Tilghman Beach and Racquet Club is the perfect vacation spot for golfers, families, and snowbirds who are looking for a conveniently located and comfortable vacation in North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. Located steps to Main Street North Myrtle Beach and directly across the street from the beach.

This three bedroom, two bathroom condo is extremely spacious, with enough room for everyone to spread out. It has stylish decor, beautifully renovated kitchen with granite counter tops. Catch ocean breezes from your private balcony, play a game of tennis at the court or take a dip in the sparkling outdoor swimming pool or relax in the community hot tub. This North Myrtle Beach condo also has free WIFI, cable TV, washer/ dryer and an elevator.

Each bedroom offers a Queen Size bed.

This property has everything to make you feel at home:
A fully stocked kitchen with kitchen utensils, cutlery, cookware, and dinnerware.
A spacious living room with large flat screen TV, plenty of seating, and a slight ocean view balcony.
A brand new washer/dryer!
2 full restrooms and a half restroom in one of the bedrooms!

Other things to note:
No pets
Absolutely no smoking
Parking for 2 vehicles. Passes required.
This complex is not motorcycle, trailer, or golf cart friendly for renters.
Linen price is factored into final price of stay.

Southern Coast Vacations is a full-service rental company and want to make sure you are as happy as possible with your vacation. If you experience any issues at all during your stay, please call us! 9 out of 10 times we are able resolve your issue over the phone within minutes by directing you to back up supplies, instructions, etc. If not, we are happy to send someone to assist you in person.

Although homes are often equipped with some non-perishable food items, such as sugar, coffee, and spices, we cannot guarantee they will be there. Guests are supplied with a starter set of paper products. Each rental will have 1 roll of toilet tissue per bathroom and 1 paper towel roll in the kitchen. Please come prepared with your own soaps or other needed toiletries such as dish detergent or laundry detergent. Please bring any blankets or towels you plan on using outside (pool or beach).

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was not clean when we arrived. The company had the same cleaner come out who did not clean again so I had to clean the unit myself.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First let me just say Souther Coast vacations is great. They have the best customer service and we will definitely be using them again in the future. Being across the street from the beach was one of the best parts. The unit had a few things we didn’t like, very had mattress in the master, very low water pressure, and a washer and dryer that was old and rusted and ruined a few of our clothes. If the owner made a few update it would be a really great unit. Overall it was still a great stay and Southern coast went above and beyond to make sure it was a gray stay.

Extremely Disappointing
The photos of this unit are very misleading. It was filthy Everything was covered in what appeared to be Sheetrock dust. The seat cushions were gross. There were bugs, both dead and alive. Blinds on doors leading to patio were inoperable. The entry doorknob is not properly secured- screw is half out. I should have turned around a walked out as soon as we got there but vacation excitement had me in its grip. We were booked for 10 nights. On the 3rd day I found somewhere eke to stay, we packed up and left. I had reported the condition to the property manager after the first night. They sent someone to look at the blinds, later called to tell me the were in fact broken and for me not to reopen them- which left the balcony/porch unusable. The big deal about the blinds were the fact that they were vertical blinds with missing large pieces, leaving huge gaps. We faced Ocean Blvd, this left no privacy. They did offer to try to find someone to do a deep cleaning while I was there, And later set up a second time for someone to come in to replace the blinds with curtains. I had all of my belongings in the unit then and didn’t feel comfortable with a cleaning team coming in and didn’t feel that I should have to further sacrifice my vacation time to be there during what they should have taken care of prior to rental. I found another rental, moved, notified Southern Coast. They did refund the balance of my stay, which I greatly appreciated. There was much more. I have photos for documentation, wish there was somewhere to upload. This could be a nice place but needs serious attention. I’ve stayed in units at Tilghman for 30 yrs. I’ve never seen one like this. Not saying there aren’t worse, I try to choose carefully based on the photos and info provided. This one really fooled me, and I am familiar with these condos.
