Lepää pilvien keskuudessa tässä kodissa näkymällä Tyynenmeren kaupunkiin ja merelle aivan sen ulkopuolella. Rauhallisella paikalla ja viihtyisillä majoituksilla jopa 10 vieraalle voi rentoutua rennosti.

Istuen kukkulalla, jolta on laajat näkymät kaupunkiin ja merelle, tämä koti on vain nopean ajomatkan päässä lähimmästä mukavuudesta ja rannalta.

Koti tarjoaa valoisan ilmapiirin, suuret ikkunat ja kiillotetut puulattiat. Olohuoneesta löydät erilaisia huonekaluja, joita voi saada takaisin ja nauttia merinäköalasta, sekä kirjoja, lautapelejä ja taulu-TV: tä DVD / VHS-soittimella (kaapeli ja WiFi mukana) viihdettä varten.

Myös tässä huoneessa on ruokapöytä neljälle puulämmitteisen takan edessä ja avoin keittiö aivan sen ulkopuolella. Tarjolla on vielä kolme paikkaa aamiaisbaarissa. Sinulla ei ole mitään ongelmia kypsentää mitä haluat täysin varustetussa keittiössä. Lisäominaisuuksia kuten vohvelisilitysrauta, hidas liesi, sekoitin, tehosekoitin, kahvinkeitin ja astianpesukone helpottavat asioita.

Tässä kodissa on neljä makuuhuonetta ja kaksi täyttä kylpyä, ja siihen mahtuu jopa 10 vierasta. Vesiyhteydet: Ranta on noin 8 minuutin ajomatkan päässä. Käänny oikealle sivulle Brooten Rd. Pysy Brooten Rd. ja suunnata Tyynenmeren kaupunkiin. Käänny vasemmalle nelitoimissa pysähdyksissä. Aja Nestucca-joen yli, aja suoraan eteenpäin sillan jälkeen, käänny sitten vasemmalle ja aja noin 1,5 mailia Bob Straubin osavaltion puistoon. Tai voit pysäköidä pienelle tielle suoraan sillan länteen. Tai voit kääntyä oikealle ja ajaa noin 2 mailia Cape Kiwanda State Parkiin - yhteen Amerikan suosituimmista rannoista!

The only thing is great, is the View. Everything else needs Huge update.The house is very old and has old smell when u walk in, 2and and basement floors are sinked towards the middle of the house.Most of the doors are cruked, won't lock , no privacy in the bedrooms and bathroom.

Dirty.

Very dirty linens, animal urine, animal poop (on deck), black mold (on attached garage). Front yard very overground. Backyard a solid mass of tall blackberries. Badly worn couch and sliding glass door. Broken blinds. Clean floors, counters and bathrooms. Great view. Automatic messaging from Vacasa partially failed and created some very frustrating issues.

Very bad maintenance, house is in Ruins - Don’t go by the pictures

What a horrific stay in this home. Wish I could give a Minus Rating. The house welcomes you with a bad smell. Very bad mattresses, furniture and home feels like sinking down and sideward All of us had skin allergies , Dust allergies and flu because of the dust and very bad almost ruined mattresses We are leaving this review as we dont want any other family to suffer like us. We booked for 5 days. On first day, everyone in my family including very young kids got rashes and on second day we all fell sick. We vacated immediately on second day. We got ourselves checked out with doctors and determined that all of us affected with Influenza B virus. All of this torture is just because of this dirty and disgusting home environment. We thought many times before giving review but just to save any other family, we are providing this review.

5 star view. 0 to 3 stars for the rest. This home needs someone to care for it. It has lots of potential but the owners have let it fall apart. Here are some pros and cons.Pro : Large living area with views of the ocean, great for large family.Con: the house needs a deep clean, carpets are filthy and water stained, furniture is wore but doable. House is slanted towards the ocean so walking around was like walking through a fun house.Pro: large deck with great views, the sunsets were amazing.Con: The deck is wore and should have some boards replaced, I wouldn’t trust the railing to much.Pro: home has lots of sleeping spaceCon: the beds are old and king bed is really hard.Pro: has a large kitchen with most of your needs,(we ate in town mostly)Con: ant traps on kitchen counter, bring bottled water as the water from the tap is horrible.Pro: Is pet friendly as we have a little pup that likes to travel with us.Con: the front yard was all overgrown weeds and the back was blackberry bushes.Pro: Ad stated that driveway could park 4 carsCon. driveway is a 45 degree angle which is impossible for you to open and close doors without using a lot of strength.The garbage can was full upon arrival, the door code is really long so getting in can be a little troubling.I’d thought I had read the reviews before booking, I probably would have thought twice if I looked a little closer. All in all it was a family vacation, we walked the beach, played games,made the best of it.

This was by far the worst experience we’ve ever had with VRBO. The house was absolutely filthy and nothing like the photos advertised. Everything was covered in thick dust, and multiple items were broken, including the coffee table and a chest in the living room. Behind the TV, we even found a chicken bone that had clearly been sitting there for a very long time, absolutely unacceptable.The condition of the house was terrible:Cleanliness: Thick dust throughout, cobwebs covering the downstairs windows, and bedsheets that had hair and mysterious white stains (seemed unwashed). The house also had a constant mildew smell.Deck & Yard: The deck was so weathered it felt unsafe to walk on, even though the listing shows a brand-new one. The backyard was completely overtaken by massive blackberry bushes (10 feet tall) blocking sunlight and making the basement dark and depressing compared to the bright photos. The front yard was also a mess.Garbage: When we arrived, the large bin was already completely full, so we had to stack trash on top of the pile.Damage: Deep scratches all over the walls from the recliners, broken furniture, and generally run-down interiors.Appliances: The refrigerator compressor was broken/leaking, barely cooling our food and leaving puddles of water on the kitchen floor.This property is misleading, neglected, and clearly managed by a corporation that only cares about profit, not about guest experience.

Run down beach house .

This house looks nothing like the pictures on the website.The pics are at least 10 years old . The house needs lots of work and almost looks abandoned. We didn’t even stay it was that bad . We got lucky and found a really nice house 6 blocks away.

Update and furniture

The bedding/mattress was so worn, two of the kids had to sleep on couch and recliner because the wood on bunk beds was poking through the mattress. The bedding in an upstairs room was dirty. There was not enough dishes/large plans for the house that sleeps so many. Outdoor furniture on the nice deck would have been a plus. The house needs a lot.

Beautiful view

Beautiful view. That’s the end of the good. The code didn’t work to get in, there was water on the carpet when we arrived so the basement smelled terrible and musty, the floors all over the house turned our feet black. The basement shower backed up all over the basement floor and took 2 days to get fixed, and didn’t even get a response for 2 days about the wet carpet. Tables and chairs were falling apart, nothing was well loved.

Grave disappointment

Where to begin: It took 70 mins to access entry into the unit as the lock did not work. The home advertises 4 bunk beds ( perfect for the teens), however only one of the beds had a mattress. The water from the ice maker in the fridge leaked the entire time and my 88 yr old mother slipped on the seeping water. There were NO dish towels, or wash clothes. The place is very dated and lacks comfort as the furniture is a wreck. The entry into the house is very precarious, with slick stepping stones, very unattractive outside surroundings. This was a surprise birthday party that ended up being a complete embarrassment on my part for selecting the house.

It was just ok- not worth the money paid

The downstairs was musty smelling and we had to wash the bedding before we slept on because it smelled like pee, light bulbs all over house where out and hard to see. There was no lighting in front or back of house and tripped and fell. Over all it was just ok not great for the money so we were a little disappointed.

Not great.

Well, this experience taught me to ALWAYS read the reviews before I stay somewhere. I didn't for this house, and paid the price. We called it the topsy turvy fun house because all the floors are uneven. That didn't actually bother us though, and the view was amazing. The thing we couldn't get over about this house was the beds. The bunk beds downstairs are completely unusable. They are think pads on cross wooden slats, it's awful. No one is sleeping on those. Our kids slept on the floor. And the upstairs beds are not only uncomfortable, but I'm pretty sure have not been washed, there was still dog hair in mine. Gross. I actually really like leaving good reviews, but I could not leave a good review of this house. Everything else is forgivable for me, but there HAS to be comfortable, clean beds.

Don’t stay here!

This place has one good feature, the ocean view. But there are other places a block away with great views—one even across the street. This place is a pit and not even close to being up to what we expect from Vacasa. Expensive and a huge disappointment. It’s dirty, trashy, the house is falling apart, the furniture and set up in the pictures on vacasa are different (and nicer) than what is there—including a terrible old crappy dining table with chairs we were afraid would break if we sat in them. The deck is a hazard, the yard hasn’t been cleaned up in a long time, the beds are horrible, the linens are old and threadbare, and the whole house is tilting down the slope so everything is uneven. Even the small things are bad—all the pans had handles falling off (we fixed them so we could use them), there were several clocks in the house none of which had working batteries, the garage is creepy and falling down, the fridge constantly filled with water at the bottom—the list goes on and on. Last year we stayed in a vacasa house two blocks from this one and it was beautiful with just as great a view, and it was $60 a night cheaper. Skip this one.

Mediocre

Pros: A nice ocean view from the deck. A decent space, enough for a group of people to dwell comfortably. Bathrooms upstairs and downstairs. Games and activities for guests to use. Cons: There are serious structural issues with this home, the foundation is way off causing the whole house to be uneven. Clear flood damage on the basement level. The whole basement living space reeks of mildew. The carpet inside, wood planks on the outside and the stairs outside as well as the handrails needs replaced badly. Missing basic small appliances/devices such as a toaster and another roku device downstairs. Overall there are some more affordable fixes that can be done to fix this place up. You can tell nobody is maining anything. I realize a foundation is extremely expensive but theres no excuse for the other issues. Cleanliness: Half of the towels smelled terrible and there are obvious stains. Maybe time to retire the old beach towels. Floors were sticky, and there was leftover trash from a prior tennant.

Dangerous Rental

Positive: Great View, Support Replies Quickly Negative, Lock box hard to find, put our luggage down in the upstairs, and it took off on its own. I called this property the fun house, the upstairs is very slanted, The fireplace is sinking, when you walk down the hallway, not only are you on a slant, but you will also fall into a hole. We found dog poop, and sticky substances on the kitchen floor and dinning area. The bathmat was extremely filthy. Called support, and they had someone come out right away. They only picked up the dog poop. We called 2 more times for the sticky substance to cleaned, and no one ever came out. I found a clean bath mat in the linen closet. The deck only had seating for 2. We did not use the deck, as it has the beginning of rotting. On the last night, we found water coming in from under the dishwasher. The house is sliding off the hill side, as noted from above. This is unsafe, and should not be listed as a VRBO.

Musty house with many broken items + Dirty bedding and towels = NOT recommended

The house has several safety and maintenance issues: bathroom sink has an "out of order" sign upon check in; one bathroom light is out and the other bathroom was missing the toilet paper roller; shower head connection broke off in the middle of shower; headboard railing fell off in the middle of night; one of the dinning chairs is so wobbly that my guest almost fell off; rooms in the basement are musty which indicates moisture over accumulation; couple blankets and towels are dirty with bits of unknown residues on them ; one of the comforters is so worn out that the cotton insert is shown through a 2-3 inch long torn slit! Management company was hard to reach after hours. We had to wait till the 2nd morning to get hold of someone to fix couple urgent issues. The local repair guy was nice and showed up promptly. However the overall experience with that many safety and sanity issues just made the entire stay very unpleasant. Another note: We understand that the management only supplies limited quantity of paper goods. However it's a common practice for any hotel to leave an extra roll of toilet paper for even one night stay. With 10 registered guests for 4 consecutive nights, leaving only two extra rolls of toilet paper in the entire house just doesn't make any guest feel welcome...

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOUSE

DO NO BOOK THIS HOUSE. I can't believe that Vacasa would put their name along side this home. The home is a giant safety hazard, the downstairs floods and they have sand bags trying to keep water back, the sewer system has pulled away from the house, so when you take a shower in the upper section of the house the drains / shower pad in the downstairs back up with nasty dirty water and sand. The driveway is at minimum a 45degree grade, with slimey slippery moss as well as yard debris and misc. wood laying around which makes for a horrible parking area. The back yard is a full blackberry patch - you can't let dogs out at all because they would run right out of the yard. The house is falling off it's foundation, none of the doors stay open, they automatically close due to the natural migration of the house, the furniture leans or swivels downhill. The dining room table and chairs are literally falling apart, if someone over 200# sat on a couple of those chairs they would break into pieces, I had to put them back together a couple different times. The power went out the first day we were there, no flashlights, no candles no heat (the "fireplace" they referrece, had no supplies) called into Vacasa, and they said someone local would reach out, no one ever did. The deck, safety hazard - slimey slippery, boards are rotting. We couldn't stand in the middle of the deck without fear of it collapsing in. The front yard hasn't been mowed or trimmed back in at least a year if not more. I understand beach charm and grass and bushes ext, but this is just laziness. 70% of the light fixtures are broken, or have dead bulbs - we went and bought our own light bulbs in order to have light in parts of the house. There were Medelo Beer cans behind the nightstands, and cigarette butts in various spots in the house. The game cupboards were stacks and stacks of crapy misc. pieces - not a single game was whole. I just cant believe this is what we waited for, for a Christmas vacation. Vacasea and the owners of this home should be ashamed by the amount of money they STEAL from people renting this home. We will never rent from Vacasa again.
