Suite 312 on kolmannen kerroksen sviitti, josta on henkeäsalpaavat näkymät Charlevoix-järvelle sekä olohuoneesta että yläkerran makuuhuoneesta. Yksikössä on täydellinen keittiö ja täysin varustettu astiat ja ruokailuvälineet, jotka ovat valmiita omaan ruokailuun. Tämä keittiö tarjoaa ruokapöydän kahdelle ja kahdelle baarituoleille ylimääräisiä istuimia varten. Olohuoneessa on queen-size-vuodesohva, kaasu-takka ja taulutelevisio. Liukulasiovi avautuu omalle parvekkeelle, josta on näkymät yksityiselle rannalle. Short but Nice

Only stayed one night. Overall pretty nice. Could clean up the cable mess under TV so not visible. They sell mounts that go behind TV so all those cables are hidden. Replace shower head. Otherwise all good.

Nice get away. Just poor timing.

Nice condo and perfect for two. Def recommend replacing the handle on the toilet. Flushing was very difficult. Great job providing all the hooks to hang items. Area walkable with nice restaurants and friendly staff. Disappointed no local locals to rent bikes. Still post Covid issues. Timing of stay very poor weather wise- cold & rainy most our stay. This nixed using the lake & beach area! Maint also took advantage to complete projects & landscaping which added to noise….We ended up checking out a day earlier. Weather no fault. Just a bad deal.

King bed upstairs and pull out sofa bed was perfect for our family of 4. The on site staff was very friendly and helpful. We loved the convenience to Boyne Mountain ( less than 15 min drive) but we also liked being within walking distance to so many restaurants in Boyne City. We loved Gilda's French Bakery for breakfast, we enjoyed a very nice dinner at Cafe Sante and one more casual evening at Lake Street Pub. Would definitely stay again!

We enjoyed sitting on the balcony drinking our morning coffee while enjoying the crisp cool morning watching the ducks play in the water and listening to the water and watching the boats go out for their morning fishing. We will absolutely come back again!

Everything about this property, from the location to the condo amenities to the view, was even better than I expected. Private beach, stunning views from morning until sunset, and within walking distance of many Boyne City bakeries, taverns, coffee shops, restaurants, and bank. Staff was helpful and kind every day. Better than a resort! Five Stars!

Reviewer Comments: We've been to Water Street Inn a number of times and are never disappointed with the beautiful views, the nice accommodations and the quiet, peaceful atmosphere. Just sitting and watching the lake is calming and renewing. This unit could use updated furniture and the bed was pretty soft. Weather was cool but we would have enjoyed chairs on the balcony. Staff is always great - pleasant, very helpful, and accommodating.

It was impressively appointed with a great kitchen area and very comfy couch. We loved the modern decor and open space. The location is excellent as well, with all that Boyne City has to offer within walking distance. I would definitely recommend this to skiers or snowboarders who want to be near Boyne, but not pay resort prices.
