Talo sijaitsee 10 minuutin ajomatkan päässä sekä keskustasta että Siesta Keysin rannalta ja noin 20 minuutin ajomatkan päässä Lidon rannalta.
Pääset helposti maailmanluokan rannoille, teatteri- ja taidealueen sydämelle, hienolle ruokailulle ja elämäntapaan, jotka asettivat Sarasotan kartalle. Kolme makuuhuonetta on sisustettu kauniisti king-vuoteella, toiset kaksi makuuhuonetta, joissa kaksi queen-vuodetta. Meillä on myös kaksi vuodesohvaa ja kaksi vuodesohvaa. Matkasänky on saatavana vauvalle
Täysin varusteltu keittiö, erillinen ruokasali, kaksi täyttä kylpyä, pesulapalvelut tekevät tästä kodista loistavan retriitin lomalle tai pidemmän oleskelun.

Uima-altaan kaveri tulee keskiviikko- tai torstai-aamuisin, älä ui muutama tunti hänen vierailunsa jälkeen, koska kemikaalitaso voi olla tavallista korkeampi.

Turtle Beachillä on veneiden laskualue ja kalastus on sallittua viereisessä Blind Pass -laguunissa. Our large family enjoyed our stay here. The pool was a little cold for the adults, but the kids loved it. We really appreciated having all the sand toys, beach chairs, and towels to use. The kitchen was well enough appointed that we were able to have some local relatives over for dinner, which was lovely. There was space for everyone to have some quiet time apart. I also fully appreciated that there was a washing machine and dryer we could use. The location was great- short drive to Siesta Key beach and many other great beaches within about a half hour drive. Right across the closest major street is a new shopping center with restaurants and a new Publix(not opened yet during our stay, Feb 2023), what I’d consider walking distance, so convenient! My only complaint is that I didn’t receive communication regarding check in or how to get into the house. It was resolved with a few phone calls, but not until the day of, which was a bit nerve wracking traveling with kids and not having that info well in advance. I booked through Expedia, but the property is through Vrbo, I assume it was something to do with that. I also had to call for the Wi-Fi password. Would be nice if that was included in the information binder. All in all, I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to others.

Dirty & Not Safe

Our experience was not great. Upon check in we did not have the code/key access and had to wait for the owner to provide information while we sat in the driveway. We were told that we'd receive the information a day before check in but nothing was sent. When we got into the house there was a bad smell. We think it had been sitting empty for a long period of time. The water was turned off and the toilets wouldn't flush. The sliding door to the pool would not lock which was a big concern with children. The 4th bedroom/office had a door to the pool which also did not lock. We got inside and one of the beds was broken. The mattress was just laying on the floor. Our kids were scared to stay in the room where the door didn't lock so they stayed in the room with a broken bed. We saw insects/cockroaches run across the living room floor. We were told to put the garbage in the garage but when we opened the garage the door wouldn't go back down. There were so many rules about the garbage. We did not feel safe or clean at this property. We found out from a neighbor that the house was listed for sale right before our arrival. This property was not well maintained. I do not recommend.

Was hoping previous bad reviews were wrong

Let me start by saying the property was close to everything. The check in issue was resolved quickly. The manager responded to the other issues promptly. Beach equipment was plentiful, carbon monoxide monitor included, bedrooms were a nice size. The pool was nice to go in although cold. My family preferred to sit outside than inside (see why below). Now, I read previous reviews that the property was dirty. I wouldn’t say the property was dirty as In not cleaned but dirty as In wear and tear and lived in. The only solution I can come up with to fix the issues is a bulldozer. Issues: Water bugs, roaches, ants, leaks, patched ceiling, peeling walls, rusty rebar by pool, rusty nails and screws, holes in closets, bedroom doors don’t lock, doors are old. Outside door is old, lockbox is old, doors with padlocks but no screen or glass (I’m confused too). Too many Rules- trash, garbage disposal. Mattresses outside, dirty furniture, couch although seems new smells like vomit, no cable, horrible wifi service, email received about electricity use after already booked. During Sunday dinner, the ceiling started leaking on us. Property manager said this never happened before although there was a roofers sign outside and there was plenty of water damage in various places. Not much space around the pool to sit with a family of 7. Pool tables and chairs were dirty. We stayed for 5 days and I couldn’t wait to get home to take a hot shower. Oh, you must take the drive to Anna Maria island.

A nightmare house

I'm very disappointed in renting this house.. do Not ever stay there!!! I rented it for 10 days ended up leaving 2 days later after she told me I can leave and I'll get my money back on the days that I didn't stay BUT she LIED to get us to leave as we felt we had to because it was not liveable for us, that's how bad it was. She was very clear to me over the phone that you can find another house and she'll refund the money back that I worked so hard for all year so I can afford to take my kids on vacation!!! So since we agreed, we left the house cleaner that she gave it to me i spent a whole day sanitizing . I reached out to her to find out how much shes going to refund me than she tells me that she CHANGED her mind and she's keeping all my money over $4,200. She took my money without me staying. I was very clear with her so she can charge me for the 2 days and cleaning fees even though I left it very clean. I Kept reaching out to her that I need my money so I can pay for the new place that I rented for my kids but she's nowhere to get a hold of her. So spent all day looking for new house and moved out. Very bad management house not safe back door doesn't lock bedroom doors don't have lock either no blinds in bedrooms see through curtains probably neighbors can see you and woke you up early not to mention the mattress are horrible and you sink in the middle of the bed no night stand there is a chair no mirrors just ran down house needs a lots of work. Oh by the way when I pulled in there was a couch and 2 mattress boxes at the end of the driveway that had to deal with getting in and out with a tight driveway till pick up day which was 4 days later very unprofessional. Surprisingly the owner to the house was the cleaning lady that I met few times at the property because she popped up few times to drop off more towels and next day to drop off door stops so I can use them to lock my bedroom door after she told WHY do I need the door to lock . There is mold in the house, bugs, and cracks in floors . I'm not going to let her take my money, going to report her to the BBB and have lots of pictures to prove it This has been a nightmare of a vacation for me and my family very very very disappointed to what they did to me. Nightmare of a rental house!

A casa não é exatamente como nas fotos! Não é ruim, mas esperava bem melhor. Casa um pouco velha, precisando de cuidados. Só tem uma televisão, que para uma casa com 10 pessoas é pouco! A piscina é boa, mas não tem iluminação a noite. Solicitei uma alteração no horário do checkin, mas não obtive resposta por mensagem, o que nos prejudicou muito. Até o dia da chegada, na porta da casa não tinhamos o codigo. Tivemos que ficar na porta esperando o contato para nos passar o código, o que foi péssimo, pois vinhamos de uma viagem de quase dois dias! Enfim, a casa não é ruim e nem a localização, mas talvez não ficaria lá novamente. O preço foi muito alto se comparando com o oferecido. Havia casas mais baratas e melhores.

The only slight problem was the lack of information/communication supplied by HomeAway ,,We booked 12 months in advance and closer to departure date still had no communication from them regarding our trip & access to the property ,still no door code received, lucky when we arrived at the property the cleaning lady was in there,,, but overall we had a fantastic time, property was more than adequate considering its a rental, facilities were good , pool table , swimming pool ect , overall very happy.

The location and the pool were awesome! It wasn't the cleanest (I am a neat freak) and there were limited kitchen utensils. The small coffee pot was a pain, and we only had 2 coffee drinkers. The beach supplies were perfect and useful. Host was responsive. Overall, I would return.

Not what we expected.2 star accommodation with 4 star pricing

We've stayed at 3 properties in Florida while on holiday.Orlando ,Naples and Sarasota.This property unfortunately was our least favourite. Location was very good ,beach approx 3 miles.Beds were not all made for us and struggled to find enough bedlinen and pillows.Curtains didnt give enough privacy and some blinds were broken.Internal doors all in need of replacing.Aircon was also very loud.Thought this property was vastly overpriced for quality of house.Other houses that we stayed in were cheaper and of a far superior quality.Not enough comfortable seating around pool if suitable for 10 guests which our other properties had. No working lighting at pool for nights.House was clean but needed alot of modernising.Thankfully we were only staying 2 days at this property.

It was just what we were looking for.

We had a good time at the house. With it being within 3 miles of the beach, that made it very convenient. Since we have a large family, going the hotel route just doesn’t fit with our group. We enjoy spending time together, swimming privately and being able to cook meals together. This house had all we needed. Plenty of room for 10 and all the amenities. A pool, room to spread out, a laundry room, a grill if you needed it, off street parking that fit three cars, close proximity to shopping and sight seeing as well. Very enjoyable.

We enjoyed our stay. The house allowed us to all be together and have a great family reunion. There were beach items at the house which was a plus since we flew in. The pool was nice and relaxing.

Really thoughtful homeowner

My family and I stayed here last week. We have two small daughters and the homeowner was so thoughtful to provide little extras like a puzzle and coloring book for the girls to use and eggo waffles in the freezer (along with many other amenities)! The location was great. Close to the beach and other fun things to do around. It was our first successful family trip away since our second daughter was born, and we loved it! Thanks for a lovely stay!

Clean, spacious, inviting, fun, homey,

We really enjoyed our stay here, we had family come from out of town and they enjoyed all the amenities and the pool was great. The house is very spacious and the owner provides plenty of items to make your stay welcoming and homey. The location is central to the supermarkets, local restaurants, the beach, and local attractions. We definitely will be back.
