Rakennuksessa, jossa yksikkömme sijaitsee, kärsineiden hirmumyrskyvaurioiden vuoksi. Sitä ei voi vuokrata kevääseen 2019 saakka. Kiitos kiinnostuksestasi.

Tässä yksikössä on kolme makuuhuonetta ja kolme kylpyhuonetta. Kaikissa kolmessa makuuhuoneessa on king-vuoteet. Olohuoneessa on myös kuningatar vuodesohva. Se tarjoaa avoimen ja kutsuvan keittiön, olohuoneen ja ruokailutilan, jossa on runsaasti tilaa rentoutua. Tai istu parvekkeella ja kuuntele rauhallisia valtameren aaltoja. Meksikonlahden kauniit valkoiset hiekkat ovat vain lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä kadun toisella puolella. Allas ja kuntosali ovat myös saatavilla. Kiinteistö on kävelymatkan päässä ravintoloista, mutta ilman hälinää ja kehittyneiden alueiden ylikuormitusta. Se on täydellinen paikka rauhalliselle, rentouttavalle lomalle.

There are many pros to this property. The condo is very convenient to the beach and pool as well as walking distance to great food at Killer Seafood and the ice cream food truck. Parking garage is nice and easy to access. Host assistance is great as we had a problem with the lock and it was handled quickly.Cons: Floors could be cleaner; beds were better once we took off the foam toppers.

Awesome unit

Had many useful items when traveling with small children. Pack n play, high chair and baby gate. Kitchen was well stocked also had crock pot which is a plus for us because we cook nearly every night.

Good location across street from Gulf of Mexico. We stayed a full month, Condo was well equipped, and very spacious. Our cat loved the balcony. Our first stay in Mexico Beach since the Hurricane, only thing missing was Toucan's or a good replacement restaurant. See you next year, Thanks Bob and Helen.

Family Beach Trip ‘23

Large family area for everyone to hang out. Please of kitchen utensils, dish ware, pots/pans, coffee pot/Keurig. Great beds (all king size which my family loves) great location, great pool and hot tub. Perfect for our family. Thankful for the high chair and port a crib.

Spring Break

My sister in law and I took our grandkids for the weekend during their spring break. The condo was large enough for all of us, the kitchen was great for eating together. Sitting on the balcony watching the beach was relaxing too. The weather didn’t cooperate much for us but just being together was fun. Thank you!

Family Vacay

The property was exactly as described, it was very clean and in a perfect location by the beach! Our host had thought of everything we might need for my 6mo old Grandson and our little dog. The thoughtfulness was much appreciated. Communication was great and checkin went very smoothly as our host reached out 2 days before to ensure we had all the info we would need. We had our grown kids and grandkids and we could not have been any happier. We will definitely be back!

Disappointed

We have stayed here twice before and dealt directly with Kristie. Everything was great then. This time we had problems getting a correct contract agreement. We received one with the wrong dates, another with the wrong name and dates and only received the correct one just over a week before our trip date. We were charged $100 for a pet deposit even though we didn't request to bring a pet nor did we bring one. On the morning of our trip as we were leaving, we had yet to receive our check in information. We sent an email, called the number we had and sent a text explaining that we were leaving our home (8 hours away) without that information and for someone to please send it. We were traveling with 2 small children and were concerned about getting there without information to get into the room. We received that information 2 - 3 hours into our trip. When we arrived, we found 6 bath towels, and wash cloths, even though there were 8 of us. This required doing laundry every day. Not what you want to do on vacation. The condo was nice and the beach was great, but the overall booking experience was stressful.

Winter stay

Property was very clean and well maintained. The winter was very cold, but can't blame Paradise Shores for that. We loved that our unit was pet friendly and had so many conveniences - baby bed, highchair, and baby gate for when our grandchildren visited. That Master suite is awesome! We loved the convenience of the carts and elevators as we are getting too old to tote belongings and groceries up stairs. The only downside was the Roku TV in the livingroom--too complicated- wish it had been cable like the bedrooms. We hope to return next winter.

Much needed time away weekend retreat

One of the beds had a broken leg/support and the toilets were lose at the base. Just a little maintenance needed. The condo is beautiful and the location is great all and all we enjoyed our stay and would love to stay here again.

Hands down best place I've stayed in Mexico beach .

I go to Mexico beach at least twice a year.This place went above an beyond what I needed. Plenty of room for my big family pool an hot tub. Had somewhere to park my boat which is the main reason I got this place an it on the beach. Definitely my go to place from here on as long as it's available.

Poor Check In Process

Once I got in the condo was beautiful. Check in was at 4:00 pm so we went to the grocery store first. When I tried to get in using the code provided the code did not work. I had bought ice cream at the grocery store and after having to wait an hour for maintenance to get us in the ice cream melted. They need to change the process for getting in the unit. They said it was tied to the internet which is not good.

Enjoyable stay

We had an enjoyable stay at this condo. The pool is only a few steps away and was a good distraction for the kids and adults. The beach was close and easy to access. There is a convenience store next door for ice and such things. There is one grill outside to grill on but the area is unkempt and dirty. High clearance vehicles be forewarned; the parking garage has a 7' clearance! We had to park our truck outside in a lot that doesn't belong to the property. It belongs to Toucans and you can park a boat there for the immediate future but will probably change if they every rebuild. We found the condo to be spacious and room sizes adequate for our group. All areas of the property are wheelchair accessible as well as all areas of the unit. It is easy to get around in a wheelchair. Here are some things we noticed from a handicap perspective. There is a roll in shower but the shower head is not properly attached for disabled tenants & there is no soap dish. The bathrooms nor the roll in shower have grab handles. There are no threshold hindrances and you can move about the kitchen but the counters will be a challenge for those sitting. Not complaints, just observations for those who may be wheelchair bound. We found everything we needed to cook and clean with. I would like to address the cleanliness of the unit. I read several complaints concerning the cleanliness and felt sure the owner had addressed them by now, but not so. The floors have not been properly cleaned in some time. Our children's feet were filthy within 30 minutes of arriving. We mopped best we could with the mop provided but this floor needs more than a once over with a mop. Towels with holes in them and washcloths to match. Bed skirts dirty from rubbing the floor. The sliding glass doors were not cleaned and it shows. Owner should seriously address this with the cleaning crew. I will say this alone would not prevent me from coming back but will say it is unfair to charge for cleaning and not receive a clean unit.
