Casa Joya del Mar on upea hacienda, ihanteellisella paikalla kauniissa hiekkarannoissa aurinkoisella Troncones, Meksiko. TÀmÀ trooppinen kohde on vain 30 minuuttia Ixtapan pohjoispuolella ja vain lyhyen kolmen tunnin lentomatkan pÀÀssÀ Los Angelesiin tai muihin merkittÀviin Yhdysvaltojen lentokenttiin.

Nukahtaa aaltoon ja herÀÀ uskomattomaan merinÀköalaan joko pÀÀrakennuksessa tai uudessa casitaksessa. PÀÀrakennuksessa on kaksi kahden hengen makuuhuoneen sviittiÀ, joissa kaikissa on kaksi parivuodetta, sekÀ toisessa kerroksessa master-sviitti, jossa on king-vuode ja oleskelualue. Jokaisessa makuuhuoneessa on kattotuuletin ja yksityiset kylpyhuoneet. Kaikissa huoneissa ja casitaksissa on ilmastointi. Avoin seinÀt olohuoneessa yhdistÀÀ sinut keinona kaltainen allasalue, jossa on katettu palapa ja mÀrkÀ bar. Kun palaa rannalta, rentoudu jÀÀisellÀ cervezalla tai lounge-altaalla, jossa on kylmÀ talonmukainen margariitti. Tai napata kirjaa talon kirjastosta ja vetÀytyÀ takaisin hiekalle toisen aallon sanojen istuntoa varten.

Spring Break with Friends

The property is truly spectacular! The location is perfect if you want direct access to the quiet, beautiful, clean beach, an amazing infinity pool, comfortable beds in spotlessly clean rooms, great common areas that perfectly suited our group of 10 (5 couples), and caretakers (Angelica and Mel) who are the most lovely people. Angelica and Mel prepared delicious breakfasts and afternoon snacks daily, and their dinners were terrific! There are great places to eat and listen to music within walking distance. Troncones felt so safe and has a great vibe! The grounds are meticulously maintained, as well as the whole home. We look forward to going back soon!

Amazing home & location.

The house is true to its name. From the open air villa to the bedrooms & casitas, there is plenty of room for a group to congregate and spacious enough for all to have privacy. The long stretch of white sandy beach right outside the gate is spectacular, one of the nicest in Troncones. Angelica and Mel went above and beyond in making sure all of our needs were met, from keeping our rooms spotlessly clean to preparing delicious dinners, served right on the beach! We can't thank them enough for their generosity, kindness and warmth. We look forward to staying at Casa Joya del Mar in the future.

Paradise

This property is IDEAL for a group. The rooms, the casitas, and the main open air living space make it a perfect place to hang as a group and to have privacy. The grounds are immaculate. You stare at the ocean as you enjoy the infinity pool. The long table in the dining area is perfect for a big meal, and there is enough seating for everyone to relax. The beach right out front is sandy and lovely. But, the thing that absolutely made our stay was having Mel and AngelĂ­ca there. They were absolutely incredible. They kept our rooms clean and looking beautiful, asked if we needed help with anything, gave excellent recommendations, and most importantly, cooked some of the best meals we had in Troncones. Their breakfasts were PERFECT. They take such pride in their work and are creative cooks, and helped us with anything we asked. We will absolutely come back because of them, they are the best part about this property. Mel even showed up at the airport just as we were dropping our rental car off (40 min from the house) to track us down because someone in our party left a few items. Truly, can't say enough good things about them.

Fantastic Location

Truly enjoyed our stay. This is really luxury indoor/outdoor living. The property has what could be the best sandy beach in Troncones and the staff is fantastic. Tip them well! They deserve it.

Surf Trip 2021

Angelique and Mel were excellent house staff and they took great care of our group. All of their restaurant recommendations proved excellent. The outdoor kitchen / dining area by the pool is the prefect layout for everyone to congregate - that is where we spent all of our time when not surfing or sleeping. TJH

An Amazing Family vacation

From the location to the weather to the town, our vacation in Troncones at Joya Del Mar was a great experience. The highlight of our experience was the great service and support from Mel and Angelica. They took such great care of us and the property from the meals to the cleanliness of everything, to the shopping and drinks and snacks from time to time. We couldn't have asked for more!!

Perfect Mexico Vacation

Just returned home from our week long stay at Casa Joya del Mar. Best Mexico vacation ever (and this was our 11th)! The property was ideal for our party of 10 (2 families), four adults and kids ranging from 16 to 8 months. The bedrooms and casitas are spacious and comfortable, and each has it's own bathroom and private outdoor shower. We spent all of our time in the pool and on the beach. What made the stay perfect though, was the kind and attentive service provided by Mel and Angelica, the onsite property managers. They took such good care of us, and were happy to help with absolutely anything. We will definitely be returning to Casa Joya del Mar the next time we visit Troncones!

A Slice of Paradise

We have been renting vacation homes in Mexico for our family for the past 10 years and Joya Del Mar is by far our favorite! The house is gorgeous, comfortableand and clean, with a perfect combination of spacious open-air common living areas, where our family of 10 could be together, and we’ll-separated sleeping accommodation (also very spacious) for quiet private time. We all loved swimming and playing in the infinity pool overlooking the gorgeous beach and enjoyed the amazing private beach - with shallow water and just enough waves - that awaited us just outside the gate. The grounds are beautiful and the sunsets priceless. As for the location - we were a bit unsure about staying in the remote town of TRANCONES but were pleasantly surprised! It is a small but lovely town with friendly people and a few nice restaurants and shops. The kids loved releasing baby turtles to the ocean behind Roberto’s Bistro and riding horses on the beach. The house is a bit far from the center of things but we enjoyed walking, bike riding and occasionally riding by taxis which are easy to get. We took one trip to Zihuatanejo but frankly were happy to get back to our home. Last but not least - Angelica and Mel were amazing! They pampered us and cooked many delicious meals for us, always served with a smile. At our request they stocked the house with food for the kids ahead of time, then replenished as needed (our family eats a lot!). A huge special mention to Mel who was a lifesaver when our granddaughter was hurt and needed emergency medical attention. He drove the little girl and her parents to a clinic in Zihuatanejo and waited with them while she was treated, and then drove them to a pharmacy - all on Christmas eve, no less. We were sad to leave this paradise and would definitely be back! Thank you Sydney, Angelica and Mel.

Secret paradise

Our family enjoyed the most wonderful, relaxing vacation in this stunning home. We felt like we were staying in a work of art, looking out at the most beautiful vista every day. The combination of deserted beach, warm weather, friendly locals and a variety of good places to eat will definitely bring us back. Unbelievably beautiful.

Our stay couldn't have been better. We were visiting for a wedding in Troncones. This home is lovely. The pool, the beach, the grounds, the view, the food, the tranquility. We stayed 5 days and didn't want to leave. The reservation was easy, asking questions was easy, corresponding with Sydney was easy. The best part was Mel and Angel, they are both angels and always there to help any way they can. If I could give 6 or even 10 stars, I would. We hope to come back again, next time just for us.

Perfection: The Mexican vacation you've dreamed of

A quiet beach town. A beautiful long sandy beach. A spectacular beach home that easily accommodated our four couples. A beautiful pool for lounging in and around. Beautiful rooms with indoor and outdoor showers, and best of all, it comes with staff - Angel and Mel make this truly heaven on earth - they create delicious meals - we had grilled lobster for Valentine's Day dinner, as well as an incredible array of seafood dishes through the week and yummy leisurely breakfasts. We laughed and laughed. We rode their bikes to go shopping. We flagged down the locals and arranged to go riding along the beach and into the countryside. We helped set baby turtles free as part of a local eco-initiative. The sunsets were amazing. The garden is beautiful. It doesn't get better than this. We debated keeping this gem to ourselves, but that wouldn't be nice.

The property is stunning

Our Family loved everything - the home has just recently been renovated . Really everything we hoped for - ocean views from every bedroom and open air living in the common area . The pool looks over the ocean to a beautiful sand beach. The town of Trocones is beautiful with lots of great restaurants. The house host Mel and Angel are incredible - We went snorkeling, rode horses on the beach, yoga studio just down the street - had massages right at the house , bogey boarding the ocean waves are perfect for that and the water temperature of the ocean was in the high 80"s. Highly recommend and we hope to book again

Paradise Found!

I stayed at the Casa Joya del Mar with friends over 5 days in May. The house offered a relaxing time with miles of beautiful beaches. The nearby town of Troncones has lots of character with open air markets, restaurants, an ATM, and some small gift shops. The beachside restaurants offer great food, margaritas, and ocean views. The equally nearby town of Majahua had some very good restaurants on the edge of a small harbor with views of diving pelicans and surfers. The people in the area were friendly and I was able to get by with my broken Spanish. The house is an amazing open air building with thatched roofs and large areas to hang out with groups. The pictures do not do it justice. The bedrooms were spacious with high ceilings, comfortable beds and interesting art. The bathrooms we also large and rivaled my city apartment in square footage. The common area has a large dining table and built in couch that overlooks the pool and and crashing waves. Their infinity pool is a nice place too cool off from the warm climate. Black iguanas sunbath on the rock fence between the property and beach. On the beach there are two Palapas that provide shade. The beach is pristine and you can walk for miles in either direction. Mel and Angelica take care of the house and cook any meal requested. Their food is so delicious we ended up having most of our meals at the house. While we were there they cooked many extravagant meals. The shrimp tacos they prepared one morning were the best tacos I have ever had. Each morning there was fresh fruit and fresh squeezed orange juice. Mel and Angelica were able to let us know about things we should do and see. They are a big part of what makes the house so nice to stay at. I would recommend this house to anyone looking to get away from the hustle and bustle and simply relax in paradise. I can't wait to find another opportunity to get down south once again. It's not adios, it's hasta pronto.
