Just a short walk to the beautiful beaches of Hilton Head Island! Park your car and enjoy the walk or a bike ride to the beach, shops, restaurants, and all that Coligny Plaza has to offer! Enjoy live music, food, cold drinks, and oceanfront views at The World Famous Tiki Hut or frozen tropical cocktails at Pool Bar Jim's - both just a short walk from the villa!!  Free trolley rides and the Breeze Trolley are other ways to get from here to there on Hilton Head's South end. 

This beautifully renovated villa has all the comforts of home! Our spacious 3 bedroom villa sleeps up to 8 guests. The first-floor master suite has a luxury King-sized bed & mattress with a private walkout to the landscaped courtyard. Upstairs you will find a second bedroom with 2 sets of twin-sized bunk beds, and the third bedroom with a queen-sized bed and a private balcony overlooking the courtyard. For your convenience, there is a full Jack & Jill bath located upstairs, and there is a full bath on the main floor. 

The kitchen has ample counter space and cabinet storage. It is fully equipped for your needs and easily flows into the dining area for eating or entertaining!  A stackable washer and dryer are located off the kitchen for convenient laundry needs. 

Enjoy the landscaped front or private back courtyards - amazing spaces for relaxing or stargazing. The rear courtyard is complete with outdoor seating and a gas BBQ grill. The front courtyard provides great space for bike or beach gear storage. 

Wi-Fi is available, and Smart TV's with Spectrum Cable app are in the living room and master bedroom. 

This amazing villa is just steps from the pool with its sundeck and ample lounge chairs for relaxing, reading or just catching some island sunshine! There are also umbrella-topped tables for gathering and perhaps a picnic lunch or snack poolside! 

If you are an early riser you will not want to miss our beautiful sunrises on the beach - grab a coffee and make the quick walk to the beach....you won't be disappointed! You're going to love our place and we can't wait to share it with you!

The pool is open daily from 8AM to 8PM from April 1st to October 31st.   

***The villa has one parking space. If there is a potential that you will need a second space, you must contact host prior to arrival for second hangtag. NO MORE THAN 2 CARS ALLOWED ON PROPERTY***

No Smoking. No Pets. Please enjoy yourself and treat our home like you would treat your own. Do not take furniture out of the villa or move it from one room or floor to another. No golf carts, motorcycles, RVs, trailers, kayaks, or canoes are allowed on the property. Bikes must be secured in the private courtyards.

Guest Access:
Key code will be provided prior to check-in time for easy access to the property. 1 parking pass will be in the villa at check in. No more than 2 cars allowed on property. Please request a second parking hangtag from host before your arrival.

Getting Around:
Amazing walkability! Breeze Shuttle available mid-March thru October to get you to the beach, shopping, restaurants or just to see what's out there!! Public parking available near the beach.

Other Things to Note:
Bugs
We get asked about Palmetto Bugs all the time. Yes, these are roaches and are found pretty much everywhere outside in South Carolina but we like to call them Palmetto Bugs as it makes them sound nicer! They can be pretty big, can fly and will scurry around the floor but they are largely harmless. They do occasionally come inside, especially at night and during or after any storms. Rest assured all of our homes are professionally treated monthly for pests. Any bugs that manage to get inside will die quickly.

According to Eric Benson, Ph.D. professor and extension entomologist at Clemson University “It has nothing to do with cleanliness or the economic conditions of the area,” said Benson. “They could be around the nicest home or the nicest hotel or resort.”

If you leave the doors or windows open, especially at night, you will likely see a few. This is perfectly normal. If you see 20 or 30 all in one place then please let us know. This might mean we have a nest somewhere in the home and we'll need to get pest control out to take care of it. This is extremely rare!

Please don't worry about bugs, enjoy your vacation. You'll likely not see any while you are here, we just include this note so you understand it's not unusual to see some and it doesn't mean the home isn't well looked after!
