This spacious penthouse is a short walk from Boulevard Haussmann and some of the best Michelin-starred restaurants in Paris. Great shopping, parks, theaters, and museums are all close at hand.
Our building is a typical Haussmann building, the most prestigious kind of buildings in Paris. It was built around 1880.
Haussmann's renovation of Paris was a vast public works program commissioned by Emperor Napoléon III. Between 1853 and 1870, the Baron Haussmann started the renovation of Paris. It included the demolition of old medieval neighborhoods that were overcrowded and unhealthy; the building of wide avenues; new parks and squares... The street plan and distinctive appearance of the center of Paris today is largely the result of Haussmann's renovation.
Just 1 minute walk (when you go out, take a left), you will see boulevard Haussmann.
