Villa Bayshore Del Sole

Bayshore Del Sole on täydellinen koti vieraille, jotka etsivät aivan uutta ylellisyyttä tarjoavaa parasta veneilymahdollisuutta Cape Coralissa. Cape Coralin suositun Yacht Club -alueen sydämessä sijaitseva koti on aivan uusi koti syksylle 2019. Tyylikkä��stä avoimesta oleskelutilasta ylelliseen ulkoilma-alueeseen, kaikki täm�� koti on ylellistä ja modernia.

Astuessasi kaksiovisen sisäänkäynnin kohdalle sinua odottaa suosittu Great Room -asettelu, jossa olohuone, ruokailutila ja keittiö yhdistetään yhdeksi tilavaksi pääasialliseksi oleskelualueeksi. Tommy Bahama -kalusteilla sisustetun kodin korkea laatu näkyy heti.

Keittiö on viimeistelty puisilla kaapilla, Keski-saarella ja suunnittelijan graniittitasoilla. Ruostumattomasta teräksestä valmistetut kodinkoneet valmistavat keittiön sopimaan vaativimmalle gourmet-kokille. Siellä on myös Aamiaisbaarialue, jossa mahtuu 4 henkilöä - täydellinen paikka viihdyttää ystäviäsi ja perhettäsi.

Master-sviitti on tilava ja hyväpalkkainen tapaamisissaan. Se on sisustettu ylellisellä king-size-vuoteella, taulu-TV-kaapelilla ja liukuovilla uima-altaalle. Viereinen Master-kylpyhuone valmistaa kodin Master-alueen. Master-kylvyssä on erillinen suuri suihkukaappi, uppunut poreamme ja hänen altaan alue.

Vierashuoneet ja kylpyhuoneet sijaitsevat talon toisella puolella jaettuun suunnitelmaan siten, että kaikille vieraille tarjotaan t��ydellinen yksityisyys. Toinen vierashuone on kalustettu king-size-vuode, älykäs kaapeli-TV ja siinä on oma oma kylpyhuone. Kolmannessa ja neljännessä vierashuoneessa on myös queen-size-vuode ja älykäs kaapeli-TV. Kolmannessa vieraskylpyhuoneessa on suihkukäytävä ja viimeistelty puukaapilla hyväpalkkaista tunteita varten.

Tämän asuinpaikan ylellisyystilan tunteen mukaisesti kotona on bonus ylemmällä tasolla, joka on suunniteltu kokonaiseksi pelihuoneeksi, jossa biljardipöyt��, märkäbaari sekä avoin oleskelutila, jossa on kaapeli-TV. Tällä ylemmällä tasolla on myös täysin varustettu kylpyhuone suihkulla. Tämän lisätilan toteuttamiseksi suuret lasiovet vievät sinut ulos parvekkeelle, jolta on laajat näkymät risteyskanavalle, uima-altaan kannelle ja yksityiselle laiturialueelle.

Ylisuurilla uima-altaalla on katova reuna-allas, erillinen kylpytynnyri, ulkokeittiö, jossa on sisäänrakennettu kaasugrilli + baarialue ja 2 erillistä oleskelu- ja ruokailutilaa. Astuessasi yksityiselle satama-alueelle arvostat upeita risteyskanavien näkymiä ja Tiki Hut lisäistuimia. Täydellinen paikka lopettaa päivä viile��llä juomalla.

Wow!! Was great

Beautiful, peaceful, relaxing,great. Plenty of room to spread out and not feel cramped. Saw Dolphins right in front of house and a bunch of baby jelly fish , neighborhood had several Burrowing Owls nest . Great kitchen.. wonderful out door seating. Would definitely recommend!

Best family vacation

Thank you for letting us share your home for the week. We loved this property and it is absolutely beautiful in person. We arrived and it was very clean and had well written instructions to help us learn the house. We had gorgeous weather and enjoyed the salt water pool and spa a lot! We watched incredible sunsets from the tiki and shared a couple meals there. In early morning and late evenings we could see down in the water by the dock different fish and jelly. The property has many bikes to choose from and we loved watching the burrowing owls from a distance. They are cute! There is plenty of space in the home for a family to relax and watch tv. The beds were very comfortable and the house is well decorated. The property managers checked on us a couple days in the stay. We grilled out a few times and ate at the bar. Our vacation was quiet, luxurious, peaceful , and fun! The location was near many different restaurants and stores so we didn’t have to drive far for things. Thanks again and we can’t wait to book another time!

This place is absolutely gorgeous and we had beautiful weather for our trip. We spent a lot of time in the pool and just relaxing in the home. The property management is excellent and want to ensure a very happy vacation. This is our second trip here at this house- will definitely be back!

From the moment we arrived at this stunning property in Cape Coral, our vacation exceeded all expectations. The house itself was nothing short of amazing, providing a luxurious and comfortable base for our Florida getaway. Accommodation: The interior of the house was beautifully decorated, combining modern elegance with a warm and inviting atmosphere. Each room was thoughtfully designed and equipped with all the amenities one could possibly need for a relaxing stay. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep after a day of exploration and fun. Outdoor Space: The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the spectacular pool area. The pool was immaculately clean and provided the perfect oasis for relaxation and leisure. Surrounded by lush landscaping and comfortable loungers, it was the ideal spot to soak up the Florida sunshine and unwind with a refreshing swim. Location: The location of the property was also excellent, with easy access to the beautiful beaches of Fort Myers and the vibrant dining and shopping scene of Cape Coral. We enjoyed exploring the local area and taking in the natural beauty of Southwest Florida. Hospitality: Lastly, the hospitality we received from our hosts was exceptional. Spring Break fun!

Our family enjoyed our stay! We loved the pool and hot tub. There were pool floaties in the garage the kids were able to use. The kids enjoyed having the rec room upstairs to shoot pool against each other. The house was super clean and the beds and chairs/couch were so comfortable. The kitchen had all the necessities needed for cooking as far as cookware and tableware. There were a few spices in the cabinet and coffee and tea but otherwise everything else will need to be bought (which is fine, it’s just nice to know before you hit the grocery). It was so great to have the laundry room available to keep up in towels and bring home clean laundry. Neil and Keely were so quick to answer any of our questions. Our only negative was just the bugs called no see’ums, which I fully acknowledge is not in the management’s control nor did it factor into any negative scoring. I only mention it here just so that if you stay, you know how to better avoid them or treat yourself if they get you, too, because it’s not mentioned in the property manual they leave in the house. We found that limiting our time outside on the patio in the evening and covering exposed skin helped to reduce the amount of bites as well as showering before bed and using an oral antihistamine (Zyrtec or the like) gave the biggest relief. We would definitely stay again if we vacation in the area again!

Our 2 week holiday at this beautiful home was everything we had expected. Check in "frustration" was our error, we're first time users of VRBO and the access code to enter was sent to my email address that we had no access to during the holiday, we had expected the code to be sent to my husband's email. It was our error. we'd definitely rent again. The fishing off the dock was the highlight for the men. We rented a boat as well and were able to access the canal and sight see.

Great place!

We decided to spend our Christmas away from Michigan and treat ourselves with a vacation, and this house did not disappoint! We ended up getting quite the cold spell (which according to the locals was rare) but we still spent every evening in the heated pool and hot tub. The pool table and the bikes were a hit as well. We got to see dolphins in the canal, as well as a burrowing owl right in our deck area. The house definitely made the trip & our family of 8 all agreed we would 100% stay there again. Would highly recommend!

Cape Coral Get Away

The home was beautiful and the canal location was fantastic. Communication with the property manager prior to arrival was great and we did not have any issues during our stay that required any follow up. The pool area was really nice and we enjoyed fishing and playing pool in the loft area after long days at the beach! We would definitely recommend this home and look forward to booking again for future family vacations.

Beautiful home

The home was beautiful and we had a wonderful time. The only complaints are the AC having to be kept at 76, the upstairs was amazing but we had a hard time keeping it cool, the hot tub was never hot and the heater being on in the pool was a bit much for the summer. However we did get any problems handled right away.

While the house was nice I felt based on prior trips to Cape Coral this place was overpriced. It could use a little tlc. The mattress in master was pretty wore out, the valances over the sliders were disgustingly filthy looks like they have never been washed. I realize the hurricane did significant damage to the area but it did get old hearing the hammering, drilling etc. It was supposed to be a vacation - I felt that should have been disclosed. The house was roomy and nice.

Terrific stay! Would come again!

Our family really enjoyed this property. It had everything we needed. Our grandchildren enjoyed the pool with many pool toys available. The upstairs room with the pool table got a lot of use. Any issues we had were handled quickly by Keely and Neil. One of our grandchildren accidentally locked a bedroom door and Neil was there within an hour to unlock it (all of our usual methods to unlock a door did not work). We would definitely recommend this property.

Floor plan worked well for 4 couples, comfortable and well maintained. Outdoor area was a highlight: impressive views; Infinity pool just the right size; best jets in the spa; plenty of furniture; grill did not disappoint; enjoyed riding the bikes in the neighborhood. Fabulous winter getaway!

Loved this property!!

My family of 6 adults stayed at this property and we had the best time. It had everything you needed and wanted for a vacation home. The pool was spectacular, the house was spacious and well decorated and came with everything you needed for your stay. We really enjoyed sitting out by the water for our morning coffee.
