Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Have rented this unit for the past four years with complete satisfaction. The condo itself is a great unit and we have enjoyed our annual visits. Construction of the new building next door detracted somewhat from the experience this year, but fortunately the view was only partially blocked. My car, however, is splattered with what appears to be masonry particles, and they are not easily removed. Other concern at the moment is the steep price increase for next year. Almost enough to cause us to cancel for 2016, especially with the devalued Canadian dollar.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was appointed quite nicely but the pool wasn't heated as advertised and one of the spas was like ice water - no heat at all. The pool capacity is 20 and with 40 condos there aren't enough chairs so you had to go early but then the condo itself shadowed the pool until about noon. The tenants above us had a child that was constantly running around and you could hear his footsteps and scraping of chairs all the time. It also advertised a fitness room but you had to have a key and none was provided so we couldn't get in. The beach was excellent though and that's where we had to spend most of our time - bring your own beach chairs. Too much money for the issues we encountered.

Hurricane Sandy made for some great shelling for us as well as the beach being restored durining our stay. We only had two days of being able to sit on the beach due to the restoration process - It was very interesting to watch the process of hauling new sand onto the beaches and are looking forward to seeing it completed in the spring. The only complaint we had is the sheets: In all three bedrooms they continually slipped off the bed during the night and the ones in the Master bedroom were torn. Next time we will bring our own from home. We have already booked this unit for next year. Thank you to the owners for sharing their beach home with us!!

This spacious condo is newly refurnished and in superb condition with great views of the beach. Absolutely top-notch and a great location! Expect to be back next year.
