Meidän Ocean Front Condo on äskettäin uusittu kaikki uudet huonekalut, keittiökoneet ja työtasot, Smart TV, ikkunoiden päällysteet ja uusi mukava king size-vuode. Sisällä meidän yksikkö ja meidän Lanai, meillä on upeat näkymät merelle ja ranta-alue ja kaunis Wailua Bay.
Lai Nani pidetään Kauain itäpuolen tai "kookosrannikon" helmenä. Perusteet ovat kauniisti maisemoitu trooppisia kukkia, palmuja puita ja tilava nurmikoilla. On aidatulla yksityinen pysäköintialue, paikan päällä pyykki, vieressä uimassa rannalla, suuri lämmitetty uima-allas ja kävelymatkan päässä erinomaisia ?? ravintoloita ja viljelijöiden markkinat kahdesti viikossa. On suojattu meren uima-allas tai Keiki Pool, lasten vieressä omaisuutta. Lae Nani sijaitsee 10 minuutin pohjoiseen Lihue-lentokentältä, Poipun ja Hanalein välissä, joten se sijaitsee keskeisellä paikalla tutkimaan saaren molemmin puolin. Beautiful Lae Nani Condo

The property was well maintained and equipped for our stay. We really appreciated the outreach from the owners before our stay. The furniture was comfortable and felt like home. The Lae Nani location can't be beat for access to services, especially with the Lava Lava Beach Club right next door.

Wonderful 5 Year Anniversary

We loved our stay at Lae Nani. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. We ate out on the balcony almost every night. The beautiful view was too good to pass up! Plenty of restaurants within walking distance, and the overall location of the condo is good for exploring the whole island. Howard and Patti were great hosts. They were easy to contact when needed and very accommodating.

Beautiful comfortable condo in great location with lovely view

Bed and bedroom air conditioner made for comfortable sleeping. View from kitchen, dining area, living room and lanai was gorgeous. Kitchen was well equipped for preparing meals. Location was 10 minutes from airport and an easy drive to Poipu and North Shore beaches. We would stay here again.

Very Nice Property

Property as described with quite atmosphere. Centrally located on the island with anything you need nearby. Great ocean view from a nice sized lanai with nice furniture. Air-conditioned bedroom with a firm king mattress. The kitchen was well appointed and had more than we needed. The property grounds were well cared for and the hosts and onsite office staff were friendly and helpful. We would stay there again.

Everything as described. Clean, well equipped condo on gorgeous property. We used the a/c unit in the bedroom sparingly but it is necessary. Gladly stay at this condo again.

Amazing condo!

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this beautiful condo. The views from both inside and outside on the lanai were outstanding. The location was great and allowed for short walks to many great restaurants, coffee shops, bakeries, breweries, and cocktail places. The owners welcome book had many recommendations with their favorite restaurants, etc. and we tried many of them and loved them all. The owners were very easy to communicate with and were accommodating with our check out time. We had the best week and can’t wait to come back. Cannot recommend this rental enough!

Resort feel in paradise

We felt like we were at a resort. The grounds were beautiful and v well maintained and the ocean was steps away. It was also fabulous in terms of location and being able to shop and dine within walking distance. Howard was a v responsive and accommodating host. We would certainly go back. It also had a family vibe. Highly recommended

A Gem on the Garden Island

This place... We saw it right away when we began our search. It looked fantastic, but how often is the first place you see the right one? We kept search; and kept coming back to Lae Nani 423 and finally realized it was the best of the bunch in terms of quality and overall value. But, would it actually be as good as it appears on VRBO? Yes, perhaps even better! The photos and description are accurate; beautiful, comfortable and well-stocked interior and a wonderful lanai from which to gaze at the ocean, eat a relaxing meal, or just enjoy the beautiful grounds. We walked two minutes to the beach to watch the sunrise each morning. The Lava Lava Club is just minutes away on foot; great for breakfast, happy hour or dinner. We wanted a place to serve as a base of operations to see most of the enchanted island and also a quiet sanctuary to just relax and enjoy some down time. This beautiful condo was perfect on both counts. Howard was clear, thorough and timely with his pre-check-in communication and the check out instructions were easy to follow. We hope to be back; perhaps next time for two weeks.

COVID Getaway

Planned this trip almost a year ago. Due to COVID the airline changed our flight schedule. When Kauai instituted the “Bubble” requirement we needed to adjust our plans again. The owners Howard and Patty were very accommodating and we made a couple of changes to our schedule. We were the first visitors to this condo in nearly a year. Despite this the place was in very good shape. Very nice home away from home. All the amenities of your own home. A couple of issues, caused by the inactivity were handled very quickly by Bernadette the local housekeeper. Bernadette was in contact with the owner and he immediately made contact with us and seemed unnecessarily embarrassed. We could tell that he was used to everything being in perfect condition. The property, landscaping and pool were beautiful. We would not hesitate to book this property again when we can get back. Thanks, Howard and Patty

Great time in Kauai

Perfect relaxing location. We really enjoyed venturing out in the mornings and relaxing at the beach in the afternoon. The owners were very helpful and available if needed. We will definitely we coming back and staying at the same place.

Best possible place to stay

We’re thrilled to give this VRBO a 10 of 10, as it exceeded all our expectations. We walked in the door and were instantly drawn to the mesmerizing view of the ocean! The location is excellent within the island and within the development. The view of the beach is as lovely as it appears in the pictures (and yes, they let you walk and play on the grass). The grounds are beautifully manicured with plenty of beautiful flowers, bushes and trees all landscaped to sooth the soul! This 2nd floor location provides a clear view of it all AND even the lava rocks and sand seem to have been artistically arranged on the beach by God Himself. With a deck that has two comfortable chairs for lounging and a taller table with 4 chairs so you can view the scenery without obstruction from the porch railing.All the furniture inside the unit is more comfortable than it appears in the pictures, and airflow through the unit was refreshing. We were concerned that the unit might be too warm, as there is air conditioning only in the bedroom, but our concern was unfounded. We only used the AC at night and were very comfortable throughout the unit for the rest of the day. From the deck (lanai?), we watched people enjoying the ocean throughout the day, while we ourselves made use of the lovely swimming pool nearly every day. If you need the laundromat, or the tennis court, they are both close at hand.The host was outstanding both via phone or text! We would definitely stay here again!

Kauai - A wonderful week

We really enjoyed the Lae Nani Resort. The condo was very clean and very well equipped. We loved spending mornings and evenings on the lanai. The location is wonderful. We were able to walk for food and beverage every night, which was very convenient after long days exploring the beautiful island of Kauai. We hope to be back again.

Pretty perfect place In paradise

We have stayed in VRBOs from Maine to Molokai and this is one of the best if not the best unit we have stayed in. This is a fantastic condo. It was immaculate, comfortable ,quiet, well equipped (like good quality tissues, tp, paper towels). Also, sharp knives & reasonable kitchen equipment, beach chairs, towels, comfy sofa & chairs on the lanai. Staff we interacted with were lovely. When the VRBO site was being wonky and not letting us make reservations, Howard tried valiantly to help us while the VRBO tech staff took their sweet time (but it was eventually fixed and we successfully made our reservation). Loved the location near a nice walking path. Could walk to a number of restaurants and shops & not too long a drive to northern beaches or points south. Great pool, big enough for lap swimming. We truly hope to return here soon.

Best vacation in 20 years

The condo is centrally located and complete with all amenities including swimming pool , shared laundry , tennis /pickle ball court. The grounds/property were immaculate and secure. The unit was very tastefully decorated and had everything needed to make great meals.The king size bed was very comfortable as was the bathroom. A/C unit in the bedroom was very much appreciated.The location being ocean front had amazing views from the lani & kitchen while preparing meals. This is truly a paradise

We loved our stay at Lae Nani 423!

We loved our stay at Lae Nani 423! When we come back to Kauai, we will stay here again. The view from the balcony was so beautiful, we loved watching the ocean and listening to the waves right in front of us. The condo was much bigger and nicer than the pictures can show. It's an easy walk to Coconut Marketplace (like a small outdoor mall) with shops and restaurants. A mile away is Russell's with the best acai bowls. The location was perfect for exploring the island. The air conditioner in the bedroom was excellent and appreciated. The king sized bed was comfortable. We wouldn't change a thing.

Beautiful Hawai’i Stay

We’d had an incredible stay! The location was great for us and very manageable to get to both sides of the island. The beach right out front of the unit was so peaceful and not crowded. The unit was spacious with plenty of other accessories like beach chairs, coolers, nice coffee maker, etc. Great place to spend our honeymoon and plan on returning soon!

We are retired educators and have raised 4 children.
We came to Hawaii when the kids were younger and were re-introduced to Kauai by friends who own a condo to the South. In 2010 we were excited to purchase and completely remodel unit 124.
We have appreciated Lae Nani immensely and when the opportunity arose to purchase this unit (423) we jumped at the chance to begin a new project!

After visiting Kauai, we decided that we would like to spend more time here and after checking out a number of properties, Lae Nani was hands down our favorite. We liked the location, the beautiful tropical landscaping that is impecably maintenaned and the friendly atmosphere.
We love that we can walk to a wide variety of restaurants and a newly revitalized Coconut Market place. They host a Farmers Market every Tuesday and Thursday, and a weekly Hawaiian Music and Dance.
Lae Nani is also located on the North-South Kapaa Bike/Multi use path which is so incredibly convenient. The views are sensational. Presently it is 7 miles long, with plans to become 17 miles.

There is an amazing sense of tranquility created by the warmth, the lovely tropical landscape and the breathtaking views. It is an inspiring place to sit and read a book, to play in the surf, or to take advantage of the myriad of opportunity for local adventures.
We appreciate that we are close to a town that has maintained a local culture but also welcomes tourists.
