Rentoudu tähän täydelliseen rantataloon. Vain muutaman askeleen päässä Brick Beach II: sta ja lahdesta! Tämä on yhden perheen 2 tarina koti, jossa on runsaasti pysäköintitilaa. Suuri olohuone, jossa on sisäbaari, joka johtaa tilavaan terassille, jossa on ulkobaari, kaasugrilli ja palokammio! Istu lampin vieressä ja kuuntele autuaasta virtaavaa vettä. Patio on kauniisti varustettu useilla oleskelualueilla ja on täysin aidattu. Tarvitsemme yhden yli 24 vieraan jokaista 3 vierasta kohden.

Sisältä löydät 4 kauniisti sisustettua makuuhuonetta, 2 & 1/2-kylpyammeet ja täysin varustetun keittiön. Jokaisessa huoneessa on sekä lipastot että kaapit, joten paljon tilaa vaatteille ja säilytystiloille. Olohuoneessamme on arcade-peli kaikilla arcade-klassikoilla! Talo on muutaman minuutin päässä ostosmahdollisuuksista, baareista, huvipuistoista, mutta se on yksi Jersey Shoren rauhallisimmista alueista kaukana hälinästä.

Great Vacation Week

The house was super cute and perfect for what we needed. It is across the street from a private beach which was completely beautiful and quiet. Such a great week. Claudia was prompt to get back to me. I would highly recommend a stay.

Spacious house in a Perfect location!

This pet friendly home has so much to offer! It is right across the street from a beautiful beach. It has a large dining room and a huge backyard entertainment space with loads of seating. We loved the grill and fire pit! The owners were very helpful and prompt with answering questions. ❤️👍

Covid escape!

Claudia was personable and very quick to respond. The house is located across the street from a very empty beach which was perfect. It also has a nice size backyard that we utilized daily. It is close to markets, restaurants and everything you might need but far enough that its peaceful and quiet. We look forward to returning!

A Ten for our Pups and People

we were coming and going all week. enclosed backyard worked well for pups and walking them outside was easy. very pet friendly part of town. three block walk to beautiful brick beach and five minute car ride to the rest of our extended family in lavalette. we even rode the bikes one day. took 20 mins. too many good food options to choose from and everything we ate was great. blue sushi, colonial bakery a must, crabs claw and playa bowls for lunch. house was big and open. rooms worked well for our crew. central air and nice kitchen. very clean and ready to go. claudia was amazing. the few quick questions we had were answered immediately. plenty of parking. had everything we needed. love being able to do the laundry before heading home. would stay at this house again.

The Master bedroom was not private and the fact that there were hard surfaces in the kitchen area m

The house was fine. The outdoor spaces were really underdeveloped. The backyard was accessed by two small and cumbersome doors and narrow steps. The pavement and furniture were very uninviting and could have been so much more inviting with the addition of cushions, plantings, and perhaps outdoor carpets and working umbrellas. For the price of 7k, I thought more attention to details was warranted. Claudia was thoughtful and attentive when I asked for an umbrella. It was just too much money for the overall experience of the house.

Family Getaway

The property was just was listed. Beds were comfy and rooms sizes and bed numbers worked great for us. Dogs enjoyed not being able to be bound by daily walks and could enjoy the back yard. The fence was awesome so we didn't have to worry about them too. We had a good time. Our first getaway since before the pandemic. You could hear the ocean from the front and the waterway from the back. And sunsets were amazing. Open the windows for a great cross breeze especially in the loft. Which I really enjoyed the loft area. Up and away with private bath. The walk to the ocean front was short and easy. The beach was clean and not overly crowded by any means. Plenty of room to stretch out. The Jenkinson's Aquarium at the boardwalk was nice and the boardwalk was arcades and food. We made the drive to Atlantic City and to Turtleback Zoo. Zoo was very nice but beware for those handicapped. It was a bit hard for my mom. Atlantic City Baordwalk we found just wasn't our cup of tea. Just more food, arcade and amusements. If you gamble I can see the draw of it. #MontesCafe delivered something for everyone and was very friendly. #Alfredo'sPizzeriaandrestaurant was the best Italian we had. #TheOven and #Justbreakfast were great go to's for omelets and waffles and and #SilverBayBagels had a bagel for everyone. I liked the French toast myself. So fresh. #TopThatDonuts was very very pleasing for those of us that wanted a simple breakfast that was not ordinary and made in front of you. We actually ran into a lot of friendly people at the Jersey Shore. The only thing we had to get used to was much of what we wanted was closed Sunday - Wednesday. And the other days we limited hours. But we found alternatives so nothing lost. We would recommend to others to come and check out these quiet stretch of shoreline and relax. Thank you Claudia for allowing us to enjoy your wonderful house.

Wonderful stay

My husband and I rented this lovely home for our little family to get away from New York City for a week. We were very lucky to have found such a wonderful home at such a short notice. It’s across the street from the beach and also the harbor. That house was clean, well decorated and equipped with all the essentials. We liked the house so much that recommended it to our friends. We would definitely rent again. Claudia was very helpful and responsive. We look forward to renting from her in the future.

Nice fall/winter getaway

I really enjoyed renting the home for the mo nth. Our daughter just had a baby and lives 7 minutes away. This was a great house for us to hang out and sleep at so that we didnt have to constantly be underfoot at her house but still around to help. I was glad we had our daughters kitchen to make our Thanksgiving turkey. The kitchen, except for the refrigerator is very outdated. Besides the kitchen, the house is great.

limited kitchen usability

While the location of the house was terrific--across the street from the beach--we found the house lacked a serviceable kitchen--no table on which to prepare or rest foods, appliances had to be moved to reach outlets, poorly equipped (e.g., no cutting board, knives in bad shape, few pots or bowls, etc.). Generally an unpleasant cooking experience.

A beautiful place to stay!

We had a wonderful stay here! The house is very spacious inside and out. The fenced in backyard was a wonderful thing to have for our dog. The house is equipped with everything you need and more. We were surprised with how much they had there for us to use like bikes, the fire pit, games, outdoor shower etc. Youre only one block from the beach and bay which makes life so much easier. The owners get back to you very quickly with and questions you may have. I definitely recommend staying here if you’re looking for a wonderful time with family and friends!

Close to the beach, generally comfortable.

The house was generally very comfortable, with the living room and outdoor shower particularly nice. The kitchen could have used better cutlery and more counter space. The air conditioner behaved somewhat erratically but Claudia was prompt and courteous in sending a technician out. Somehow I had trouble accessing the VRBO site in advance and had to call her several times for directions etc, which she cheerfully gave.

Location, location, location!

A very short walk to a beautiful private beach was just what we were looking for. Plenty of room for the family...a quiet neighborhood that was just a short ride in either direction to all the action..

Wonderful Stay by the Beach

This comfortable, tastefully decorated, beachy home made a very memorable Christmas. Owners were very responsive and so easy to work with. When we've rented other VRBO's, they're never quite as big as I imagine based on the pictures, but I was pleasantly surprised by this one. Easy access to the beach. Thank you.

Whether you chose to fish at the bay or relax on the QUIET beach, this is the perfect location. Bars and restaurants are steps away ( no need to drive ). You are minutes away from 2 of the most famous boardwalks in the state, yet you are far enough away from the hustle and bustle.
