Time to Beach Happy in this 2BR/2BA newly furnished and improved condo. Surrounded by green gardens enjoy your view to a peaceful landscape and pool from your perfect large balcony. Just a few seconds away from the pool and a quick walk to the beach. This condo is open and fully furnished. Kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances and everything you need to cook. Pack light, the beach is waiting!

Nothing beats waking up to the tranquility of being on a beachfront resort, by a pool and surrounded by gardens. We are constantly looking to enhance your experience, so this condo has been tastefully re decorated and improved to give it a modern yet cozy feel making it the perfect home for an escape where you can unwind, restore, work, relax and feel free to make a more energizing routine to re-charge. You are only seconds away from the pool!

Condo is on a second floor, NO elevator.

Another advantage of the location of this condo is that you are only a quick walk away from the beach. Your walk will be pleasant and private since you are walking inside the property surrounded by nature and a beautiful landscape. This is one of the largest properties on the island, which means density is low so its always nice and relaxing, kids have a lot of space to play in and there are amenities for the entire family. Enjoy two large pools, two hot tubs, tennis courts, playground, an amazing beach deck and more.

The beach is a spot you will love, you are not quite on the beach, but it feels as if you were. It also makes for a perfect spot to choose to relax in, tan, read, or maybe even work. You can also just lay there and simply enjoy the ocean view. Two seconds further and you are touching the white sandy beach.

This condo is fully equipped with a kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a breakfast bar, a great dinning space, and each bedroom has its own TV.

Solare-Bahia Mar has 24/7 security. You will love the safety and privacy this provides you and your loved ones.

 HOUSE RULES:
•    Maximum occupancy limit:  6 adults + 2 children (age 12 and under).
•    No invited Guests are allowed.
•    To give access to the property it is necessary to sign the registration form and provide a valid ID (with photo and signature).
•    No smoking allowed
•    Minimum age to rent is 21
•    All persons are required to wear wristbands.
•    Check in begins at 4:00 pm. Check out time is 11:00 am.
•    Rental includes two parking permits. Additional temporary parking permit may be purchased on site for an additional fee. Boats and trailers are allowed into the property for an extra fee. No R.V.'s or motor homes will be allowed on property
•    BBQ Grills: Available in the designated “Palenque” area. Perfect for a lovely outdoor meal with family or friends. 2 Burner BBQ Grill: $40.00 and 4 Burner BBQ Grill: $50.00
•    Our rental properties are family oriented. Good behavior is expected from our guests, respect for property rules and other guests. No parties allowed. Minimum age to rent is 21 and must be present during the entire stay. 
•    We kindly request that guests respect the Resort/HOA rules. Failure to comply with their house policies is grounds for eviction from the property and/or fines vary depending on these rules. Please contact us if you have any questions.

Lovely Place
We all loved this area, the location is great. The pool was a little cool but the hot tubs were just right. We didn’t have a cookie sheet but the management sent one to our condo right away. It was nice to have the washer and dryer to use as we stayed 2 weeks. We would stay here again, perfect for 2 couples.

Great Place!!
This is my fourth time staying at this complex and I love it. Very nice location on the north end of the island. They have two pools on the property and easy access to the beach. Every condo that I’ve rented here has been modern and spotless. This one was no different.

Beautiful and modern condo
Overall it was a beautiful place but make sure to bring everything! (Laundry soap, salt pepper etc) not necessarily right by the beach, and you don’t get a beach view, you have to walk a distance but the pool is cool and the overall environment is nice

Cute and cozy, sparse kitchen
This space was very tastefully decorated and the layout was very comfortable for 2 couples and one child. We really appreciated how family friendly the resort was! The beach was a short walk from the condo and the one pool was very nearby as well. Very convenient. The beds were very comfortable! And so were the couches. The place was nice and clean except for a few dead bugs on the floor. You could tell though that they had come in after it had been cleaned, not that they had failed to do so. We did have trouble with the kitchen sink upon arrival. The garbage disposal wouldn't turn on and the sink was drain Very slowly! We called the number provided and someone showed up promptly. It appeared to be an easy fix and we didn't have any more trouble with it for the rest of our stay. The only downside was that the kitchen was very bare. They had all the appliances needed and dishes and utensils and cups were there. The selection of spatulas was a bit pitiful, as were the mixing bowls. There were no cookie sheets. If you are planning on cooking some of your own meals or even making your own coffee, you'll need to bring everything. Even your own coffee filters, salt and pepper. I don't know if this is the norm for this area, most vacation homes that we've been to do have at least those bare necessities. But knowing this we would definitely stay here again. We enjoyed our stay immensely.
