Laajasti uusittu ja uusittu! TÀmÀ yksikkö on upeat nÀkymÀt lahdelle ja on vain muutaman askeleen pÀÀssÀ rannalta!

Sinut on kutsuttu tulemaan nauttimaan tÀstÀ avoin ja ilmava, 2-vuode, 2-kylpy huoneisto Surfside Resort kanssa ranta mieltÀ, niin lÀhellÀ voit kuulla aaltojen joka huoneessa !!

URHEILU UUTISET
Politiikkamme kieltÀÀ vuokraamisen alle 25-vuotiaille. TÀmÀ tarkoittaa, ettÀ jokaisessa vierasryhmÀssÀ vÀhintÀÀn yhden on oltava vÀhintÀÀn 25-vuotias.

LisÀksi tÀydellinen paikka rentoutua rannalla lomasi on tuulta upouusi keittiö, joka on laajalti uusittu ÀskettÀin. Kaikki uudet laitteet, jossa on kÀtevÀ seinÀ uuni, mikroaaltouuni, lasi kokki alkuun, astianpesukone, ja suuri side-by-side jÀÀkaappi, jossa jÀÀpalakone. Uusi graniitti laskurit ja saari tekevÀt tilava ruokailutila Suite kerÀÀntyÀ aterian tai jopa peli yö! Olipa ruoanlaitto, syöminen, katsella televisiota tai vain rentoutua, on aina loistava nÀköala!

Ylimitoitettu parveke on myös riittÀvÀn suuri sinulle ja vieraat ovat aterian tai nauttia iltapÀivÀn auringosta ja pÀÀsee keittiö, olohuone, ja molemmissa makuuhuoneissa.

Kaikissa kylpyhuoneissa oli juuri pÀivitetty uusilla laatta, kaapit, ja valaistus. Makuuhuone sviitti on kauniisti sisustettu king-size-vuode, taulutelevisio, iso valaistu vaatehuone ja tilava Master kylpy, joka sisÀltÀÀ pesukone ja kuivaaja. Valoventtiili ikkuna makuuhuoneessa tekee sinusta tuntuu ettÀ olet risteilyt merenlahdelle. Voit nukkua liukuva lasiovet auki, kuulla valtameren ja tuntea tuulta!

Toisessa makuuhuoneessa on oma sisÀÀnkÀynti omaa ja parveke katsella rannalle. SiinÀ on kaksi parivuodetta, taulutelevisio / DVD, mini-jÀÀkaappi, mikroaaltouuni ja kylpyamme.

Olemme myös lisÀnneet Premium-tyynynpÀÀllisen patjan (tallennettu makuuhuoneen vaatehuoneeseen) - joten voimme nyt majoittaa jopa kahdeksan!

Laite on vain kaksi kerrosta ylös Surfside yksityisen kÀvellÀ yli hohtavan valkoinen hiekka Gulf Coast, yksityinen aurinkokansi, uima-altaat, ja poreallas. Beautiful Beach House

Our expectations were exceeded in this Surfside condo! The unit is well maintained and appeared to be freshly painted. The appliances, furniture and linens are high quality, and wall decorations are tasteful. Kitchen is well equipped and there is an abundance of beach toys and towels. Beach access is convenient, and there are several restaurants within walking distance. Hosts responded promptly to our communications.

We didn't want to leave

The condo was very clean and spacious, great for two families even. The location to the beach was so easy and quick. Having the restaurant and beach bar on site was a huge plus! The owners were very kind and quick to answer any questions. My little family loved it and we can't wait to go back.

We love this facility, it’s close to all the Destin features and easy beach access with the sky walk. The room had all the pots and pans needed to cook. Loved the view. Communication with owners was fast and efficient.

This place had everything we needed! Great view, very large, open layout, and wonderful open kitchen. The location was in an ideal spot as well. It was an easy walk to the beach as well as restaurants and stores.

Great stay!

Everything was exactly as shown on the website. The unit was clean and had everything you could need for your stay. Location of unit was great. If you didn't want to wait for the elevator, you could easily take the stairs. Plenty of room to cook together, or just relax. Excellent beach condo with space and a view

Condo was clean, updated kitchen and spacious. Balcony was large with An angled view of the beach on the 3rd floor facing west. The condo restaurant was so delicious and convenient to have beach walkover.

Grandaughters16th Birthday

We had a wonderful vacation with our grandchildren. The condo was wonderful! We were very close to everything. The only issue was parking at times, and long waits at the elevators, but that would not deter me at all from renting there again from the owners of that specific condo. Pool area was excellent. Thanks for a wonderful vacation!

Kept the trip from being wasted because of bad weather

Description is accurate. View is awesome. We hesitated on booking because we did not think the amenities would be used. We are an active outdoor family. Vacation rentals are used for dinner after a big day, shower, and sleep. We had bad weather for most or our trip. We would have wasted our vacation if it were not for the amenities (gym and pool) and convenience of being able to quickly access the beach when the weather did break. The condo is spacious. We are a family of five.

Great location and great owners.

Condo was perfect size for our visit. Location was great. Lots of extras that most owners would not leave for guests such as coffee, wine, garbage bags, toilet paper. Beds were extra comfortable. Condo could've been a little cleaner. Sand on the floor, toilets and sinks not cleaned well. The trash can is a little small and hidden in the cabinet. Only one way in the condo and one way out which can be a little challenging when guests are unloading. Overall we had a great time and great stay. The owners were wonderful and quick to respond. Would definitely recommend this condo.

The Good, The Bad and The Ugly!

The location of the property and the proximity to the beach was good. Our frustrations were with the property owners of the condo. My opinion is that they have not been doing this very long and they do not have any customer service skills. When we arrived the garbage disposal was not working, we called to let them know. Their new granite counter top had settled and they accused us of sitting on it and breaking it. Attempted to tell us we checked out an hour late, which we didn't and wanted to charge us for another day. We suggested they call their previous renters regarding the granite which they did and confirmed it had been that way with them too. They put way too much trust in their cleaning lady which does not tell the truth. Our group consisted of eight, 55-65 years old ladies, including a real estate agent, bank manager, school administration and teachers. Not the type to tear things up and party. We were very disappointed in their communication to us and they way they attempted to make us feel. They did keep $100 of our deposit for the damage to the garbage disposal which was broke when we got there and if their cleaning lady was doing her job correctly, they would have known it was broken. We actually washed our sheets, towels and rugs before we left and we were still treated with disrespect. The $100 did not hurt any of us financially, but the point did. I would not recommend staying with this couple in the future.

Great location

The location was great. Overall we enjoyed our stay. However, there were issues with the water which the host communicated with us. They left wine and coffee but if you use it they want you to replenish it. We don't drink either one. No extra trash bags were provided. No dishwasher soap or any bath soap were provided. The carpet needs to replaced or cleaned. Vents in the bathroom were dusty. Dishwasher needs to be cleaned inside. The bed was very comfortable.

We were five women aged 55-61, grandmothers. We followed all instructions for check out plus some, and I have never seen this many instructions for a VRBO. We washed the towels, folded and put them back, stripped the beds and placed all sheets in front the washer (there was no laundry detergent in the unit to start the sheets in the washer), which I informed the owner on day 2 of our 4 day stay (to which he replied some stores which I could purchase some), we brought in the patio cushions, and emptied all the trash. In addition to instructions, we swept, cleaned the countertops and glass coffee table. However, on the day we left, the owner wrote us stated the cleaner stated the unit was "very messy" and the cleaner spent and extra 90 minutes cleaning, and he was keeping a large extra cleaning fee from the colossal damage deposit. I asked him to describe the "mess", which he couldn't because there was none. I also asked him for pics of the "mess", which he couldn't because there was none. Luckily, Muhammad, from VRBO backed me up in that the owner, had no evidence of alleged "mess" and therefore implored him to return the three figure extra cleaning fee. Thanks VRBO! Otherwise, the place was nice enough, and the location was good. The condo pool was very small and not on the beach (saw some pics that were not this pool). Definitely not worth the stress of fighting to my full deposit back!

Vacation

Excellent rental exactly as described. The owners were punctual with details and eager to answer any questions. We had four adults and one grandchild. Everyone enjoyed their time at the condo and the resort.

Surfside sits in a beautiful area, right on the beach. The beach is one of the most beautiful beaches in the world, with beautiful white sands and blue water, and it's just a few steps away from your room! There is an excellent restaurant at Surfside, and many more within a short walk or drive. There's even a tiki bar right on the beach where you can take a break and get a drink in the shade.

Unique because it is one of the few units to completely take the wall out that separates the kitchen from the living/dining area. Now it's wide open and spacious enough to see the Gulf and hear the waves while having coffee in the kitchen, relaxing for a nap in either bedrooms, or just a short walk down two floors to the pool and beach walkover. The walkover means no parking issues, just walk over the top of Scenic Gulf Drive and down the stairs to the beach. We also have the ONLY YEAR-ROUND heated swimming pool. Conveniences galore! Beach setup is included (May through October). The Royal Grille Restaurant at Surfside is also available for fine dining with gulf front views and now has an outdoor dining bar/grille to sit and gaze at the ocean while enjoying food and drinks. The first floor has a gift shop, salon, and massages too! There is a workout room for the guest that doesn't think swimming is enough exercise! Everything you need is right here at Surfside. The resort also does special events so if you have a wedding in your future, they can have their reception right here, with gulf front views right in the reception hall! There's a lot waiting for you at Surfside!!!
