Tämä on kaunis 5 makuuhuoneen koti, joka sijaitsee Mesassa. Lähellä moottoritietä ja Mesan portin lentokenttää.
Upouudet kalusteet ja liinavaatteet ovat kaikki valmiita tulemaan nauttimaan Auringon laaksosta.

Tässä kodissa on tilava pohjaratkaisu, jossa on 3 asuintilaa ja 5 makuuhuonetta, ja se sopii erinomaisesti suurille perheen kokoontumisille ja ystävien lomille. Kaikki upouudet kalusteet, sängyt ja liinavaatteet. Mitään yksityiskohtia ei jätetty huomiotta tekemällä tästä kodista täysin varustettu kaikella, mitä tarvitset kotiisi poissa kotoa. Kalustettu mukavuudella ja tarjoaa runsaasti istuimia, mukaan lukien muodollisen olohuoneen, perhehuoneen ja jopa pelihuone / parvi yläkerrassa!

Family Vacation

House was beautiful and exactly as pictures. It felt like we were “home” for the week. Pool and outside seating was a great! Worth every penny and would definitely stay again.

Trial month

We lived in az for 20 years. Moved back to Michigan to be closer with family and friends. We tried to see if we could do a month in az and we realized we missed beautiful az and plan to continue our one month stays. The house made us feel more like home and close to everything we did. It was so easy to work with the representatives who were all very nice.

Nice place short on amenities

Great place. Heated pool was great, beds were comfortable. No trash bags, no cleaners to help keep the place clean during a week stay. No spices nothing. Most VRBOs we have stayed Had all these items.

Disappointed

Our first impression was not good due to how dirty we found the property. There was lots of dust, sticky floors, dirty medicine cabinet, crumbs on the furniture, no working vacuum cleaner, and broken glass on the patio. We also found greasy dirty knives and utensils in the kitchen drawers, not enough linens, and the pots and pans were so scratched up they were unusable. There were other minor things as well. During our 5 week stay ending March 27, 2022, we contacted the management company twice and they responded promptly. They brought us more linens, new knives and utensils, new pots and pans, and a working vacuum cleaner. The location was great, the layout of the house is fine but the furnishings are looking “tired.” The outside space was really nice but the pool does not have a heater as identified as one of the amenities on the listing. We would have appreciated some chaise lounge chairs to lay around the pool. We have expressed all of our concerns with the management company and are still awaiting their response.

We LOVED the size and location of the property. Disappointed no bathroom near downstairs bedroom.

We were mostly Very satisfied with this property…especially the size of it and all the sitting spaces and outdoor patio etc with ample sitting area. We were very disappointed that the pool is virtually unusable til spring/April when they turn the heat in for it….I only got me feet wet in a month and others were only able to get in twice in 30 days. There were several things that were missing..such as Kitchen towels, dish cloths, broom/dustpan, wine bottle opener, blankets for beds, and the ice maker didn’t work and a fan upstairs in the bathroom quit working and still isn’t working. After I texted Casago most things were resolved and delivered very timely. The table legs and chair legs were very loose and we had our hubby’s fixing them..even buying a tool to do so. Our biggest disappointment was there were NO recliners as pictured on the site. We specifically chose this one with those in mind as we had an 87 year old with and the rest of us are in 60’s and 70’s. We were told that it would be resolved and chairs would be delivered..that never happened. Also disappointing was the front screen door screen which kept falling off and the closure sticking..the guys tried fixing no both issues i6-8 times. Again..no one came to fix it. Still overall we loved this place and hope that all these issues will be resolved before renting it again. If So I would give it 5 STARS!!

Great neighborhood, beautiful house

The only issue was the grill caught on fire the first night we tried cooking hot dogs because it wasn’t cleaned out. Otherwise the house was great!

Casago was pita

Rented the property in February or March for Christmas vacation and made initial payment. Property stated had solar heated pool which we figured would be to cold to use. That’s okay. When we filled out contract, needed initials to okay $60 fee for gas heated pool. Called casago and talked with young man concerning this additional charge. I asked if the pool was convertrd to NG. He didn’t know and told me if I didn’t initial that portion of the contract they would void it. This was in November. He told me that i never completed the contract was sent in March. I found the email and i did not open a part that had the original contract so i sign it as it was the original contract but did not have the pool stipulation in it. I was emailed the sign contract and they had signed my signature to the new contract! I made the first payment with my CC. They required a photo of my drivers license and a selfie holding it. Very strange request. Overall the gals in this office were nice but the young man needs to learn a lot of etiquette from them.

The haunted house

Took my family and friends for a nice relaxing Father’s Day getaway and turned out to be a life changing experience out of 10 of of in out party 4 of us left the property fight the COVID-19 I try IE’s to reach out the property management which is casago properties but nothing no answer or return email, sheet look like there had been used and never washed all the trash from the previous renters were left behind I send them a email regarding the matter and nothing very poor housekeeping and sanitation of the property.

Amazing Rental

We are from NY and this property was exactly what we were looking for. The property is nicely furnished and provided a homey atmosphere. The neighborhood was family and kid friendly. We even ventured to view an open house in the area, with numerous walking trails and playground. The only complaint I have is the pool was very cold. The solar heat did not warm the pool to a comfortable temperature. I realize it is winter and there were cloudy days, but we were looking forward to relaxing in the pool during our stay. I would definitely recommend this home to others.
