Seaside Serenity on ainutlaatuinen 3-makuuhuoneen mökki sijaitsee yksityisellä, historiallinen Estate Cane Garden St. Croix South Shore. Private beach,outdoor shower overlooking the ocean, and central location..This has been one of the best places we have stayed at on st croix..Property manager Theresa was always helpful answering our many questions and checking in on us..The location of this rental is so peaceful, quiet and central location on the island makes it easy to get around..House is stocked with all your beach needs, is nicely furnished and even got hermit crabs walking around the yard..Can you get more tropical then this place?..When we come back for a vacation, there is only one place We are going to stay..

Picture Perfect!

Property is immaculate. View is gorgeous. Host is exceptional. Accommodations include everything a guest could possibly need…including purified drinking water. What you see in the pictures is accurate. Gave us the exact stay we were looking for…quiet by the ocean, access to the island, relaxation in comfort!

Beautiful spot by the water

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in St Croix. Theresa was a gracious hostess, people on the island were friendly and we enjoyed various beach locations and restaurants. We hope to return again!

Paradise!!

We just loved this place. This house is in a perfect location. It was close to the airport and 15 minutes from Christiansted. Theresa was a wonderful host. She had a lot of great recommendations. The private beach was our daughter's favorite. The house was well stocked. We had some mad games of Uno. And we just loved the pups. They made the stay complete.

Return To Paradise

This was our second stay at Seaside Serenity. It was everything we remembered from the previous year and more. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay. We were lulled asleep by the waves at night and enjoyed our morning coffee seaside. It was a perfect stay. Our only regret is that we couldn’t stay longer.

Paradise !!

This was the perfect place for our vacation. Theresa greeted us as soon as we arrived. Showed us the property and gave us the history of the place. We had an amazing time there. Coffee in the mornings watching the turtles. She was an amazing host. The home was very well stocked with everything we needed. The place was as perfect as you would want. Amazing stay

Theresa is an amazing host. The best host I’ve ever had. This was my first stay on this platform, but I’ve stayed in a lot through the competitors. She is by far the best. The private beach was amazing for me. The water was a little rough while we were there, but the peace and solitude was exactly what I was looking for. Thank you so much!

Paradise!

What an amazing property. The home is one of the best supplied we have ever stayed in. The kitchen even has sharp knives! Unheard of! The view is spectacular, the secluded sand beach was amazing. From paddleboarding right from the beach to snorkeling just down the shore to relaxing it was perfect. Theresa is the best host we have experienced! She kept us informed of local happenings, suggestions for activities and the best local cuisine ( don't miss Salt or Too Chez). All in all the perfect getaway!

The most beautiful stay

My wife and I stayed here for 6 nights and it was the most peaceful getaway. Having such a private place with the most fantastic view was so perfect for our time away together. Having a private beach was really the icing on the cake! For the first two days we had no reason to leave the VRBO because we just enjoyed our time at the private beach and cooking at home. Theresa was a great hostess, welcoming us when we arrived but really was hands off, making us feel like we truly were secluded from the outside world. But she was just a text message away if we needed anything, and gave us some great recommendations on places to eat and things to do! Would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to all our family and friends!

Truly: Seaside Serenity

We loved our stay and our host. The house was stocked like a home and little things you might need like a sewing kit. No guarantee but quite nice. Evening dinners on the bluff line overlooking the ocean were our favorite! She even charged my daughters camera battery. Top Notch!! There was some seaweed on the beach while we were there that was disappointing but nothing they could control.

We did not want to leave....

This was our first time in St. Croix, and this home did not disappoint. From meeting the host and learning about the property to the property having anything and everything you need! I would suggest visiting the house first and seeing what is there before going to the store. We explored the island some, but we could have stayed home the entire time and never left. We loved the beach, all the different crabs, and even the other ocean wildlife we spotted. It was HOT the week we were in town, but the ACs in the rooms cooled down quickly. We were already planning our trip back while waiting for our departing plane.

Perfect balance of seclusion and closeness to town!

The photos are real! You are secluded with no other house around you, besides the property owner ( who was amazing , never interfering ). Your own private beach! 14 minutes from the boardwalk where many restaurants are and also where you board charters. 20 minutes to rainbow beach. 2 miles from grocery store and gas stations. Clean and the perfect size with two master suites and a smaller bedroom. The views are absolutely amazing. If you want a break from every day stress then this house is for you! The only sound you hear is the ocean and the only thing you feel is peace. You can feel the thought that went in to creating this serene space. I can’t say enough about it.

Paradise

Theresa made this property feel like a home away from home. There were so many added touches to the place and essential items incase you forgot anything. The views from the house and property were amazing! Such a great experience walking the small path on the property and seeing hermit crabs, hearing the ocean, and the views. The sound of the ocean can be heard from the house no matter what time of day which made it easy to relax no matter the time. The breeze off the ocean made the house comfortable with just keeping the windows open. Our group rented a car down there and I recommend a jeep if you're going to do any exploring. I can't wait to go back to Seaside Serenity. The hospitality of Theresa was completely out of this world. She was very welcoming and made it seem we lived there and she was a friendly neighboor. She was quick to respond to any questions and even helped our group when we had a small technical issue with our tickets to return home.

Gecko's, Crabs, and Deer

This place was "seaside serenity". From the time we got there until the time we left we felt at home here. The host is very welcoming. The scenery can't be beat. Don't forget to give the gecko water every morning. He comes to the kitchen window just to say good morning. You will also get a surprise of the evening out the back door. We had crabs come by every evening under the palm trees, don't freak out they are harmless and enjoyable to watch. You will hopefully see the deer running around of the evening and early morning. They host has all kinds of snorkeling gear for the family if you would like to get in the water. The little tiki hut down on the beach was a plus as well. I definitely recommend a stay here. If we ever travel to St. Croix again this is where we will stay. Drive in slowly and watch for the birds that may be in the road at the bird sanctuary. Enjoy your stay!

Awesome Place!!!

Theresa's property was amazing! First, communication ahead and throughout was great! Theresa was informative and very responsive. First impression of house was crazy! Beautiful doesn't begin to describe it. Home, furnishings, and decor was spot on for the island. Beds are very comfortable and home layout was perfect. Location...couldn't have been more perfect. The property is about in the middle as east-west goes, so within 28 minutes we were on the west coast beaches or the east coast beaches. 13 minutes to Christiansted and more of a town feel, for shopping and dining. Grocery store within 10 minutes. Airport about 13 minutes away. You really can't ask for a more centrally located property. Plus, it itself sits off the main roads so it is so quiet and beautiful at night. Theresa has all amenities from beach chairs, a cooler to take to the beaches, and a wonderful dog named Lucy!!! We missed our dog buy Lucy gave us the pet therapy we needed!! All in all, probably the best vacation home we have ever been to. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Absolutely wonderful stay!

We greatly enjoyed our stay at Seaside Serenity. We were able to watch turtles in the water and even saw a ray jump once. Really was a special time. Loved having the little beach right at the house. Depending on the direction of the wind, there were some days where there was too much seaweed so we would head to a different beach but other days it was just perfect. We enjoyed the waves at the beach and had fun playing in them. Also loved the comfy chairs and the cabana for shade that was setup there. The house is well stocked with everything needed including sharp knives in the kitchen, pots/pans, and the best variety of small appliances that I have ever had in a rental house. Portable beach chairs were not available in the house but we asked Theresa for them and she supplied them for us. This is a great property. A couple of items that could make an amazing place even better: 1 - Make the property more private by planting shrubs between the houses. There are 3 houses in a row and while there is a good amount of space between them, it would be nice to have more privacy through landscaping. 2 - We did have an issue that Theresa cleared up related to use of the beach. It was our understanding from communications with Theresa that the beach was only used by those renting Seaside Serenity, however, we were at the beach enjoying a romantic picnic when a family member of Theresa's that was in town joined us on the beach. Theresa cleared this up quickly. Would recommend if this is important for your stay to ensure there is clarification of this during your stay. 3 - Would love to see the back bedroom furniture rearranged to be able to see the ocean view from the bed. There is a beautiful view from this room but the furniture is arranged in a way that laying in bed you see the cars in the driveway next door instead of seeing the ocean. This property is in a very quiet area of St. Croix where you do not hear much for traffic or noise. Pretty much just the sound of the ocean which is refreshing. It is easy driving to anywhere on the island. House was very clean and obviously well cared for. Theresa puts her heart into the property and has made it an exceptional place to stay. This would be at the very top of our list of places to return to when we come back to St. Croix in the future and would be awesome to come back for a stay of a month or more!

My husband and I enjoy outdoor sports, such as cycling, running, stand-up paddle boarding, and can give you great tips on where to hike or rent a bike to best enjoy our little paradise.

We are fortunate to live on such a beautiful slice of paradise. We have lived on Estate Cane Garden for 30+ years and can't think of a more special piece of property on St. Croix. Our cottage is situated on a private estate where tranquility is a way of life. (We live next door to Seaside Serenity with our friendly dog, Rudi) The green pasture to our north, although occasionally cut, helps maintain the quiet ambiance of the estate. The blue Caribbean Sea, just 30 steps from the backdoor, is a playground for pelicans, sea turtles, terns, oyster catchers and many colorful fish.

We have renovated Seaside Serenity with a modern kitchen and bathrooms and have added an outdoor shower, which has the best view! Enjoy sitting at the outdoor table with your coffee in the morning while the pelicans dive for their breakfast. An outdoor bench under the great Maho tree is a wonderful place to enjoy the serenity of the sea. (No smoking is permitted in the house nor on any parts of the property)
