Tervetuloa Villa AMISTAD. Innoittamana ja kutsuva, Villa Amistad ilmentää mukavuutta, tyyliä ja täydellistä rentoutumista Isla Mujeresissa, Meksiko. Irtioton arjesta ja nauttia auringon suuteli loma, jossa näkymät loputon Meksikon Karibian on elämäntapa.

Tämä nykyaikainen Meksikon vetäytyä kätkeytyneenä vilkkaan kaupungin Isla Mujeres, Meksiko on kehystetty vastaan majesteettinen turkoosi Karibian valtameren toisella puolella, ja vain muutaman askeleen päässä saaren ostos-, ruokailu ja tutkitaan toisella. Turkoosi vesi. Endless Ocean tuulista. Lämmin, pehmeä hiekka. Kuvankaunis auringonlaskua. Villa Amistad tarjoaa upeat puitteet seuraava saari paeta.

Villa Amistad oli ammattimaisesti suunniteltu ja rakennettu arkkitehti Ivonne Gamio. Villa innostui mallit Barragon ja Legoretta tarjoamaan mukavuutta, ylellisyyttä, yksityisyyttä ja elinikäinen muistoja. Sijaitsee Karibian puolella Isla Mujeres, vieraat voivat nauttia liikkuvan meren aallot ja tasaisesti Ocean ilmaa. Villa oli suunniteltu porrastettu, askel alaspäin kerrosta, jotka tarjoavat tunne kävely ulos mereen.

Täysiaikainen henkilökunta tarjoaa päivittäinen siivouspalvelu (paitsi sunnuntaisin), sekä uima-allas, puutarha ja turvallisuuspalvelut. Vieraita vastaanottamassa saapuessa Englanti-speaking isäntä antaa johdatus tilat ja vastaa kysymyksiin, jotka koskevat loman.

Premier Accommodatiions!

Villa Amistad was amazing and even better than advertised although the marketing for the place is excellent. Everything in the place was premier from the beds to the pool. You can’t find a better view than from the pool at Villa Amistad. Host and owner were incredible to deal with and we will be staying here the next time we come to Isla. Loved everything about our experience!

Great place, location and host

After a disaster with our 1st rental we found Villa Amisted on VRBO. Communications with the host/were flawless. The house was perfect for 6 adults. Great area quiet but close to center and the beaches. Thank you again Gordon for a wonderful place.

Amazing location. Highly recommended.

This property is in an amazing location. It is just far enough from downtown to be quiet and still within walking distance. The pool was great with a view of the gulf. The property manager is close by and is very friendly and helpful. The cleaning staff is very friendly and thorough. We had a great stay.

Spectacular views!

We enjoyed our stay very much! Within walking distance to North Beach, but the golf cart was preferred. Very responsive property manager. We had an AC issue and it was fixed immediately. We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful home for our family vacation!

My family had a wonderful time staying here for our vacation. Erin was incredibly responsive when we were booking. The house manager was also very helpful with any requests we had. The home is in walking distance of so many great restaurants and attractions in the north beach. My niece and nephews loved the pool, and we all enjoyed the rooftop. I would absolutely stay here again!

Beautiful house in great location!

This is a beautiful house with great amenities in a great location. The host and manager were so hopeful communicating ahead of time for travel suggestions (airport transportation, ferry tickets, and golf cart rental) and during our stay when we had a few questions. I would highly suggest this house and we would absolutely rent it again if we return. Thanks again!

Gordon's house was fantastic! His property manager Stacy was very helpful and was immediate in her communications. The house was very clean and well stocked. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the location was within .5 mi of North Beach. The views of the ocean were amazing from the many different vantage points that the house offers. We would highly recommend this property for your next visit to the island!

Amazing!

This is an amazing place to stay! Very short walk on the board walk into town with an ocean view the whole way! The place was clean, and had everything we needed and more! Definitely would stay here again! The only “downside” was there is a lot of construction going on with the buildings surrounding the house so it was noisy during the day, but there’s a lot of construction in Mexico!

Pool is fantastic, condition of home was like new! Location to North Beach and downtown could not be better. We enjoyed the breeze at the pool as it made the warm weather even more enjoyable! We rented a golf cart for a couple of days which was also fun to explore the south end of the island. Erin and Stacy thank you for such awesome accommodations.

Very nice villa in a very convenient location

Since we had never been to Isla Mujeres before, we decided to rent a golf cart so we could run all over the island. However, everything downtown and for the north beach area was within 5-10 minutes walk. When I am on vacation, I like to wake up naturally (no alarm clock). The villa is situated perfectly so that we woke up to a beautiful morning view every day.

Amazing unforgettable place! Super place for families or groups of couples. Great location within walking distance to downtown, beach and Hidalgo St. so anyone in your group can come and go without the necessity of the expense of a golf cart or taxi. Direct access to the newly renovated malecon. Your own private pool looking out over the carribean-The rooftop view is spectacular especially at night. Sit on your living room sofa and watch the waves-Every bedroom has it's own bathroom- super place for families AND daily maid service included. Couldn't ask for a more

Great House, Great Location

We recently stayed for 5 nights at Villa Amistad and we had a wonderful time. We were in the 3 bedroom with roof top deck and pool and everything was in excellent working order and very beautifully done. We enjoyed the pool at the end of the day (sparkling clean water) and found the short walk to town and the beach to be very enjoyable (though hot in the midday sun!). Erin was great to communicate with when making the reservation and the house manager was there to meet us when we arrived. Could not recommend this property more highly and my family and I hope to return soon.

Gorgeous villa

My husband and I stayed in this gorgeous villa for 7 nights with our daughter and her boyfriend joining us 4 days later. We loved everything about it. We met the owners in April on the island and they gave us a tour, well we booked it immediately for a return trip in October because we fell in love with the place. This is the area we like to stay when we come. Awesome finishing touches were cold beer in fridge and cold tequila in the freezer. The AC works very well and the showers have plenty of pressure and hot water which is sometimes hard to find on Isla. The best part is the pool area and the beautiful views of the waves. Hope to return soon. Wendy L

Great location, views, and crashing wave

Great experience. Centrally located on safe, quiet street. Wonderful sunrises right from the bed in the master. Appreciated the 15 gallons of bottled water provided. The owner popped by to check on us and his team of Stacy, her assistant Omar and housekeeper Katia were awesome and available to help with any questions or concerns. Would for sure rent again, and if possible/needed would rent both sides of this property. One strike against: the main floor bath is really a half bath that has a shower wedged in under the stairs with no curtain, so our adult children staying in the main floor room used one of the two upstairs showers. Not a big deal for us, but you effectively have two showers rather than three (unless you're under 5 foot.).

nice house and good location

The house had plenty of room for the 5 of us during our 6 day stay. The owners were very responsive and helpful with all questions. When the water stopped working in our house, they sent someone over that morning to fix it immediately. The location was excellent to get anywhere we wanted to go in our cart quickly. The best part was we were only a block away from La Lomita, our favorite restaurant on the island. The back door to the property (not the house) was broken the entire stay so that is why it isn't 5 stars. The manager knew about it and pointed it out on our initial run through, but she never had it repaired. The maid is amazing and cleaned more than she honestly needed to every day. The whole house was clean and we would stay there again.

Great Location with beautiful Sunrises

Our stay at Villa Amistad was wonderful from booking to checking out. The folks who own, book, and manage are very helpful and communicative. Stacy (property manager) had our kitchen stocked on arrival after I gave her a shopping list the week before via email. She was there to meet us and show us around the home and answer any questions. We had daily (except Sunday) maid service which was delightful. The house comes with a large jug water dispenser that is stocked so no need to buy bottles of water. We had brought empty thermoses that we filled every day and took with us so we didn’t have to buy water everywhere we went. The pool was perfect for our kids who were in it every evening. It has a large ledge for kids to lounge on (or adults) and the view of the ocean right there. Can’t say enough about the view. You can see, hear, and smell the ocean from all 3 stories and the sunrises are breathtaking. Coffee and sunrise on the master balcony was a favorite. Our beds were comfortable and the AC worked fantastically. The location was great. We could walk into town to Hildago for dinner if we wanted and North beach was a quick 5 minute golf cart ride. It’s a bit quieter than North beach and still close to all the action. We also loved having the Malecon right out the back door which makes for a lovely walk. We felt very safe in and around the home. You do share the pool and backyard with the neighbor side house. This was not an issue for us as we never really saw or heard the neighbors. We would love to come back with friends and rent both sides of the home. We had a great stay!

Hola! A little about us... We are originally from Wisconsin and moved to Florida about 10 years ago and are working in construction and property management here.

We first discovered our little island in 1976! We were "spring breakers"- not the drinking, partying kind- we were the exploring kind of spring breakers. We traveled all around the Yucatan Peninsula. Almost at the end of our trip we stumbled on Isla Mujeres. We fell in love with the little island and have been going back as much as possible since then. The gorgeous blue/green waters and the kind, caring islanders drew us back time after time!

We were walking down Ave. Juarez and saw a "for sale" sign on the Villa Amistad- Well, it did not take us long to decide to put in an offer and a few months later became the official owners.

And...Now we can call it home and we are so delighted and excited! We are so happy to own such a Gem of a property and to be able to share it with others. It really is our little piece of Paradise!
