Tervetuloa "Casa Delfiniin", perheemme yllÀpitÀmÀÀn yksityiseen ja rentouttavaan lomakohteeseen. Sijaitsemme tÀydellisesti rauhallisessa, maalaismaisessa Playa Langosta -yhteisössÀ koskemattomalla, valkoisella hiekkarannalla kadun toisella puolella ja vain yhden mailin pÀÀssÀ Tamarindosta monine kauppoineen, ravintoloineen, kiertueineen ja yöelÀmÀineen.

5 tÀhden lomakeskuksemme toivottaa sinut tervetulleeksi kun syötÀt luonnollisesti rehevÀÀn maisemoituun kompleksiin, jolla on kaikki mukavuudet, joita voit odottaa. Ammattimaisen kiinteistöpÀÀllikkömme concierge-vastaanotto huolehtii kaikista matka- ja aktiviteettipyynnöistÀ ennen loman ja sen aikana.

Casa Delfin, jossa on 1400 tilavaa neliöjalkaa, sijaitsee maanpinnan tasolla, ja katettu ruokasali-patio on vain 10 askeleen pÀÀssÀ kauniista 90 jalan puutarha-uima-altaastamme. Ei portaita kiivetÀ! Huvilasi on ammattimaisesti sisustettu viihtyisÀllÀ elÀvÀllÀ denilla rentoutumiseen, yksityisellÀ pyykinpesuvÀlineellÀ, jossa on pesukone ja kuivausrumpu, sekÀ kahdella suurella queen-size-huoneella, joista jokaisessa on espanjalainen kaakeloitu kylpyhuone ja oma puutarhasuihku.

Avoin ruokasali-alue mahtuu mukavasti kuusi aikuista. Kokeile katolla sijaitsevaa jaettua ulkoilumateriaalia, josta sinÀ ja vieraasi saat upeat nÀkymÀt upeaan rannikkoon ja upeisiin auringonlaskuihin. Aivan tÀysin varustetun keittiön vieressÀ on ylimÀÀrÀinen ulkoterassi, jossa on kaasulÀmmitteinen BBQ, Tamarindon tuoreen saaliin kalaksi grillimiseksi ..

Laajan, kauniin tiikkipuun kÀyttö koristaa kaikkia sisustustarvikkeita ja sitÀ tÀydentÀvÀt paikallisesti louhitut luonnonkivilattiat, italialaiset graniittitasot, tuodut espanjalaiset laatoitetut kylpyammeet ja GE-ruostumattomat laitteet keittiössÀ. Casa Delfinin kauneutta ja lÀmpöÀ vastaavat vain esteettömÀt nÀkymÀt Playa Langostan rannikolle.

Vain jalat Playa Langostan valkoiselle hiekkarannalle, joka on erinomainen ranta katsomaan henkeÀsalpaavia auringonlaskuja, simpukoiden metsÀstystÀ, uimaan vuorovesiuima-altaissa ja nauttimaan erinomaisesta surffauksesta. The condo was ideally located and absolutely wonderful. Ideal spot away from Tamarindo bustle but near great Langosta restaurants. Pool was quiet and lovely. Also: so many monkeys in surrounding trees!

Spring Break getaway

My husband and I took our college-aged son and his girlfriend on vacation for Spring Break. This place was perfect as we had beautiful, quiet Playa Langosta right in front and fun, more active Tamarindo within walking distance. The unit is clean and convenient. Melissa was very helpful and responsive if we had any questions during our stay. I highly recommend!

AMAZING STAY!!!

My fiancé and I had an amazing time here. Our room was clean and beautiful and the pool was great to cool off in 24/7. It was walking distance from the beach and a short scooter ride from town. There was plenty of dinning options near by and we loved the beautiful sunsets in the beach. We would definitely recommend staying here next time your in Costa Rica!

Excellent stay!

Beautiful, clean, well located and comfortable condo for our family of 4. Bathrooms being outside was fun. Only steps to Playa Langosta and a few minutes drive to playa Tamarindo, grocery and ATM. Melissa was very responsive and helpful. Having the pool beside our patio to cool down after a day at the beach was also priceless. We highly recommend this beautiful location.

Amazing place to stay

We stayed for two weeks with my sister and brother-in-law and completely enjoyed this lovely property. Super close access to Langosta beach and only an 8 min walk to access Tamarindo beach. Several delicious restaurants nearby and still walking distance (25mins) to all the restaurants of Tamarindo. We especially appreciated the walkout to the pool and Melissa was lovely to work with. Would definitely recommend :)

If you are heading to the Tamarindo area, this spot is absolutely perfect. It has everything you need. If you happen to be looking at this spot and it fits your travel dates and space needs, I would look no further. All of the other 5 star reviews are absolutely dead on. I will stay here again the next time I go to Costa Rica provided it is available.

Wonderful Condo

We flew into Liberia for my brothers wedding in Tamarindo. Rich was very helpful from the day we booked almost 9 months ago. The condo was beautiful and quiet. If we weren't at the beach, we were at that amazing pool soaking in the sun. We had breakfast a few mornings at a local B&B Rich recommended and I believe all of the wedding guests eventually ate there. We cooked in a few days and all the ammentities of home. The guard were very nice and we felt very safe at all times. Hope to make it back to Costa Rica one day! Wonderful trip!

The ONLY place to stay in Tamarindo

My husband, myself and 5 year old spent 2 weeks in Costa Rica and this villa was more than we could imagine. It is one block from the beach and there is a beautiful pool right outside the door of the living room. We did the beach in the am & the pool in the afternoon. We grilled at home and enjoyed many great restaurants recommend by the owner Rich. He was gracious and available to answer any questions. There were no cars available to rent so we rented a golf cart which turned out to be one of my daughters favorite things. We met many great neighbors and hands down this is the BEST unit in the complex. It is on the first floor so no lugging stuff upstairs and an end unit with outdoor bathrooms/shower. You get what you pay for and this will not disappoint. This is the only place I would recommend to friends and family. Thank you Rich - see you again!!!!

First and last visit

We loved the location, the pool and the appliances in the kitchen area. Our interaction with the property manager(s) was less than we would have expected. We arrived on time with our driver from Liberia at 10pm, we had difficulty getting the door open the foyer was not lit and the key pad was difficult to navigate. When we called the property manager about our challenges she told us "I have two dogs to take care of and I'm unavailable to help". With the support of our driver, we managed to work through the problem, upon opening the door we noticed the door frame was very loose and not fixed while we were there for 9 days. The first time we met Melissa was when we rented a golf cart, which was the 4th day of our stay. There was no laundry detergent in the unit, we made the request and that was delivered later that day. Our flight was cancelled the day prior to departure, when we contacted Melissa she said she was sorry to hear but had another check in coming in and we would have to be out by 10am, this left us in a bind and we felt completely unsupported by her actions.We have been fortunate to travel around the world and stay in many different lodging types, this was one of the least satisfying and most difficult. I would hope the owner of this property reviews our comments and implements a standard that future travelers will feel supported during their stay and desire to return or share with their friends and family.

Beautiful

This place is absolutely beautiful. I did enjoy myself so much. I do suggest you have locals find what it is you need because you will be overcharged. Do not use a taxi to get from the airport. Just call Xplore for shuttle service which is only about $25 per person. The taxi charged us 90 USD. I did not see any monkeys on the property but I did see them in the trees nearby. There beautiful, huge reptiles in the trees next to the amazing 90 ft long pool. It isn't deep but it is nice for swimming. None of the 3 jacuzzi's worked which was a bummer. The beach that is located through the walkway across the street isn't really for swimming. There are a lot of rocks there but it is a beautiful place to catch the sunset. The nice beach is located in town which is about a 15 minute walk from the property. I enjoyed the little crabs in the shower area. They don't bother thought they look weird. I do not suggest any car rentals as they want almost a thousand dollar deposit. I thought it was pretty ridiculous. While on the beach, you will encounter tons of pan handlers trying to sell you their homemade items but a soft "No gracias" will get them to move along, unless you are really interested. Mostly everyone speaks both English and Spanish so there was no real issue with that. Also there is a small "deli" type store to the right of the property and is stocked pretty well with most of the things you will need while staying here. The property is well kept with security. Wifi was a major issue for me because it only connected in the living room part of the house. Wifi does not work anywhere else in the house but the living room part. You may be able to catch a light signal by the pool. Maybe. I wouldn't bank on it though. That part really bummed me out because I would have loved to sat by the pool and still been able to work and do school work. Oh and another thing, please make sure that you book strictly through the VRBO site because they have renter's protection. You can cancel and get your money back that way. I wish i would've known that then because I made my payments through PayPal. I needed to cancel a few days because my boyfriend had to be back for an important court date for an accident at work and the owner was able to revise the dates but I couldn't get my money back. I paid for 6 nights but only stayed 4. I was upset about it but had I booked through the VRBO site, I could have gotten my refund. Other than that, the trip was beautiful. Filled with memories

Ah Tamarindo!

The place is nicely located. It does need some investment, and its sad the owner is either not paying attention or does not care. Oven counter top is cracked and needs replacement, TV is burnt and speakers broken, Master bath shower pan was clogged. I unclogged. Wifi and AC went out on our last night All in all - It's a perfect wonderful little condo that is desperate for some TLC, and a deep cleaning. One thing we really did'nt like is the pedestrian door from the outside world to the parking and thus interior was constistently being left open by someone.

A week away for Spring Break

Our stay at this VRBO in Guanacaste, Costa Rica, was absolutely incredible! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the peaceful atmosphere, and the beautiful accommodations. The home was spotless, well-appointed, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay.The location was perfect—close enough to explore nearby beaches, restaurants, and activities, yet the patio was secluded enough to feel like our own private oasis. We loved waking up for a stroll on the beach. The pool was a highlight, perfect for cooling off in the afternoons while taking in the sunset.Melissa and Host were fantastic—responsive, helpful, and full of great recommendations for things to do in the area. Great spot to relax and enjoy Tamarindo

Great location just outside of Tamarindo. Easy walk to Tamarindo lots of great restaurants. We took surf lessons with Iguana Surf in Tamarindo, Alex was very helpful and it was tons of fun. Did day trips so it was a perfect spot to relax in between. The kitchen pretty much had everything we needed in it. I mentioned to Melissa from Send Me South that we were short on the basic spices and she brought us some the next day. The beach is a 5min or less walk away. There were 4 folding chairs, 2 umbrellas and 2 flutter boards that came in very handy at the beach, If you're not a beach person the pool at the condo is steps away, excellent for swimming and cooling off. Everyone had a great time and we would go back.

Quiet & Spacious

This condo was clean and a wonderful quiet retreat from the crazy busy Tamarindo ‘strip’. The patio was a perfect place to relax and the pool being steps from our patio was even better! The kitchen was well equipped and the washer/dryer offered convenience to do some laundry at the halfway point on our trip. We weren’t sure about the outdoor shower but ended up loving it! What a wonderful experience to shower among nature. Appreciated a couple of English TV channels and all the thoughtful extras like lawn/beach chairs, beach umbrellas & towels, coolers, movies, etc. Gated parking lot and building offered a safe and secure spot. Great place to stay!

Wonderful New Year's stay

We stayed for a week starting a few days after Christmas until a few days after New Year's. The property is just as pictured. There were five beach towels, two beach chairs, two beach umbrellas and two coolers to use. Very convenient beach access across the street. The outdoor bathrooms were fine. Sometimes there were sand crabs or giant flying grasshoppers visiting! The air-conditioning, beds, full kitchen were excellent. Loved having a washer and dryer. We brought our own eco-friendly detergent sheets. We were very impressed with Melissa the manager before, during and after our stay. She was very helpful. We rented a golf cart through her and it was great. Delicious restaurants within walking distance. The pool was almost always just us even though all the condos were filled all week.We would stay here again if coming to the Tamarindo area. It's a few minutes by golf cart or car to the hustle and bustle of Tamarindo. We loved the quiet of Playa Lagosta. The sunsets are beautiful from the beach or rooftop viewing area. We used the shuttle to and from the Liberia airport set up by Melissa as well.

Great location and accommodations

I will start by saying Melissa was amazing! She helped us book travel, excursions, and transport. She made the trip so easy for us. The condo is just as described. Inside is very nice and comfortable. The location to the pool is key. Not only is it nice to look at but just steps off the patio. There is access to the beach just outside. Take the entrance that has the stairs. The other entrance (15 feet apart) was a little treacherous and we nearly lost our flipflops in the mud. The stairs were much easier. There is everything you need for cooking in the house. We did not use the washer but the drier was nice to dry our towels. The bathrooms are really unique and it was fun to shower outside. Not something I would want in my home but a great part of the para vida experience. I did not see monkeys but heard them several times. Melissa helped us get a golf cart. Not the best cart around but it met all of our needs. I highly recommend renting 1 while there. It makes it so easy to get to town and the beach. They set us up for charging at the condo so that was never a problem for us. It was also great that it was delivered and picked up right from the condo. The only negative I can come up with is a rug by the back door. No big deal, but would be nice to have a place to dry feet when coming in from the pool. We loved the area. It was quiet with minimal traffic. We felt safe walking around the area. It is nice that there is a store close and we stopped at the Surf Bar several times.

Pretty Great!

Liked the location, a bit outside city center. We rented golf cart which I'd recommend. Tamarindo is great spot to visit and lots going on. Melissa was excellent to work with and very helpful with all of our questions. Restaurant, juice bar, and cocktail room within walking distance. Beach accessible only a short walk down the path. Bathroom is open to the outdoors so keep that in mind.
