Welcome to your home away from home! This newly/fully renovated 2 bed/2 bath ranch house in the heart of Amish country is ready for you to explore the abundant activities in northern Indiana. This is not only a wonderful house, but the location of this property next door to a real working farm makes it ideal for your country getaway, where the Amish buggies will pass leisurely by the house. You can enjoy a relaxing evening by the fire pit in the backyard (firewood is provided) or travel about.
As a quick disclaimer and note to potential guests, we are a FAMILY ORIENTED neighborhood. We are NOT a party house and have a strict 10pm - 7am noise rule. After 10pm our neighbors should not hear you. IF YOU ARE LOOKING TO PARTY and come and go all hours of the night, we are not a good fit for you. Rowdiness, excessive noise, loud music, etc. are all grounds for removal.

Our neighbors are all families who have children. Please be considerate of them and respectful of this rule or you will be made to leave the property immediately.

You are less than 5 minutes away from the famous Das Dutchman Essenhaus restaurant; 10 minutes from world-renowned Shipshewana, where there are shops, restaurants, the well-known Flea Market, and Blue Gate Theatre; 15 minutes to the Bonneyville Mill Park, where you can watch the old fashioned grinding and enjoy hiking and lovely scenery. The Pumpkinvine Trails is only about 1 mile away, where you can take a relaxing walk/bike ride through the countryside. Nappanee has additional Amish culture with shopping, theatre, and dining. All this and more as you relax and enjoy this wonderful area full of culture and hospitality.

In 2020, this beautiful ranch house was fully renovated inside and out. You get to enjoy a brand-new space that we are very proud of and want you to enjoy during your stay!

Living Room: a very comfortable sleeper sofa (pulls out to a mattress and sleeps two), love-seat, and recliner to ensure maximum comfort while relaxing. There is a 55" Samsung SmartTV in the living room as well. Access 70+ popular local and cable channels through YouTube TV. Additionally, these Samsung SmartTV’s allow you to access your own streaming services (such as Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime Video, YouTube, etc.) as well.

Bedroom #1: comfortable queen mattress and sheets (owners sleep on same combination to ensure their guests get top-notch sleep). Convenient alarm clock is on the night stand so that you can plug in all your electronics.

Bedroom #2: two twin beds with the same comfortable mattress and sheet combinations as the other bedroom. Convenient alarm clock is on the night stand so that you can plug in all your electronics.

Both Bathrooms: Stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, a hairdryer, and plenty of towels/washcloths for your stay. The bathroom between bedrooms has a tub/shower combination to aid in helping get the kids washed up.

Kitchen: Full kitchen with stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, blender, coffee maker, and mixer, along with the pots/pans and utensils to dish up delicious meals. Sets of both plastic and glass dinnerware, wine glasses and mugs.

Back Yard: wide open spaces for endless possibilities. Enjoy a relaxing time beside the fire pit enjoying the great outdoors! Firewood and chairs are available as a complimentary gift to you for booking this property.

There is a washer/dryer available upon request and a $10 payment in the basement available for use. Please reference the marketplace section of the digital guidebook for payment.
