Ensimmäisessä kerroksessa on myös kylpyamme. Pesula on uusia eteen kohdistetaan koneita, jotka tekevät pesu rantapyyhkeet tuulta.

A great place to visit family!

My family of 4 had a lovely stay. The house was clean and has been nicely remodeled. We have family that lives nearby in Ashaway and this was a great house for us to stay in while we visited from California. The view was amazing and we had fun using this as our home base while we visited local sites. We loved being able to walk over to the marina to borrow kayaks and paddle boards. One challenge for us was there are no bedroom doors so those that got up early had to be extra quiet not to wake the other people still sleeping. Overall we had a wonderful stay and will come back to stay during another visit.

Just what we were looking for!

We arrived to gorgeous weather that continued through our entire stay. The house was charming, including beautiful views of the water from every deck. It was very clean and well stocked to make our visit very relaxing. We definitely would consider returning to this great property and location.

This is a gem!

Cleanest vrbo property we have stayed at- Even the screened in porch was spotless. We wish the weather had cooperated to use all the outdoor spaces. Thankful for a couple covered porches to enjoy the scenery. Great home away from home in a convenient but quiet location.

Amazing views for lazing days

The house is perfect for a couple- plenty of room, very clean and very comfortable. The views and location are perfect- we had a great time exploring Stonington, Watch Hill and Mystic.

Wonderful House with a beautiful view! Very Tranquil!

Hi stayed at this home for the second time, and my stay in June was even better than last year's stay in May, as the weather was perfect! The only complaint was my elderly mother found the murphy bed uncomfortable and there were no pillows for that bed, but I found some extra in the closet upstairs luckily. The grill was also in disarray when I arrived, it seemed it had been washed, and staff emptying the garbage was doing their rounds and helped me put it back together. Interestingly he said some guests can be slobs or something to that effect. The grill worked great as I grilled each evening and there was another one on upstairs deck! The kitchen was nicely equipped with items for most cooking needs. We brought our own Keurig and luckily the house had sugar, which I had forgotten, and there were several other items that you may forget to pack. I love the kitchen, great look and design, great refrigerator too, preparing meals here was a breeze! There could be more plates and some of the knives were getting rusty. The house is very comfortable, AC worked great, and of course the wonderful views from just about anywhere in the home. The massive upstairs deck is great to sit and relax as we did so enjoying cheese and crackers watching boats go by. There is a view of the marina, a nice path from marina to the house by the water, and loved the new swinging seats on the small main level deck and below the 3 season room! I'd love to stay again someday! Peaceful retreat!

Sister weekend

Fantastic! Spot on with location and views. So relaxing on the water. Sit and chat- in shade with cool hanging chair or rooftop lounge or screened dining- so many options. Great instructions, guides to local activities & food. Zack helped us at the marina for some relaxing kayak time. Loved this place.

Lovely Water-view Home in Stonington

We spent ten days in this lovely home on the water in beautiful Stonington, CT. The house is unique with three amazing outdoor deck spaces that overlook a quiet inlet. We loved the swing chairs on the deck off the living room. So relaxing. The views from the decks (and from the entire house) are spectacular. The location is convenient. Mystic is right down the street. Watch Hill is really close too. The house is lovely and recently updated. It is clean, uncomplicated, and clean. The kitchen is modern and well-equipped. The layout is a bit unusual, but it works. The second bedroom is a murphy bed in the main living area, so when that person goes to bed, the downstairs is basically inaccessible. It was fine for us, but it could pose a challenge. The huge, spectacular second floor deck is a great place to relax, but it is only accessible through the main bedroom. Carrying food and drinks upstairs to hang out up on the deck is different, but again, it’s doable and it worked for us. Once you’re out there, relaxing on the super comfortable outdoor furniture, none of the logistics matter, because it’s gorgeous! The house is a couple of doors down from Stonington Marina and kayaks are available free of charge for guests. We went out twice and it was great. Super nice people and excellent service too. Paul, the owner, is very nice and considerate. He obviously takes pride in his property, as he should, because it is lovely. We appreciated the new landscaping too. Great place! A+.

Great Springtime Getaway

Paul is a fantastic host and remained communicative throughout our stay. The house and area guides he provided were a great bonus. The decks/outdoor space cannot be beat. Location is very convenient—easy to get to all area attractions and dining. Highly recommend!

It is so easy to get into Mystic and Newport. We have rented from Paul before, so it was easy to select the same property for our vacation. He is very responsive.

wonderful getaway

Very nice stay, views are amazing if you want a peaceful getaway this is the place for you. Restaurants nearby and amazing vineyard a few miles away. Paul was a great host and very helpful.

Our favorite home away from home! Views are incredible! House is clean, great mattresses and linens. Boat rental was wonderful and worth it. Easy to get to downtown Stonington for great food and great people. Looking forward to our next stay.

Wonderful Wedding Weekend

My husband and I rented this house as our daughter was getting married at a nearby vineyard. It was the perfect house and setting for my daughter and her bridesmaids to get ready for the big day. The house was very clean and provides all the amenities you’d want. Paul, the host, was very responsive and excellent in communicating which I truly appreciated. Hoping yo visit again next Fall and just relax and enjoy the beauty of Stonington.

Family vacation to hometown

Took our elderly in-laws back to their hometown for a visit to see family and some long time friends. The VRBO house was located in the area my father in-law grew up, which he totally enjoyed. The views from the property are very lovely, everyone enjoyed sitting on the screened in porch having morning coffee.

Pristine get away.

See above.Beautiful views of nature and people having fun boating on the cove. Had a number of people just come down for the day- so close to Hartford. Beautiful vacation home. Host was very communicative and friendly.

Views are amazing

Beautiful property and setting! Spacious and decorated nicely. Great kitchen with everything you need. Upper deck is incredible and comfy with views of the river. Wonderful screened in porch. Marina right next door. We brought our own kayaks. Communication is always easy if you have questions. We love all of Paul’s properties! Love all the restaurants in Stonington. Shopping close by, wineries, breweries as well.

The perfect birthday getaway! ❤️

We had a fabulous time! It was the perfect birthday getaway for me. The views were a delight. We thoroughly loved our time on the upper deck. It was so relaxing, and just heavenly. Seeing a fire rainbow, plus a halo rainbow when I walked out on the deck was a special treat! We love Stonington, and the surrounding towns. It was a great to be there, again, and walk around town admiring the gorgeous historic homes. One of our favorite restaurants is not far away, in Noank, which is another fun town to explore. Perfect costal weekend get away

Fantastic Home with wonderful views! Highly Recommend staying!

I recently stayed at this lovely home for three nights with my mother and two dogs for a getaway for a few days. We loved the Seaport museum and Mystic shops including the old village just 10 minutes away! The house was fantastic, great communication with owner, who always answered questions quickly, and loved the noon check out time, and minimal duties at departure, as only requirement was to empty trash! The home is nicely renovated, looks modern, was cozy, and comfortable. Loved the THREE decks PLUS the covered eating/dining area with views of the water. The water is just steps from the house and we loved sitting on any of the decks and enjoying the view. The upstairs deck is massive, with 3 different seating areas, where we enjoyed cheese and crackers, and watched the boats at the marina, and the water. It was very relaxing. Loved the record player! Only cons: Murphy bed too firm and right by door so not private, construction next door loud at times, boats on property were moved during stay but owner apologized, towels had orange/rust stains, and only 1 roll of TP for each bathroom. Upstairs TV has streaming but no cable like downstairs. The home was very clean, smelled nice, the kitchen was VERY well stocked including spices, sugar, coffee, olive oil, and had more than other homes I have rented, with everything you could need. There was even a BRAND NEW grill which worked great! Overall great stay and plan to come back next year! Great cozy home w/ great view!

I grew up spending summers on Wequetequock Cove. My brothers and I spent hours at the beach, sailing and canoeing, fishing and crabbing on the cove. After moving around the U.S and Europe for 20 years I wanted to give my kids the chance to connect with this very special place too, so I bought a cottage as a summer home. A few years on I added this very special house next door to our original place and remodeled it from the bottom up.
