The home enjoys two decks, the sun deck off the main living area and another covered deck below. There is also a half-bath located on the main level. Spiral stairs lead to the loft which has been setup as the ultimate hangout space complete with poker table and shuffleboard.

Downstairs on the entry level, the generous sized foyer is light filled and provides plenty of space to offload gear, coats, strollers, toys etc. Plus, there is a boot drying room!
