Päivitimme juuri yksikkömme nukkumaan 12 ihmistä mukavasti!

Pidä veneesi tai vesiskootterisi rannalla, jotta pääset helposti käsiksi, tai pysäköidä vartioituun / aidatulle parkkipaikalle. Kaikki uudet huonekalut ovat loma-aiheisia ja luovat tunnelman hyvästä oleskelusta siinä, joka on väitetysti paras osoite Lake Havasu Cityssä.

Se on vesinäkymä, iso terassi, joka on hieno hengailla perheen ja ystävien kanssa, BBQing ja katsella veneiden risteily kanavan kautta!
Master-sviitissä on kalifornian king-vuode, iso vaatekaappi peiliovilla, TV kaapeli- ja DVD-soittimella sekä oma täysikokoinen kylpyhuone suihkulla / kylpyammeella ja uusi pinottava pesukone ja kuivaaja.
Vierashuoneessa on queen-size-vuode, yöpöytä, (2) täynnä täysikokoisissa kerrossängyissä, joissa on muistivaahtopatjat ja peilatut kaapin ovet, joilla on oma kylpyhuone aulassa.
Keittiössä on taulu-uuni, jääkaappi, astianpesukone, mikroaaltouuni, leivänpaahdin ja kahvinkeitin sekä kupit, lautaset, kattilat, pannut sekä kaikki kodin mukavuudet.
Olohuoneessa on taulutelevisio, uusi suuri ylellinen lepotuoli ja sopiva rakkausistuin (neljä ihmistä voi nojata kerralla!) sohvapöytä ja päätypöydät, jotta tunteisit olosi kotoisaksi!
Lisäsimme myös vain vankan tammiseinäyksikön, joka sisältää ylellisen queen-size-vuoteen toisen vaatekaapin ja kolmen laatikon lisäksi.
Pelaa rannalla olevalla kanavalla tai rentoudu lämmitettyssä uima-altaassa. Tässä asunnossa on kaikki mitä tarvitset seuraavalle lomallesi Havasu-järvelle!

Needs repairs and replacements

Leather chairs flaking off. Sofa worn out. We washed the floors and vacuumed the rugs which were really dirty. Culdnot run the fan in bedroom without the light on. Blinds don’t work in bedroom. Tv remote batteries put in wrong. Satellite tv didn’t work properly cable ok.

Spacious, Comfortable Condo in Great Location

Our family of 6 stayed here for a couple of days over the Christmas break. Although dated, this condo had everything we needed and was in a great location within a short walk to London Bridge. The condo was very comfortable with plenty of room for our family of 6 adults. The patio is huge and had a perfect view of the London Bridge all lit up for the Christmas season. We definitely recommend it.

Amazing Trip

Have stayed at the Kingsview Condominium numerous times and hands down this Condo was amazing. The Condo was very clean and plenty of room to sleep everyone in the family. The host was also very accommodating and great communication every step of the way. I will definitely be back to stay at this Condo. Thank you

The family vacation

By far one of my favorite locations this is our fourth year staying and I will definitely be back next year kind of was a beautiful condo if you are a family of more than six is perfect

Family Friendly

My family & I had a great time and stay here at the condo & there was plenty of room for 7 of us to sleep comfortably. J.L. was very quick to respond with any questions we had & we are all very grateful for him sharing his place with us. We would definitely stay here again in the future! Thank you! 🙏

Great location other than you can not see the channel straight in front of the building. Good view of the bridge though! Beds are really stiff!!

Disappointing

We didn’t stay. We drove 6.5 hours to the location, walked into the condo, determined that it was not habitable and drove 6.5 hours home! The beds had no sheets.. oh wait they were on the floor of the bathroom in a dirty pile with the towels, the floor was dirty, the counters were dirty, the kitchen was dirty and the bathroom, well I will refrain from posting what the toilet looked like! The view from the balcony was a view of the rooftop in front of us.. but in reality that was the least of it. Honestly, I do not like posting bad reviews, and if the hosts were in anyway receptive, I probably would not have listed all that I have. When I texted them when I arrived I received no answer. It wasn’t until I called them that I received the response “well things happen, I guess. For all I know they had an accident. The cleaning crew did have a funeral last week!” Considering I was in contact a few days before we arrived, I would have appreciated it if the host had told me that they could not accommodate us this weekend. Although disappointing it would have been better than having my 93 year old father travel 13 hours in the car. The host did refund our money but claimed we decided to stay with friends instead. Not true! Maybe it was a bad week for the cleaning crew, and I do understand things happen but the lack of concern and communication were really the worst of it!

Short visit with friends

We really enjoyed our stay here but I wish I would have looked at the pictures closer. I thought this property was right on the sidewalk in front of the channel and on the far corner of the building. I was surprised to see other condo roof lines in front of our channel view and we were in the center of the building. We did appreciate the view of the bridge and even though it was understocked we still enjoyed ourselves on this 2 night stay.

Perfect location in Lake Havasu

The location was perfect to walk to the Village and London Bridge. We also had our doggies with us which had great walking paths under the London Bridge and to one of the replica lighthouses. Views from the condo of the London Bridge were lovely and this time of year at night showcased the holiday lights to really get you in the spirit. The condo was well equipped, super clean and well decorated. We will certainly come back in the future.

Walking distance to London Bridge and waters

Property was exactly as advertised - lots of room and the patio was like nothing I had ever seen (strange that all the neighbors' patios were connected and divided by a very low wall, but it was incredibly spacious). The kitchen was stocked with all the basics for cooking - pots, pans, basic condiments, utensils, plates, cups - very convenient. It was within walking distance to the London Bridge and had a great view of the bridge and the waters from the patio. We visited during December so couldn't quite avail ourselves of the full benefits of the space, but I can definitely imagine that it would be a great place to hang out with family and friends during the warmer months. The connection for the TV was not the best, and wi-fi was a bit glitchy, but our family had fun here.

Great location

We spent Christmas here. The location is right on the inlet water way, the boardwalk to the London Bridge and its shops and restaurants. The other direction leads to a park. There is so much that is within walking distance! The area is dog welcoming with places to walk with your dog, even patios at restaurants that provide water bowls. The condo is great for family gatherings. There is ample sitting room and a table great for playing games. The patio is large with views of the London Bridge and the lake. We'll be back!

Great location close to everything. Condo was as pictured, easy to park. Only two things - check in interdictions are not updated on listing and there were no shampoo/conditioner/soap in the showers.

Perfect Place for a family on the water!

This was our first time staying here! The Condo location was perfect! We loved staying on the water! The host was amazing to work with and quick to reply to my questions! The property had everything we needed upon arrival from bathroom essentials to kitchen essentials including full soap containers, trash bags, brand new kitchen sponge! Plenty of paper goods, These are all things you need upon arrival and we did not have to waste time on our vacation to run out and get them! We loved the layout and large patio with so much patio furniture for everyone to sit and enjoy the lake view and sunset! The property was clean and tidy. I cannot wait to book again for next summer!!!

Didn’t love it.

We rented in this complex years ago for a month and had a better experience. First, I didn’t realize that this unit isn’t right on the water. You can’t look out and see the beach. When you are on the patio and look out you see the condo in front of you. If you look left you can see the bridge. It’s super convenient to pick people up or drop them off at the beach. The unit is set up to sleep a lot of people, as advertised. The guest bedroom can sleep 6 but that room is SUPER hot! The AC doesn’t blow in that room. You also can not turn the AC down below 74. The main living area cools off and the master bedroom is tolerable, the guest room is not. Luckily we had a small group and we’re able to abandon the guest room. The first night my brother left and went to a hotel. I would say the bathrooms are on par with a Motel 6. We own a VRBO ourselves so I do understand the impact of a bad review. I was hesitant to write this but after contacting the owner she didn’t respond until after we left and once she did, not even an apology about the air.

We picked this unit because of the sleeping arrangements which were awesome !! One of the only units I know of with the ability to sleep that many. Very clean and well stocked we would stay again !!

Outstanding rental in Havasu

What a wonderful rental in lake Havasu. Host were excellent and very responsive when needed. Property is well stocked which made Our 5 day stay extremely comfortable. Plenty of space for our family. Balcony was even impressive with the amount of seating available. We ended up not brining our dogs but loved that the balcony was enclosed to keep pets and children safe. Views of the London bridge were gorgeous. Unit was a convenient walk to the bridge water chanel with plenty of space to set up canopy’s and pull up boat for a day on the water. Available washer and dryer in the unit was a bonus! Rooms were spacious. We will definitely request to book this unit again. Thank you YL and family for opening your home up to us.
