Bedroom 1 has reverse cycle air conditioning plus ensuite.
4th bedroom / rumpus room with 2 sets bunks and an array of books and games.
Laundry with washing machine + dryer + 3rd shower.
Seperate 3rd toilet.
Area downstairs which is set up for the kids - great for a rainy day,
with video games and toys - Wii + Playstation 3 and a pool table.
Can also be used for bike, kayak and surfboard storage.
Fully fenced back yard with outdoor setting.

Linen is not provided - please bring sheets, pillow cases, bath towels, bath mats, hand towels and beach towels.

The location
Jacs Joint is ideally situated on Elizabeth Drive, Vincentia only 100 metres to the beautiful sands of Collingwood Beach (not pet friendly beach) which is ideal for swimming, snorkelling, stand up paddling, kayaking or simply relaxing.

Also just 50 metres away is the Jervis Bay Foreshore Cycleway walkway. Head north to the Hub of Jervis Bay - Huskisson - or head south and follow the White Sands Track through to the world famous white sands of Hyams Beach.
10 minute leisurely stroll to Moona Moona Creek - perfect for the younger kids to splash in the water and for the adults to relax or go for a paddle board.

The beaches
There are many beaches to explore during your stay.
Collingwood Beach is just across the road.

Pets
If bringing a pet - please be aware that ticks are active in the local area
Please note that only the following beaches are pet friendly:
Huskisson Beach and Nelson Beach, Vincentia - Off leash at certain times and seasons.
Hyams Beach and Orion Beach, Vincentia - on leash at all times.
