Newly renovated condo with pool and ocean view

Come and visit "Sandy Bottoms" on your next trip to Pleasure Island. This 2 Bedroom and 2 Bathroom 1st floor condo in the Sand Pebbles complex is newly renovated and ready to please your family and friends. The primary bedroom features a King bed and includes an en suite bath and has a spectacular ocean view to watch the sunrise before drifting back to sleep, and the second bedroom has a Queen bed that utilizes the hallway full bathroom. The kitchen is nicely uplifted with new cabinetry and stainless steel appliances.

The living area is outfitted with a new chaise sofa (which doubles as a sleeper (full size)) and a flat screen TV, but you'll probably pass that by quickly as you head out onto the expansive deck to enjoy the stunning views of the beautiful Atlantic Ocean. The deck is the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee or keep an eye on the kiddos frolicking in the nearby pool. You will not be disappointed in your decision to make "Sandy Bottoms" your vacation home every summer!

The Sand Pebbles oceanfront condominium complex is located within walking distance to the Carolina Beach Boardwalk, Carolina Beach Lake and Tiki Bar on the pier. The complex boasts two in-ground pools and two private walkways to the beach with outdoor showers, and a bike rack.

Of course there is plenty to do at Carolina Beach, and in this central location you may never need your car as you can easily walk to the Boardwalk, the fresh water lake for fireworks and Sunday movies, and the Tiki Bar!

*Please keep in mind that if you are renting a property with a pool during the off-season, it may not be open or available. Pools are usually open from mid- May to September, but dates can vary based on weather, permits, HOA guidelines, inspections, improvements, and unforeseen events. For more detailed information on specific pools, please feel free to contact our office.

Mother’s Day trip
The place we stayed at Sand Pebbles, Apt #C7 was quite amazing and it was updated as well. We plan to stay at the same place in our next visit as well.

Nice weekend
Enjoyable weekend, property was clean, and as described. I gave a 4 star for check in solely because you have to go to the property management company to pick up parking passes. And also drop them off at the management company upon departure. The only downside to the stay was the couch was very uncomfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Stay
Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great stay at Sandy Bottoms! It was a very nice and updated unit. It was just like in the pictures. It was very clean, too! The beds were comfy. It was nice to have 2 bathrooms (and a washer and dryer). The beach was just steps away. There were several restaurants within walking distance, The Spot had great wings, The Peach Factory-my kids went to every day,and Uncle Vinney's Pizzeria. The only problem was the door lock was tricky and we had to call maintence several times, but they were friendly and helpful. We checked in after hours and the #6 stuck on the lock to get the keys at Bryant Reality, so it took several attempts to get the keys. Overall, it was a really great stay and we'd stay here again!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was not what I wanted to feel like on vacation! I was a nervous wreck the whole time and felt like we were being watched constantly and scared to leave the property. There is not enough parking ever and even if you have a parking permit hanging in the window you will get towed because you are not in a designated parking area. It feels like a scheme as a woman was walking around taking pictures of vehicles and license plates all the time. We had to doordash food and never left out of fear of losing our parking spot. The pool and beach being so close was the only thing nice about this rental. We had no issues with Bryant Real Estate, but will ever go back to this particular property. Vacation should not feel like jail!
