These downs stairs bedrooms share a spacious bathroom with separate bath, shower and vanity. The washing machine and dryer are also neatly tucked away in the main bathroom.

The ground floor living area is ideal, with a pool table that can be converted to a table tennis table, Flat Screen TV, DVD Player and comfortable couches and reverse cycle air-conditioning. This space is great for relaxing watching TV, reading a book or a fun game of pool or ping pong.
