Olemme erittäin ylpeitä siitä, että olemme PREMIER PARTNER VRBO: n kanssa, ja olemme saaneet enemmän 5 tähden arvosanoja kuin melkein mikään muu Windsor Hillsin koti.

Asensimme juuri upouuden 70 tuuman SMART Ultra HD 4K -television, jota ei vielä näy valokuvissa. Tarjoamamme ilmaisen HBO-, Showtime- ja muiden kanavien lisäksi voit nyt muodostaa yhteyden Netflix-, Amazon- tai muihin suoratoistotileihisi suoraan SMART-televisiostamme.

ILMAINEN WI-FI NOPEA INTERNET, X-Box 360, jossa Kinnect-järjestelmä ja Nintendo Wii.

Meillä on myös täysikokoinen arcade-peli, joka sisältää 60 klassista peliä 80-luvulta lukien, mukaan lukien:

Suurin osa muista koteista, joissa ei ole takanaapureita, ovat pohjoiseen, itään tai länteen - uima-altaan alueen aurinkoa on rajoitettu. Jos valitset etelään päin olevan kodin, jolla on takanaapurit, naapurien uima-allas on noin 10 metrin päässä uima-altaastasi - ei minun idea rentoutua! Toinen tärkein ominaisuus on läheisyys maailmanluokan Windsor Hills -kerhotaloon, lomakeskuksen vesiliukumäkiin, elokuvateatteriin, sekatavarakauppaan, kuntokeskukseen ja muihin mukavuuksiin. Olemme kadulla klubitalosta, noin 2 minuutin kävelymatkan päässä. Monet Windsor Hillsin koteista sijaitsevat hyvän 10-15 minuutin kävelymatkan päässä klubitalosta. Jos sinulla on lapsia ja olet 15 minuutin kävelymatkan päässä, joudut melkein ajamaan sinne hyödyntämään tämän ihanan lomakohteen mukavuuksia. Läheisyys klubitalo ja vesiliukumäki tekevät kodistamme täydellisen kaiken ikäisille. Olemme myös kadun toisella puolella mahtavasta lasten linnan leikkikentältä!

Kotimme tarjoaa viisi makuuhuonetta, joissa jokaisessa on oma kylpyhuone. Toisin kuin joitain koteja, tarjoamme kolme makuuhuonetta ensimmäisessä kerroksessa, joten kotomme on täydellinen valinta niille matkustajille, jotka haluavat asua ensimmäisessä kerroksessa.

Meillä on kaksi isäntäsviittiä, molemmissa ensimmäisessä kerroksessa, joissa on tuotenimeä huonekaluja, king-vuoteet, Sealyn tyylikkäät tyylikkäät patjat ja omat kylpyhuoneet.

Queen-sviitti, myös ensimmäisessä kerroksessa, on kodin yksityisessä nurkassa, siinä on Sealyn ultrapehmeä tyynypatja ja oma kylpyhuone - täydellinen isovanhemmille.

Kodissamme on astianpesukone sekä pesukone ja kuivausrumpu avuksesi.

Yksi parhaista ominaisuuksista on, että kodissamme on kaksi erillistä ilmastointilaitetta ja kaksi erillistä lämminvesivaraajaa, yksi jokaiselle kerrokselle. Aikuisten huoneissamme on myös kattotuuletin.

Kotimme tukee avointa tilaa, lisääen yksityisyyttä, kun sinä ja perheesi rentoutua ja nauttia uima-altaasta ja kylpylästä / porealtaasta.

Already booked our next stay

If you are looking for a place near Disney, look no further than Windsor Hills Magic! Our family totally enjoyed every hour of our stay. The PERFECT family vacation !!

Our family just returned from a week long stay at the Windsor Magic, we had easy and quick access to Disney World, everything about the house was just as we expected AMAZING. This place was amazing!!! The Burns were so helpful with tips and ideas of things to do during our stay. Theme parks were close, great places to eat if you don't feel like grilling at home, and the pool and hot tub were icing on the cake. Totally relaxing, totally comfortable, and totally still want to be there. Would definately stay here and do business with the Burns again.

Absolutely Perfect

This place is truly 10/10. My kids were so impressed with the arcade & pool they were (repeatedly) begging to go back to the house within an hour of their first time being at Magic Kingdom. Adults equally enjoyed the house too. It's perfectly set up, ample amount of bathrooms & tvs, modern kitchen appliances, etc. Beds and linens are very comfortable. I slept better here than I do on most vacations. The place was incredibly clean and there wasn't a trace of any guests before us. I'd recommend this to anyone and wouldn't hesitate to revisit or stay at any of the owners' other properties. Owners/managers are very communicative and helpful. The development itself is great and this house was perfectly located near the entrance, playgrounds and the pool. Walmart & Starbucks less than a mile away, Disney a quick 15 min drive. Couldn't be happier with our decision to stay here.

Wonderful, spacious home close to Disney

We recently stayed at this home for three nights. There were two families and we had more than enough room. It was very spacious. Our children absolutely loved the pool and game room. The owners were very helpful and responded quickly to our questions regarding the property. The owners gave us great information beforehand regarding the property, the area, restaurants, Disney, directions, etc. We will definitely look at staying here again if we are in the Orlando area.

Lovely Florida Rental Close to Disney

The rental was as described. Communication with owner Bill was excellent. Miscommunication with local property managers left us with a chirping smoke detector for a couple of nights. Great location to Disney. Convenient shopping nearby. Neighborhood secure and well maintained. Pool was heated to a comfortable temperature. Great time was had by all. Would defintiely rent again.

Wonderful Hosts

Our stay at Windsor Hills was absolutely wonderful. The hosts were so attentive. They would email us with suggestions of things to do and places to eat in the area and based their suggestions on the fact that they knew we had our grandchildren with us and even referred to our grandchildren by name, Such a personal touch. The home was very clean and we had plenty of room. Pool and hot tub were wonderful and we put them to good use. Would definitely stay here again and rent again from Bill & Donna. Thank you so much.

Fabulous as always

We’ve been renting from Bill & Donna for many years and have always a great time. Anytime something crops up it’s dealt with immediately. The home itself is clean and well appointed. We never lack for anything. Conveniently located for parks and shopping. Lots of space for our group of 11 to spread out. Can’t wait to come back again. 😎

Great experience!

We just returned from our week stay at the house and we couldn't be happier. The house was spacious, had a great floor plan and was exceptionally clean - which isn't always the case with rentals. The kids LOVED the pool - they even asked to come home early from the parks so they could swim. The location was great, we were a 20 minute drive to Universal and I-drive. Bill and Donna were extremely attentive and offered up suggestions for non park related activities to keep the kids busy. I would highly recommend this property and would certainly stay here again.

Great vacation!

We had a great time during our stay. The house was perfect for our family with four young children. The kids had a blast with the game room. We had everything we needed for a two year old (pack n play, high chair, stroller). Everyone loved having the pool and I appreciated the safety measures taken to secure it when not in use. The new children’s area at the community pool was a blast - the kids would have stayed there all day. We would definitely return!

Windsor Magic - really was magic!

Our stay at Windsor Magic was truly relaxing! The home is very spacious and as there were 5 of us, there was plenty of room for everyone. The home was very clean upon arrival and very well situated in terms of closeness to stores and attractions. The communication with the hosts was excellent and very responsive. Entry instructions to the community is very well managed. Kids and us enjoyed the game room and nights were spent playing pool which is very good. The actual pool and hot tub were very good. We all wished we had more time to enjoy the surroundings. Highly recommend and would definitely consider returning!

Fun stay with the pool.

Upon arrival everything was clean and ready for us. With the directions provided arrival was easy both at the gate and getting in the house. We loved the way they set the code for the front door. The code was easy for everyone to remember. All nine of us loved the pool. It was refreshing after a day at WDW. It took us a while to master the pool alarm but once we mastered the alarm it was great. We will recommend the house to anyone going to WDW. We plan on being back ourselver.

Great vacation house!

Our little family loved this rental and its location. The house was in impeccable condition and we all had ample space to spread out and do our own things. The boys loved the arcade and everybody enjoyed the hot tub and pool especially as it's so private with the open space behind the house. The great playground a minute away was also well used. My husband and I hiked around the whole community and were greatly impressed by the lovely homes and landscaping as well as the security and quiet. It was great to be able to come to this house to relax after the chaos of the Disney parks which were only minutes away. The owner kept in touch to make sure we were comfortable. We would definitely recommend this home to anyone visiting Orlando.

Great location, WARM pool, clean, wonderful stay!

Our experience at Windsor Magic in Windsor Hills was wonderful! The owners were easy to communicate with, and quick to respond. The house was clean, and spacious, the game room was a hit. The heated pool at the house was AMAZING as we did have a couple of cooler days/evenings and we were all still able to enjoy a swim or soak in the hot tub. It was really nice to have the wide open field area behind the house, without another house/pool backing up to ours so we didn’t feel like we were being watched when we were out back The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. The large outside patio table was fantastic and we enjoyed most of our family meals and the beautiful weather out there and not being stuck at home with the low 30’s Indiana was having at the time. The location was great too! Disney as well as food options were both close and easy to access. We definitely recommend Bill & Donna’s property, and would definitley book with them again!

Great home in a great location

We really enjoyed our stay in this house and it helped make our holiday in Florida. The house is large, comfortable, well equipped and very clean. The air-con was a welcome relief from the August heat and with the pool, hot tub, pool table and arcade games, it was a great place to spend time. The lack of rear neighbours is a real plus - there is even a surprising amount of wildlife out the back. Location is superb - easy to get to from the airport and only minutes from Disney. There are plenty of shops and restaurants very close by. Windsor Hills is a very pleasant and safe community. The owners were very helpful - plenty of useful information on how everything works and suggestions for things to do. They were in touch a few times while we were there via email which was a nice touch - making sure everything was OK (it was) and offering more suggestions on things to do.

Exceeded expectations

This property exceeded our expectations, the home’s location is perfect to the association’s clubhouse and waterpark. It is also a short drive to many different amusement parks. We also drove an hour in hopes to see a rocket launch at Cape Canaveral. The launch was postponed but we were able to spend the day at beautiful Cocoa beach. The space and layout is perfect for families with children. We very much appreciated the endless supply of hot water. We were all able to spread out and relax and enjoy some downtime in our own pool and jacuzzi. We had regular visits from crane’s and spent many mornings lizard hunting. The owners, Bill and Donna bent over backwards and we’re very attentive to our needs. We will certainly be back.

Very nice villa

We stayed the this villa in July for 10 days. It is a very nice property. We've stayed at quiet some houses already within Windsor Hills, but this one is definitely the best. It is very clean, very well furnished and in a perfect spot within the community. A lot of the villas either have a wall or another property behind their pools, which isn't that much of a problem, but also not very ideal. This villa has open space behind it, which makes it extra relaxing. We had some minor issues in the beginning but those were immediately taken care of by the property manager. Even the owner himself checked in with us (he was in Kissimmee during the same time as us) which we really really appreciated. All in all it was a very enjoyable stay at the villa which is why we will be back once again this year and probably a lot of years after this one.

Fun family vacation!

Our stay at this property worked out better than we imagined! Our primary reason for choosing this location was its proximity to Disney properties and it did not disappoint. The parks were a short 10-15 minute drive. There are also lots of restaurants and grocery stores nearby so we could get anything we needed going there and back. The house was nice for a family group because the living and dining areas were big enough for us to be together, but we all had our own beds and baths. The pool and hot tub were perfect for a soak for the adults and so much fun for our 4 year old granddaughter. The weather was cold but the pool was perfectly heated. Bill and Donna were very helpful and checked on us often throughout the week with suggestions for fun things to do. The property manager was quick to respond when we contacted them about a minor issue. No complaints and we highly recommend staying at this home!

Great Week at an incredible home.

We rented this house after looking at many rental properties in the area. The owner was very helpful in describing and showing why the house he owns is a great place to rent. He was right on the money. The house is very up to date and clean. The location of the house is perfect. I walk away from the clubhouse, NO neighbors behind you, and most of all the South Facing aspect. The pool and patio get sun the whole day, while in looking at other houses in the neighborhood, many got little sun. Pool was a comfortable, hot rub was hot when we wanted it to be. Game room was used every day. It was a hit with each of the 3 generations that stayed in the house. All in all I would very much recommend this house to rent.

Wonderful, clean home, great pool/hot tub, close proximity to Disney

Our family of seven just stayed at Bill and Donna's home for a fall weekend get away to Disney. Homeowners were awesome - very responsive, providing helpful tips for the property and surrounding area, and made everything perfect for us. The house is very spacious for a big group and has very cute/fun decorating in the two upstairs bedrooms. When we were home, the kids were either glued to the arcade games in the bonus room, or swimming in the spacious pool. Let me tell you from our experience of staying at other homes with pools in Orlando area - the homeowners really do keep the pool HEATED with the option of turning up the heat for the hot tub to make it a truly functioning hot tub within a short time, at no additional cost to the renter. This was greatly appreciated by our family, and with the full sun exposure, our kids were happily swimming in 65 degree weather for hours! This home is VERY close to Disney in a gated community. We had a great stay!

Donna and I have been married for 30 years, and we have been blessed with 5 children, so we have many years left to enjoy the magic of Disney!

We fell in love with Windsor Hills since we are only 2.5 miles away from Disney, and very close to Universal Studios too. We also take time to travel to either coast to swim in the ocean as a day trip (just 1-2 hours away). We just love our location.

Equally enjoyable is being able to share our three homes with travelers from all over the world. Our guests arrive as tenants, but leave as friends!

We rented many homes in Windsor Hills before purchasing our home. Our home backs up to the green conservation area, where no new homes can be built. This means when we are relaxing in our private pool, there are no other families behind us looking into our pool area. If you look at photos of other homes, you will see how close together the homes are - all back-to-back.

Spend a moment viewing the Windsor Hills development on an aerial map. Most of the homes face north, east, or west – limiting the amount of sun the pool area will receive. When you view the aerial map, you'll see many of those pool areas covered in shade - even during the middle of the day. With our south-facing pool, the sun is always on our pool area.
