Private Balcony Overlooking Pool Beautiful Condo

Enjoy a cozy beach vacation at A Place at the Beach P in condo A207. Located on Shore Drive section of Myrtle Beach, this 2BR/2BA unit can accommodate up to 4 guests and features 1 Queen bed and 2 twin beds. A second-floor condo, A207 comes with a fully equipped kitchen, including all the essentials of home cooking like appliances, cookware, and flatware. You can experience a beautiful oceanfront view from your private balcony and stay connected indoors with complimentary WiFi and the multiple cable TVs. On-site property amenities also include laundry facilities and an outdoor pool.
Guest Access:
Guests will have access to entire condo. Guest will also have access to outdoor pool, free parking, BBQ area and access to on site laundry facilities.

The Neighborhood:
Less than a 5-minute drive to "restaurant row" of Myrtle Beach where you will find dozens of restaurants, all types of shopping including Tanger Outlets and live music venues.

Guest Interaction:
Prior to arrival please feel free to message us in the messaging tool with any questions. After checking in we ask that you contact the front desk for anything you may need, when checking in they will provide you with 24/7 support number.

Confirming Reservation:
After booking we will send you message to confirm your reservation. A week prior to your stay we will send you a message with reservation number to give front desk and a reminder of check in location and instructions.

Other Things to Note:
-Must be 21 years of age to rent.
-NO PETS ALLOWED.
-NO SMOKING IS ALLOWED.
-No Motorcycles or trailers allowed on property.
-We provide the initial set up of towels, linens and amenities for your stay. A full set of pots, pans and dishes are provided for the room capacity. We recommend bringing pool/beach towels and any specialty cooking tools you may need.
-Unit is individually owned and managed by Beach Vacation Condos; we ask our guests to treat it as they would their own home.

Disappointed!
We have stayed in this unit multiple times over the years. Nothing ever changes or is updated. The door in the master bedroom is broke and unusable. The table and chairs on the balcony have been there forever. At least replace the disgusting cushions. The wall in the bathroom was cracked and the paint was coming off. This place has a great view. Without a few fixes, we won’t rent this unit again .

Family vacation
We had a great time on our family vacation at this property. The condo presented pretty much as listed. We had an issue with the property management company not addressing the broken dishwasher. When we arrived and opened it there was stagnant sitting water in the bottom of it that had such a foul odor that you could tell it had been that way for some time. I called the management company immediately and they were apologetic stating they would put in a work order. I called them daily and never did get anyone from maintenance to come to fix the appliance all week despite the multiple calls I made and apologies from the office each time I did. I am hopeful the owner was aware but cant be sure as I never got an answer.

Check in process and location always great! On site property management was very poor!
Never had any problems over the last 30 years until this unit. My VRBO host was awesome but the maintenance and management was not good at all. Had issue with electricity in bathrooms and was never able to reach manager after multiple calls and visits to office. Maintenance did come and switch breaker several times but never made a permanent fix. Went multiple nights in dark bathroom which was a very aggravating and frustrating experience.

A place at the beach
A Place At The Beach V The location was perfect on the northern end of Myrtle Beach with less congestion of people and traffic. The rental company was very rude called numerous times about 2 families that ruined the entire complex. The families were yelling and screaming in the pool in the middle of the night. No one in the complex slept for the nights they were there. Rental company told us we need the name and unit number for them to do anything. As far as the unit itself master slider door would not open ( called maintenance and notjing happened),front bedroom window screen was all torn up and broken frame,kitchen bar stool unsafe to sit on TV's would go out numerous times , the carpets were filthy including the patio carpet (gross), the door knobs were chrome on one side gold on the other (tacky) , live cockroach was found in the towels wrapped in the master bathroom .. The overall cleanliness was not good I'm sure the next person benefited from us cleaning the place. ..Will stay in Myrtle beach just not this unit or complex , unless different rental company.

This unit was dirty. My husband had to fix the toilet 3 times. Did not have hot water to shower until day 2. Would not rent again
