Tämä rannalla sijaitseva huoneistorakennus tarjoaa asiakkaittensa käyttöön porealtaan ja kuntosali. Huoneistossa on yksityinen uima-allas, poreamme sekä 2 kylpyhuonetta ja pyykinpesukone. Asiakkaiden käytössä on keittiö, jossa on jääkaappi, uuni, liesi ja mikroaaltouuni.

Ilmastoiduissa huoneissa on yksityinen uima-allas ja kahvin-/teenkeitin. Huoneessa on parveke. Keittiö, jossa on jääkaappi, liesi, mikroaaltouuni ja astiat/ruokailuvälineet. Kylpyhuoneista löytyy kylpyamme tai suihku, poreamme ja hiustenkuivaaja.

So much fun!

This condo had a fantastic ocean view. It fit six adults and four kids comfortably. AC was ice cold. Kitchen was nice to have. There were so many activities going on all weekend long and the kids loved the multiple pools and easy access to the beach.

Great Place and Location

This is a wonderful location for a family with children. The adults had a great time too! I would definitely recommend this unit.

Great Condo on the Beach

NDA dance comp week/ vacay

Was a great place, great location. Host was easy to communicate with. Staff around the hotel was super friendly and made us very welcome. Did instacart without a hitch to get waters and toilet paper and paper towels..snacks. we would definitely stay again. Thank you Cindy!

Great Family Vacation Spot!

Mix match of dishes/glasses. Not as clean as we expected it to be. Trouble with a toilet at arrival but was resolved. Linens and bedspreads (especially master bedroom) were not clean. No toilet paper in the condo upon arrival (was resolved by the time we went to get groceries). Great view, nice space for our family and we enjoyed the beach, pools and nearby attractions during our week there.

Very Disappointing

From the time we started the check-in process we had problems. There was a lot of confusion and unsuccessful phone calls to the property manager. After about an hour, we finally got into the unit and were very disappointed for the price that we paid. It wasn't a 3 BR unit - it was a 2 BR with an efficiency apartment attached. Not at all what we expected. The photos online were very deceiving. It needs repairs and updating badly. 1. Our lamp in one bedroom did not have a knob to turn it on. 2. The wood trim around the vanity / tub in the guest bath was damaged and in need or replacement. 3. There was no handle to close the door on the shower door in the master bath. 4. The light fixture over the kitchen table had one missing lamp shade and another shade with a hole in it plus several light bulbs were burned out. 5. The garbage disposal did not work and the living room furniture was worn and dirty. We tried contacting Vrbo for assistance - left a message and didn't hear back from them for two days. We love Daytona Beach and will definitely visit again, but we will not be booking through Vrbo and don't advise wasting your money on this particular unit.

Daytona Family vacation

Recent trip to Daytona beach was great. The condo was not as a great. I had trouble checking in and contacted property manager with no response - took 45 minutes to check in. The condo was dirty: water bottles and trash under beds, sand all over couch, dirty pan in oven, dirty towels in washer, etc. I contacted property manager again, finally received a response when I complained on the filth (and a ceiling fan not working). Someone came in that day to clean up, she advised me she would refund my cleaning fee. I thought that is a great reaction. The cleaning guy “tidied up” in 30 minutes, taking the dirty pan to the trash… no one ever contacted me about the fan. Today, 4 days since I’ve departed from trip, I asked property manager about the cleaning refund. The reply I received- today (4 days later) she/he was informed there’s a missing remote - no response to my question. Oh gee, thank you for asking me about a remote and dismissing my question. No I don’t know where the remote is for a TV we didn’t use. There are a lot of great properties in the area. I would not consider using this one again however I would visit the area again with my family. I don’t expect anything positive from the property management with this review based on the way they’ve responded to others - I’m writing this to educate others looking…

Gross/outdated property with a mean/ nasty owner. So disappointed!!

Before I booked the vacation (2 weeks before we came) I called the oceanwalk to ensure all the pool amenities were up and running. I was ensured everything would be open when we came. Upon arriving, the first thing my kids noticed was that the lazy river was completely drained. I immediately called the owner of our property and kindly asked her about it. She assured me she would look into it and call me first thing in the morning. Well, the following night came and at 8pm we still hadn’t heard from her. So my husband, once again kindly called her and she was a complete witch! She told us it was not her problem that the lazy river was closed, that she couldn’t control the weather (which we never even complained about, because the weather was gorgeous!), and that my husband should learn how to entertain our children himself. She literally ranted on and on like a complete psycho! My husband never even raised his voice in the slightest, and explained to her that we have been saving for a very long time to take this vacation and simply asked if since we called and asked prior to booking if she could at the least take $20 a night off, as we were there 2 weeks. She responded with, “when my kids were little, we never even took vacations!” (I’m telling you, she is crazy.) She refused to give us a penny back and continued to say irrelevant/mean things to my husband. The only reason I gave it 2 stars is because my kids loved the pools, play area, and water slide. The direct access to the beach was wonderful. The hotel itself was very clean and the staff was friendly. I would definitely stay at the ocean walk again, but NEVER again with this owner. The room was gross and outdated. Broken things included: microwave handle, dishwasher, faucet leaked, one of the beds, several burnt out lightbulbs, the washer sounded like an airplane taking off. I could go on and on. Last thing, I emailed her that our bed was broken and she said she order a new one and it would be there on Wednesday. I asked her if she could please call me when they were delivering it because we would like to be there with our belonging. She said she would and told me it would be between 11-1. I emailed her at 2 to check on the status and she reassured me she would call me when they were headed up. 3:00pm came, my kids were in the room napping and my mom was in the shower, they came in the room with my kids, without ever calling me,and delivered the mattress. Never called/never emailed.

Daytona 500 vacation

We all had a beautiful time at the condo. The facility was very nice and there was a lot to do within walking distance. The only thing that I would request is to update the couch and chairs as they are dated and uncomfortable. I would recommend staying here!

Great Beachfront Condo!

We stayed here with family, 7 adults and 1 toddler on a trip to see a family member. Unit was clean and spacious. Located right on Daytona beach with great ocean views from the balcony! To our surprise there was 2 sets of washers/dryers, and an additional kitchen area which was great for having so many guests. The outdoor amenities were awesome, pools/hot tubs didn’t close until midnight, and even had live music some nights. Pool bar was great for quick lunches/snacks/drinks. Cindy was available to answer any questions we had before/during our stay. Thanks for hosting our family!

Great place!

It was amazing! All very smooth… we did have some problems with getting the TV to work, one of the remotes didn’t have batteries but otherwise, everything was excellent! Would definitely recommend.

Great Place

Overall this place is perfect. It is a great location, Cindy is super nice and easy to work with and the employees are all so nice! The pools are great, beds are comfy, tons of room!!!!
