Tästä osakehuoneistosta on kaunis merinäköala!
Äskettäin, 2007 kunnostettu kaikilla uusilla kansilla ja vinyyli sivuraide. Upea!

Tämä osakehuoneisto on sisustettu ainutlaatuisella Karibian rannan teemalla. Se oli sisustettu ammattimaisesti ja siinä on monia upeita mukavuuksia. Näihin kuuluu valtava keittiö, jossa kaikki mitä tarvitset, samoin kuin useita DVD- ja VHS-soittimia makusi mukaan. Wi-Fi on saatavana televisioiden X-box-koukkuilla.

Huoneistossa on makuuhuone ja kylpyamme, jossa on queen-size-vuode ja juuri ostanut uuden tyynynpäällisen patjan 04/2018 .. Toinen makuuhuone on sisustettu kahdella sängyllä ja se on sisustettu erittäin kirkkaasti. Täydellinen lapsille! Makuuhuoneen vieressä on täysi kylpyamme. Denissä on myös queen-size-vuodesohva! Yksikkö EI salli tupakointia osakehuoneiston sisällä. Lemmikkieläimet eivät myöskään ole sallittuja. Liinavaatteet eivät sisälly hintaan, mutta ne ovat saatavana lisämaksusta. Varastoyksikkö rannalla, varustettuna rantatuoleilla, sateenvarjoilla, boogie-laudoilla ja hiekkaleluilla.

SUURI SIJAINTI !! Ocean Pier I sijaitsee Windy Hillissä, Pohjois-Myrtlen rannalla. Se on täydellinen paikka perheille. Kadun toisella puolella on rannalla sijaitseva lähikauppa, pieni grilli ja arcade. Se on useita korttelin päässä suosituista Barefoot Landing-, Colonial Mall- ja Tanger -myymälöistä. Kuuluisa bluesitalo on myös lähellä. Erinomainen sijainti golfia.

Huomautus vammaisille: Ocean Pier I: llä EI ole hissiä. Tämän osakehuoneiston sijainti on kolmannessa kerroksessa.

Great place to stay in NMB!

David is an excellent host. The condo was nicely cleaned. The A/C unit works well and fast. The unit location is perfect and the pool is just amazing, bigger than I thought. The ground floor storage for beach stuff is a plus as well. I recommend this place!

Beautiful property and conviently located

This condo is exactly how its listed. Its beautiful inside and out. Just a few steps from the beach and there are several shops and restaurants in walking distance. The property owner made sure that we had no issues checking in and out and was available if any issues arose!

Wonderful week in the sand

We had a fantastic week visiting family and refreshing our souls. David was very accommodating when I had to change my dates after scheduling already. The condo was clean and everything you would need is there. Having access to the owners closet right by the beach was great, too!

Greatest vacation ever

This was the most amazing vacation ever. The condo felt just like home. There was no noise other than waves crashing. No traffic messing up the beautiful natural sounds. Everthing was clean in the cabin. I was able to cook full meals for my family. The owners are so very kind and helpful. We will certainly book again.

Perfect Little Condo

We really liked the condo with the exception of the three flights of stairs! Excellent proximity to restaurants, shopping and the beach! Equipped with everything you need except linens, towels and paper products.

Weekend at the Beach

The condo is decorated so cute-so beachy. It had everything that we needed and it was very clean and comfy. Communication with David (our host) was so easy too. Located in Windy Hill, the area was quiet, but close to plenty of restaurants and shopping. We rate this condo as "perfect". Making plans already for next year. You will not be disappointed. Thank you so much David!

No laundry

Location was great! Great access to beach and very nice pool! Only downfall is the laundry is non existent; the laundry room has one washer which doesn’t work and also no elevator and this room is on the 3rd floor which is hard carrying all your stuff up. Other than those things everything was nice

Amazing experience

My husband, myself and our children stayed from 6/12-6/18. We've never stayed in a condo just hotels, aside from ocean lakes as a child, but it was great! The condo was lovely decorated beautifully. Very clean, and the owners were amazing! The people we met while staying there were great, nothing like what it is staying st south myrtle beach. We will definitely be booking again with you guys, and will most likely be in North myrtle here on out. We hope we left it as clean as it was when we came in. Thanks again guys!

The condo needs a deep clean from carpet to light fixtures. The master bath shower is tiny.

The owner over the is a great person but the overall cleanliness of the property in general is poor. The trash cans outside where running over for three days.

Excellent beach access

The condo has a view of the beach and a direct view of the nice pool. We found everything that we needed; however, the carpet was showing age and had many spots. The furniture is nice and has a beach theme. Also, even though the owner says that the mattresses were recently replaced, we found them very soft and little support for our backs. We were unaware that there was no elevator to the third floor condo until not long before we left home. The closet with beach chairs is on the ground level and very convenient.

Peaceful and cute!

What a wonderful week we had! The condo is adorable, and I loved having coffee on the balcony every morning. The storage unit is an absolute godsend! Having all the beach stuff easily accessible is so convenient, and the Norketts are very generous and allow you to use their things too. We vacationed with 2 other families, and neither of their Ocean Pier I condos had central air, while this one does. And it works! :) I would say the only thing that would make this unit perfect would be a washer/dryer inside. David was great to work with! Note: This building has lots of stairs, so don't rent if you can't do stairs.

Side porch ocean view and overlooks the pool right on the beach the Master bedroom shower could use an update. It is super tiny. We took all showers in the spare bathroom which was a standard shower! There was plenty of items to take to the beach in the storage closet

The property is in a fantastic location with a lovely view from the balcony. Parking was very convenient, and the storage unit was a great bonus. The pool was a good size, well-maintained, and very clean. The owner was responsive, and the price for the location and amenities was reasonable. While there were many positives, there are several areas that could be enhanced to make the stay more comfortable for future guests. Laundry: The shared laundry room has only one older washer and dryer for the entire complex, both showing some rust. An in-unit washer and dryer or upgraded machines would greatly improve convenience.Beds: The mattresses could benefit from replacement or upgrade. The twin beds felt a bit like camp cots, and the queen mattress sagged in the middle, making it difficult to get comfortable. General Maintenance & Cleanliness: A deeper cleaning between guests would help, there were fingerprints on surfaces, dust on fans, and general buildup in areas. The front door could use adjustment to close more securely, and the refrigerator was missing some shelves.Kitchen Supplies: The kitchen had the basics, but some items could be refreshed or added, such as newer pots and pans, sharp knives, Tupperware, and additional spoons.Fans & Furniture: The ceiling fans in the bedrooms made a clicking noise at certain speeds, which limited their use. The couches were not as comfortable as they could be, with cushions that didn’t fit the frame.

Great family vacation spot.

Had a great time in this more quiet location on NMB. The price was affordable for a 2 bed 2 bath and the place was very nice. My wife thought the little dove toiletries were a nice touch. A little tip. Bring quarters for the washer and dryer. I had a hard time getting change from businesses around. Place is very close to great restaurants and attractions. There was plenty of room on the beach and the pool was never crowded.

Enjoyable get away

My partner and I stayed for our 10th anniversary this past weekend. Overall the condo was in good shape and as described on the listing. The only two things I would suggest would be to update the showers like they had the sinks and such and to give the baseboards and trim a good cleaning and painting. That would have brightened up the condo tremendously. Other than that, everything was satisfactory and the communication with the host was top notch. We would consider staying there again on our next trip.
