Suuri koti täydellinen perheille lapsia, Hiljainen naapuruus Big Yard

Kotimme on perheille tarkoitettu paratiisi! Tämä on meidän pysyvä asuinpaikka, jonka vuokraamme matkustettaessa ja vierailemalla perheessä. Meillä on neljä makuuhuonetta sekä leikkihuone (jota voidaan tarvittaessa käyttää makuuhuoneena). Meillä on 2 kuningattarea, 1 parivuode ja 1 kahden hengen ilmapatjat (lakanat, tyynyt ja peitot), joita voidaan käyttää kapasiteetin lisäämiseen olemassa olevat huoneet ja kolme kylpyhuonetta (kolme suihkua, yksi kylpyamme). Makuuhuoneet ovat erittäin tilavia, samoin kuin olohuone ja keittiö, jossa on hyvin avoin ulkoasu ja katedraalin katot. Etupiha ja takapiha on täysin aidattu, tarjoavat runsaasti tilaa ja turvallisuutta lapsille leikkiä, ja on pariovet ja liukuva lasiovi, joka antaa kaikille nauttia kauniista Southern California sää! Lasten leikkihuoneissa on leikkihuone, sekä ulkoiluvälineet. Takapihalla on patio, jossa on kaksi pöytää (mukaan lukien lasten pöytä) ja ulkona tarjoileva alue ja BBQ. Talo on 3 kilometriä rannalle Newport ja 15 kilometrin päässä Disneyland.

Talossa on pesutupa, jossa on uusi LG-pesukone ja kuivausrumpu (voit käyttää niitä). Kaikki keittiökoneet ovat uusia - tilava LG-jääkaappi, jossa on jää / vesi-annostelija, erittäin hiljainen astianpesukone, keittotaso, sisäänrakennettu uuni ja mikroaaltouuni. Meillä on erittäin uusi uuni ja ilmastointilaite sekä puulämmitteinen takka olohuoneessa. Meillä on kaapeli internet (kytketty pöytä tietokoneen takana vierashuone), ja WiFi internet koko talossa. Vaikka meillä ei ole kaapelitelevisiota, meillä on yksi DVD-soitin alakerrassa ja kaksi AppleTV: tä (yläkerrassa makuuhuoneessa ja alakerrassa olohuoneessa) ja älykkäät televisiot, jotka mahdollistavat Netflixin, Amazon Primein, Hulun jne. Sijaintiemme on todella upea. Olemme kohti moottoritietä, josta on helppo päästä missä tahansa Orange County / LA / San Diegossa. Ilman liikennettä Disneyland on vain noin 20 minuutin päässä. Lindberg Park on leikkipaikka, joka sijaitsee kävelymatkan päässä (8-10 minuutin kävelymatkan päässä pikkulapsilla). Kuuluisa South Coast Plaza -ostoskeskus on 5-8 minuutin päässä talomme, Back Bayn retkeilyreitit ovat noin 5 minuutin päässä, lähimmät rannat ovat noin 3 kilometrin päässä. Liian monta helposti saatavilla olevaa toimintaa luetella ne kaikki, mutta siellä on vähän kaikkea alueella. Jopa vuoret ovat alle 2 tunnin päässä!

Meillä on kaksi (lyhytkarvainen) pentua, jotka ovat lennossa, kun olemme poissa. Heidän omaisuutensa siirretään autotalliin ja sitten talo puhdistetaan ammattimaisesti sen jälkeen, kun heidät on poistettu, jotta voidaan poistaa todisteita pikkupukista. No climbing on any roofs or jumping from roofs into pool/hot tub. This will cause serious injury/death. One warning given then a fee will be imposed.
Swimming in pool ends at 9pm and in hot tub ends at 10pm as to respect neighbors. Please keep noise levels reasonable. Thank you!

Exceptional Home and Amenities

This was our SECOND time staying at this property...we come to CA each year, and consistently find a new home every year. I hope to continue renting this house indefinitely. It perfectly suits my father, my wife and I, and our 3 young children. Great location, great house (w/pool and spa), plenty of room, and the family that owns the place is very attentive to any communications or needs...they simply go out of their way to make sure the stay is perfect, which it certainly was again.

Great location and excellent for large families

We loved our stay, traveling with four kids and nanny. Plenty of room and our 10 year old and 4 year old spent hours on the trampoline. It was really nice to have the access to the pool toys for the kids - they were endlessly occupied (my son wanted to leave Disney to go back to the house). I didn't know what to think of location before we got there but walked daily to the local coffee shop, grocery store was a few minutes away, and then a great strip of restaurants and shops was 5 minutes away. Freeway accessibility was nice as we were traveling to a couple of places around Newport. Owners were very accommodating!

Great Family Home

We come out to southern Cali every year to visit family. Every year we have rented a different home. We hope to stop searching in the future, and to rent this home each year moving forward. We have 3 young children, and they loved the playroom, bunk beds, pool and spa. Its only 3 miles to newport pier, right down the street from the OC fairgrounds, and only took 25 min to get to Knotts Berry. Great location. The owners are a family similar to ours, and were quite friendly and helpful when we needed to add 3 additional days to our vacation last minute...they accommodated it quickly.

A home for the whole family!

If you are a family with children looking for a wonderful Costa Mesa home in which to spend your vacation time, we would highly recommend this rental. Three generations of our family recently stayed here for over a week. The hosts of this home were very accessible and helpful. They offered details of the rental property in preparation for our stay, as well as in written literature in the home, and provided us with their helpful recommendations for activities and the availability of local services. The house is very comfortable and especially welcoming for children with loads of toys and activities for them, including the backyard swimming pool. The hosts were generous with the availability of beach and swimming supplies. Plenty of room for cooking and dining either inside or outside, and for sleeping arrangements. Great location for the beach and accessing tourist attractions. You'll enjoy your stay!

Family annual vacation

The house was beautiful, and very roomy, accommodated our entire family of 1, was able to cook and eat and relax and enjoy our family time in the pool and hot tub which was awesome The house location was perfectly located, close to all the attractions we planned Owners checked in with us to ensure we had what we needed and that everything was great for our time there. Great home for families!

Our family of 6 had plenty of space. The house was very clean. The pool and hot tub were amazing and we spent most of our days there. The location is great…close to the freeway and about 10 minutes to beach. The owners were helpful and responsive. We had never rented a house that was the actual home of the renters. It added a little stress to have their stuff around and trying to keep our kids out of everything. That is one thing to keep in mind when renting this house.

Perfect house for a family!

Our family gathered here for Thanksgiving and we loved everything about this house. The pool and hot tub worked perfectly and there are pool toys for everyone. The playroom was amazing, keeping our grandchildren happy for hours. The home was immaculate and looked exactly as described. Large rooms, big kitchen, quiet neighborhood with private backyard. The owner was wonderfully clear with instructions and available for questions. This is the best vrbo we've ever stayed at and we WILL be back!

Perfect for a family of 5+ Awesome Hosts and Awesome Pool!

The owners were in communication every step of the way, and couldn't have been nicer hosts. Our children are the same age as theirs, which made all the fun activities, toys and floor plan of the home perfect for us. The pool is clean, brand new and wonderful! Even during Covid, in the middle of Summer, the owners made sure things were very clean when we arrived. We had no issue with Covid or sickness whatsoever. If we ever decided to stay in the Costa Mesa neighborhood again, we'd have no hesitation in returning to their cozy home.

Perfect for families!

This home was in a great location and perfect for families with children. This house is set up with everything you could need - baby monitors, nightlights, toys, thousand of children's books, kids' plates/cups/utensils, and comfortable furniture and beds. We felt right at home staying here and our children did not want to leave the amazing playroom! We would definitely come back here!

Family Fun in Orange County

My kids (13, 10, 7) and I had the BEST time on our vacation in Orange Country this year, thanks in large part to the perfect accommodations. From the very beginning, Jennifer communicated with me and made me and my family feel like welcome guests. She was accessible throughout the trip if I had any questions. The house gave us so much room to spread out and be comfortable as a family; plenty of beds, lots of yard space and a place to eat outdoors, a beautiful kitchen that allowed us to have other family members over for meals instead of eating out every night. The location was perfect - easy access to freeways and only a 10/15 min drive to Newport Pier. Anything you needed was a mile or two away, but it's a quiet, friendly neighborhood. We will definitely be reaching out to Jennifer again to stay in this beautiful home.

We're a family of four, plus two cats (who will be boarded before the house is professionally cleaned, before any rental begins). We love outdoor activities - playing at the beach, playgrounds, hiking, and camping. I used to teach at an elementary school, but now I stay home with our children. My husband is an attorney with the County and he also teaches law classes at a local law school. Our girls (Sophie, 9 years, and Lilly, 7 years) are both competitive gymnasts. They love to swim, especially now that we have our own pool! We have family located in Northern California and on the East Coast, so we like to rent our house out for extra income when we visit them. We've owned our home for 6 years, and we've only had one unfortunate experience; people generally treat our home just like their own, with lots of love and care. We hope you'll love staying at our house as much as we love living in it!

We fell in love with our home the moment we saw it listed for sale. We moved from a very small property, so we can finally breathe here. There's almost 2,700 square feet of house and tons of storage (plus a storage unit in the backyard and a rental unit that's rented full time behind the fence in our back yard). In addition, we have a larger lot so there is a lot of outdoor space to run around and play, and it's all fenced in so we don't have to worry about our children staying safe. It's within walking distance of a local playground, great schools, and wonderful neighbors. We plan to be here for life!

The house has several qualities that give it a very spacious feel - pool, hot tub, cathedral ceilings, large bedrooms, lots of outdoor space. We have many built-ins for our family photos, our daughters' artwork, and special memorabilia from our travels. The backyard has become our favorite place to spend many hours. We use our pool all of the time, and we also eat meals outside many days. Before Covid hit, we would host many events in the backyard for Girl Scouts, soccer teams, etc. We love the double doors in the living room leading to our front yard, along with the dutch front door, because we can always let in the beautiful fresh air and sunlight. Our family is just a fan of indoor/outdoor living! When it's cold we have a wood-burning fireplace that makes the living room feel so cozy. It's just the perfect home for our family!
