Kaunis, rannikkoalueiden näkymät kaikkiin suuntiin! Tämä ylimmässä kerroksessa, todellinen kattohuoneisto, ylellinen huoneisto tarjoaa sinulle ikimuistoisen ja upean loman. Nauti aterian parvekkeelta tämän huoneiston ja katsella delfiinejä, kaloja, lokkeja lentävät, kaikki ottaen 30 kilometriä rannikon näkymät idästä länteen.

Tämä pehmeä huoneisto tarjoaa kaikki mukavuudet, joita tarvitaan täydelliseen nautintoon. Tilavat oleskelutilat on kaakeloitu ja ne sisältävät aurinkotuolin vuodesohva ja rakkautta, parveke pääsy pituisille pimennysverhoille, ruokailu- / aamiaisbaarialue, johon mahtuu mukavasti 7 paikkaa ja täysikokoinen keittiö. Keittiössä on valkoisia käämittäviä kaappeja, hohtavaa kullanväristä, Elida-lasipalautetta, ruostumattomia laitteita ja päivitettävää laajennettavaa keittiötasoa. Kaikki tarvittavat suuret ja pienet laitteet ovat esimerkiksi jääkaappi, uuni, mikroaaltouuni, kahvinkeitin, tehosekoitin, leivänpaahdin jne. Ruoanlaittovälineet sisältyvät suurten tai pienten aterioiden valmistamiseen.

Makuuhuoneessa on king-size-vuode, ylellinen vinyyli- laattojen lattia, kruunumuotti, parveke (nukkuminen aaltojen ääniin), taulutelevisio ja erillinen kylpyamme kylpyhuoneella. Täyspitkä, pimennysverhot on tarkoitettu nukkumiseen.

Vierashuoneessa ei ole yhtä vaan kahta täysikokoista sänkyä, joissa on ylimmän hengen vuoteet! Nukkua erittäin viileässä yläkerrassa tai alemmassa täysikokoisessa sängyssä. Taulutelevisio ja DVD-soitin tarjotaan yksityisille, vierashuoneille, viihteelle. Huoneessa on pääsy erilliseen kylpyhuoneeseen, jossa on oma kylpyhuone.

Erillinen pesutupa sisältää Whirlpool-yhdistelmän pesukone / kuivausrumpu.

This is the place. Best beach condo I’ve ever stayed in - both the building (FAST elevators! Assigned parking! Beach service included!) AND the unit itself (can we talk about that balcony?! Perfection!) cannot be beat. The bed in the main bedroom was so comfy I was almost late checking out. The unit also has thoughtful touches throughout that make the stay wonderful! I wondered if there was a blender for making piña coladas. Sure enough, there was! AND insulated, lidded cups for taking them to the beach! Plenty of kitchenware, enormous TVs…I could go on and on. I’ll be back! Greta is my new fave!

When we arrived, the condo was very clean and was stocked with toiletries and cleaning supplies for 1-2 days. The kitchen was very well stocked with dishes and cookware as well. Our rental included two beach chairs and an umbrella that was put up for us every morning and taken down every night. The hot tub was nice when the evenings were cooler. The balcony was by far the best part. The balcony is huge and we were on the 23rd floor with gorgeous views. We ate all our meals out there and sat on the balcony most evenings to watch the sunset. I will definitely be coming back.

October 2021 Stay

We had a wonderful trip! A long time friend and I brought our girls to TW2302 for a girls trip. Our time felt too short. The view was incredible! During our stay, we saw a shark, several dolphins, sting rays and a beautiful sea turtle from the balcony. The condo was tastefully decorated and we had everything we needed. Pleasantly surprised to see a Keurig! Everyone slept very well. I'm a little bit of a clean freak and was so thankful to see the condition of everything. The staff at Greta's is great. We have a miscommunication about the arm bands but didn't end up needing them because we were on the beach so much. By the way, if you love coffee, check out The Pour. 10 out of 10. We hope to be back soon at TW2302!! Thank you Greta's!!!

This was our first time to stay in this unit and were all a little anxious about being up so high. Once we got use to the height, We loved the view from the balcony especially first thing in the morning. Dolphins, sharks and turtles all swam by and we could see them from the balcony. The floors throughout the condo were great however, I do think you need some rugs in the bedrooms and bathrooms (slick floors). The only real complaint we have every year is the parking garage. No one can make the turns to get around the corners and its real tight getting into a parking spot. BUT we aren't there to enjoy a parking garage we are there for the beach. And the beach is fabulous!! Thanks for allowing us to stay in your unit. We had a great time!

Reviewer Comments: Love 23rd floor....unit needs furniture badly... furniture looks like thrift store, no kidding! Couches had food crumbs on them when we arrived.Couches have UGLY slipcovers on them but due to uncleanliness we covered them with sheets!!All tables had dirt/ food smears and drink circles on them.Dirt/ filth on light and electrical covers.Not sure what cleaning service does!Carpets are stained and gross,shower curtains had reddish mold to start and only got worse.Its definitely not high end or fancy but we love the location and huge patio. The people at Greta's are A plus!! They went out of their way to replace missing items like hair dryers,crockpot and clothes iron.We have used them in past and hopefully will again.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything from booking the place to checking out was great. The place and view was beautiful. Decided to add an extra day and they made the process very easy. Everything you need is in this place. Would definitely recommend and will be using again in the future. Tropic Winds/Greta Beach Rental Review

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Wow! Upon our first step into Unit 2302, we immediately transformed into another atmosphere that made us feel like we were on a private island! Everything from the decor to the color scheme of the decorations was breathtaking! The unit was fully equipped with everything one could think of from the coffee pot to the crock pot, plush towels, etc. Moreover, the balcony with the high top rocking chairs gave an awesome view of the ocean, sunrise, and sunset. And Mike's Seafood and Oyster Bar across the street served great food, salads, and sweet tea. Lastly, our Rental Agent, Riley, was phenomenal! He made everything nice, easy, and readily accessible. It was truly a smooth transition. Thanks, Greta Beach Rentals, for an incredibly awesome experience! We can't wait to come back and we Highly recommend your rental to everybody!!! The location couldn’t be more perfect - right on the shoreline with stunning ocean views from every window. The interior was beautifully decorated, creating a cozy yet luxurious atmosphere. The amenities provided were top-notch, from the fully equipped kitchen to the comfortable beds and spacious living areas. The highlight was definitely the private balcony overlooking the beach, where we enjoyed breathtaking sunsets each evening. The host was incredibly accommodating and made sure our stay was nothing short of perfect.

Parking can be tricky if you are in a large vehicle as parking garage is very tight, but other than that super nice, would definitely rent here again.
