Cozy and charming one bedroom condo from Cape Coral Vacation Rentals in the heart of Fort Myers behind the Edison Mall - the largest indoor shopping Mall around.

The Residence Condominiums in Fort Myers is one of the best kept condominium complex in the area and is one of very few you will be able to walk to dozens of restaurants and shops. Hooters and Edison Shopping Mall with a variety of interesting shops are both literally in short walking distance, and it’s only a few minutes by car to the historic downtown and river district as well as the Edison Ford Winter Estates.

This fully equipped apartment comes with washer and dryer inside the unit, two TVs (living room and bedroom), WIFI, a screened balcony, and outside parking in front of the unit.
The interior has a clean modern touch and gives a cozy feel as soon as you enter the door. The condo offers one bedroom with a king size bed. The kitchen is well equipped with appliances and kitchen utensils and has a brand new foodi.

Enjoy all the amenities this property has to offer. Start your day with a visit of the State of The Art Gym, take a swim in the heated pool and then relax poolside, soaking up some sun. Finish your day by playing pool at the club house or with a drink at the sun deck along the lake and watch the illuminated fountains dance in the moonlight or walk one of the many walk paths around the lake.

The Residence Condominiums have perfect accessibility to I-75 and the airport.

It’s closeness to most of the surrounding beaches makes this apartment a hidden gem: Sanibel and Fort Myers Beach are only about 30 minutes away via car, and the commute to the beaches around Bonita and Naples in the South and to Venice beach up north is only approximately 40 minutes.

Electric fee is included up to USD 10.00 per day - after that we charge USD 0.20 per kWh for the electric usage. Please pay the amount due at the check-out.

NO PETS ALLOWED!

The number of guests needs to be properly addressed and included in the booking confirmation in order to stay at the house.

Please understand that we will charge the additional guests or pet fee and a penalty fee of USD 500/week for incorrect or false information in reference to number of guests and/or violating the pet policy.

Children over age 3 are counted as paying guests. Nightly rate includes up to 2 guests; no more guests allowed!

NO PARTIES OR YOUNG GROUPS UNDER 25 YEARS.

IMPORTANT - Please note: HOA approval needed - process may take up to 10 business days after successful submission of required documents! There is a USD 100.00 HOA Application Fee per person which will be charged separately. HOA application and approval is through The Residence Condominiums and not Cape Coral Vacation Rentals!

Way Overpriced For What You Get
Here is a detailed summary of the Residence Condominiums: Location= 2 Stars: there were police in our parking lot at least 4 of our 28 days we stayed; it's next door to the Edison Mall and that's not a great area Management = 1 Star: they actually sent us an email when our daughter came down to stay with us a couple weeks stating that she's NOT allowed to stay with us and that there can only be two people per condo....really?? But many people there have 80lb dogs peeing, barking and pooping all over the place but you can't have an 80 lb child staying with you..?? Really??? Totally ridiculous!!! Size & Condition 2 Stars: unit was clean enough but was missing blender; only had 4 shower towels; no beach towels provided; only two dining chairs so no one can ever eat over; t.v. only had Netflix and no local programming; mattress was 6" thick and very uncomfortable; hot water wasn't working (was only warm)--we called maintanence and said the water heater was very old and wasn't able to get hot!!! There was no ceiling fan in the bedroom--only in living room and had no adjustment to the fan (one speed)!! Value 1 Star: price was over $3,252 for less than 500sqft. You can find a better deal almost anywhere else in Florida.....just call around to property management companies!! Amenities 2 Stars: they had a pool, pool table, cornhole, dartboard, workout area. The pool table had only one cue stick; all of the darts were broken for the dart board; one of the legs was broken on the cornhole game; workout room was adequate. No tennis, pickleball, spa, shuffleboard, bocce, ping pong, volleyball. Many places have some of these and no broken amenities!! Buyer Beware!! Shop around and I guarantee that you will find a much better deal elsewhere in a much better community with lots more amenities!!

Residence Condo Ft Myers Feeb.22- March 17 2020
The condo is a one bedroom and I believe recently renovated. It is nicely decorated suitable for a couple. It is located across from the Edison Outlet Mall which we enjoyed. The grounds, Clubhouse and Pool are kept immaculate. Grocery Stores and Restaraunts are within a short drive. Car is highly recommended. Estero, Bonita Springs are within a 30-40 min drive. So is the Fort Myers Beach. I would highly suggest the Condo Board allow a BBQ at each Building, I did not like the idea of using BBQ at pool, too far a distance. People enjoy BBQing in the hot weather. Kitchen could use ovenware. No ovenware at all, I had to buy baking sheet to cook in the oven. Also no wine glasses, salad bowl, oven mitts, can opener, corkscrew.
