The Neighborhood:
The quiet neighborhood of Southampton is centrally located near many Saint Louis attractions. Walk along the tree-lined streets surrounded by beautiful architecture that Southampton is known for, and then duck into Lola Jean’s for a delicious coffee just a short walk away.

The great central location is the perfect base for those wanting to see everything St. Louis has to offer, with all the main attractions no more than 15 minutes in either direction and easy access to all the main roads.

Busch Stadium and the Saint Louis Arch are just seven miles away. Missouri Botanical Gardens and Forest Park (home of the Saint Louis Zoo, Saint Louis Art Museum, the Muny, and the Science Center) are just minutes away by car, not to mention all of my favorite local neighborhoods, including the Hill, the Central West End, the Delmar Loop, Maplewood, Clayton, and Cherokee Street.

Getting Around:
The best way to get around is by car with most highways conveniently nearby. You can also use the Metrolink light rail system to get to many major attractions. Metro's efficient light rail system offers stops throughout the city.

St. Louis also has both UBER and Lyft available. You'll also see lots of Lime and Bird electric scooters throughout the city, so you can zoom wherever you'd like!

ABODEbucks loves hosting guests of all creeds, races, and nationalities. This said, to protect neighborhoods and properties from parties, reservation inquiries from local guests with few or no reviews will likely be denied.

PRIVACY-SAFE NOISE MONITORING
This home has NoiseAware monitoring devices that alert us if noise levels increase over reasonable levels. This allows us to reach out and request that levels be reduced to reasonable levels. To protect your privacy, the monitors do not record audio.

GUEST VERIFICATION
SafelyStay, Inc. verifies the identity of guests and checks criminal databases to confirm reservations.

TRUST & SAFETY
The SafelyStay, Inc. Trust and Safety Fee includes up to $10,000 of accidental coverage for contents damage and up to $100,000 for accidental property damage and bodily injury.

The Trust & Safety Fee allows the security deposit to be waived while protecting you, your group, and the property should an accident happen. The $68 fee is collected at the time of payment and may be labeled as a “Trust & Safety Fee” or "Management Fee".

You can rest a bit more easily while staying with ABODEbucks.

✔ This home has been carefully designed and outfitted for the comfort of vacationers and business travelers. Please do not hesitate to contact us if the following items don't work with your plans.
✔ Primary renter must be 25+ years old
✔ Pets are not permitted on the property
✔ No smoking inside the home
✔ No additional guests - If more guests are expected, please add them to the reservation
✔ No Parties - If the guests exceed the number stated in your reservation, it will be considered a party
✔ Quiet time is 10pm - 9am (including weekends). The neighbors are proud of their quiet, peaceful neighborhood, and we ask our guests to be respectful. Please keep voices and music down during quiet hours.
✔ Outdoor areas off-limits after 10pm
✔ Nothing can be taped, pinned, or attached to walls, ceilings, or hung from the lighting fixtures. Absolutely no glitter or confetti.

I'm often out of town, but ABODEbucks, a St.Louis-based Airbnb management company, professionally manages my home. They will take care of your check-in, check-out, and emergency needs. My father also lives in the property directly behind me, so he can be there quickly if necessary.
