russian River is what makes this place great! The house was pretty good but issues like broken garbage can, broken patio umbrella, and incomplete house info were a few of the hiccups we encountered. The kitchen was fully stocked and made meal prep smooth. It would have been nice for kayaks to already be in the water - huge effort to get in and out of the river. Communication was great leading up to our rental but during the stay tried to get in touch several times with no response.

Beautiful Property and Great Location

This property is beautiful and the location is amazing. The trees surrounding the property made it feel super serene and being right on the river is such a plus. The house was a good size for our group of 7 (4 adults and 3 kids). The kitchen is nice, but has only the very basic needs and is missing key cooking essentials (food storage options, baking dishes, hand mixer, waffle iron, etc.). The dishwasher worked sporadically; most dishes had to be washed by hand even after going through a wash cycle. The rooms were nice, but the pillows throughout the house were old and lumpy. The pull out sofa was not useable. We had 2 kids sleep on it the first night and when they woke up, they had red marks where the springs and bars had been pushing into their skin. The kids slept on the couch the rest of the trip. The outdoor area is lovely, but the cushions on the patio furniture were old and provided little cushion at all. Overall, we had a really nice stay at this property and wouldn’t hesitate to come back.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Third visit and second birthday visit here. Nice house and property. Disappointed because the house was still showing deferred maintenance and cleanliness issues from months ago, such as broken downspouts, cobwebs and spider nests in primary. This visit we had ants, broken glass in garbage disposal, broken spa cover, cracks on coffee cups, tears on bed comforter, and an outside wire to the house hanging across the yard at neck height (could be a very bad safety hazard if coming in at night). I called mgmt about the spa top and wire and was told they were aware of it but did not warn us ahead of time. The toilet seat in the primary is stained and needs replacement and the firepit propane container was empty when we arrived. This property has a lot of potential but needs TLC. Thank you.

A Holiday River Retreat

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed 5 nights at Reflections. The house is in a great location, about 5 min. from Guerneville and nicely situated above the river. The entire house has been redone so it felt almost new. In fact, I think they are still "in process" since some cable outlets were not covered. The kitchen is fantastic (except left burners were missing the "shield" that goes around the flame. Oh, also there are lots of pots and pans but no spices, oil, aluminum foil etc. Bathrooms were fine, good showers. Beds very comfortable. Central heating plenty warm. There are no closets, which was strange so that needs to be addressed. Hot tub was great. Great TVs. No fireplace (disappointing). A bit of a smoky smell in house...not cigarets but maybe a fire at some point. That said, the house is beautiful.
