Tervetuloa paratiisiin! Nauti takaisin klassisen havaijilaisen rottinkirakkauden istuimelle tÀssÀ kahden makuuhuoneen, kahden kylpyhuoneen huoneistossa ja nauti osittaisesta merinÀkymÀstÀ. Tai jos et voi odottaa saapumista ulos trooppisessa auringonpaisteessa, hyödynnÀ rannalle pÀÀsyÀ, jaettua uima-allasta ja poreallasta.

TÀmÀ merenrantahotelli on noin viiden mailin pÀÀssÀ Lahainan mielenkiintoisesta kaupungista. Honokowai Beach Park sijaitsee lomakohteen vieressÀ ja on erinomainen paikka snorklausta varten.

Olohuoneessa on kokoontumispaikka viehÀttÀvÀÀn nÀkymÀÀn palmuihin, vuorovesiin ja saarille. Sisustus on mielenkiintoinen Havaijin elÀmÀÀn. Tiki-inspiroidut lamput ja palmulehtipainatuskalusteet sopivat tÀydellisesti rentoutumiseen ja nÀkymien nauttimiseen. VedÀ vain valtavat liukusÀÀtimet auki tunteaksesi saaren tuulen. Taulu-TV ja DVD-soitin ovat saatavana olohuoneessa rentoutuaksesi edelleen. Surffaa verkossa mukana toimitetulla WiFi: llÀ.

TÀysi keittiö on erotettu olohuoneesta saarilla, ja keittiö on varustettu kaikilla vÀlttÀmÀttömyyksillÀ kotiruoan luomiseksi. Illallisen tai aamiaisen voi nauttia ruokapöydÀn ÀÀressÀ katsomalla vettÀ tai siemailla Maui-kahvia ollessaan vastapÀÀtÀ baarituolit. Vaihtoehtoisesti grillit ovat saatavilla uima-altaan lÀhellÀ oikean BBQ: n saamiseksi. MistÀ tahansa valitset valmistaa ruokaa, ÀlÀ murehdi ruokia, koska keittiössÀ on astianpesukone.

Koko perhe voi kokoontua olohuoneen suuremmalle lanaille katsomaan aaltojen törmÀystÀ rantaviivaa, ja saatat jopa olla onnekas havaitsemaan paikalliset merikilpikonnat, jotka leikkivÀt alla surffailla. Valaiden tarkkailu on mahdollista myös joulukuusta huhtikuuhun. KahvilapöytÀ ja tuolit tarjotaan siemailemaan aamu-mimosat ihaillen osittaista merinÀkymÀÀ.

Makaa parisÀngyssÀ ja kuuntele Tyynenmeren ÀÀntÀ tai astu ulos makuuhuoneen lanaille ja ota auringonlaskua veden yli. TÀssÀ huoneistossa on toinen makuuhuone, jossa kaksi erillistÀ vuodetta ja TV, ja olohuoneessa on myös kuningatar-ulosvedettÀvÀ sohva. (Huomaa, ettÀ toisen makuuhuoneen erilliset vuoteet voidaan muuntaa king-size-vuodeksi etukÀteen ilmoittamalla, jos haluat!) Isossa kylpyhuoneessa on hyvin varustettu pÀivitetyt laatta- ja graniittilaskurit, ja makuuhuoneessa on oma kylpyhuone yksityisyyttÀ varten. Henkilökohtainen pesukone ja kuivausrumpu on saatavilla raikkaiden vaatteiden tai pyyhkeiden raikkauttamiseksi pitkÀstÀ pÀivÀstÀ rannalla. TÀmÀ kahden makuuhuoneen, kahden kylpyhuoneen huoneisto nukkuu mukavasti jopa kuuteen.

IkÀÀn kuin aurinkoiset pÀivÀt merellÀ tai uima-altaalla eivÀt olisi tarpeeksi, tÀmÀ huoneisto on vain lyhyen ajomatkan pÀÀssÀ vilkkaasta Lahainan kaupungista ravintoloita, baareja ja ostosmahdollisuuksia varten. Kadun toisella puolella huoneistoa on paikallisen viljelijÀn markkinat, samoin kuin kahvila, josta voit noutaa. Suuntaa Black Rockiin katsomaan uskomattoman kallion sukellusseremoniaa, joka tapahtuu iltaisin. Maailmanluokan golf on saatavana vain lyhyen ajomatkan pÀÀssÀ, Honokowai Beach Park on aivan vieressÀ, leikkipaikka lapsille, ja snorkkeli- ja merivarusteita voi vuokrata tien toisella puolella.

Maui in July

The view from the patio was breathtaking. We spent both morning and evening enjoying the view and the sound of the ocean. The access to the beachfront from this condo is unbeatable. My family, rented snorkel equipment across the street from the condo (extraordinarily convenient) and snorkeled out in front of the condo many of the 10 days we were in Maui. Our family come from a much cooler climate, and even though the condo did not have AC, many fans were provided for the sleeping areas that kept it comfortable at night.

Ignore the outside appearance

The curb appeal of this place is not good. However, the interior of this condo was nice. There is definitely no beach but there is one next door and all over the island so that was not an issue. Since this is located next to a public park/beach, there is always going to be that “noise”. That being said the interior was great. Good size kitchen with all the items to cook. Remember that this is not an air b&b so don’t expect much of anything in the line of seasonings but that was not an issue for us. Wash n dryer in the unit were extremely useful. The view and the sounds of waves crashing were amazing. I was pleasantly surprised the they had a small first aid kit that came in handy. This unit was well stocked with towels, TP, ironing board and iron, soap for dishes and laundry. There is also a lot within walking distance: food trucks/restaurants, coffee shops, souvenirs/shopping, ABC store, grocery store and bars. We would book this place again.

Amazing!!

Breathtaking views! Very clean inside. Easy check in and out. Loved the location with walking distance to shops/food and park next door. Didn't need a/c in March. All appliances worked great. In room washer and dryer. Exterior building and garden area are a bit run down but the unit was updated and very nice, we were pleasantly surprised upon entering! Will definitely be staying again soon!

Great location and clean!

Location: great beach front property! There are elevators, which made it easy to get to the 4th floor. Great Fish Market across the street! The neighborhood is quiet for the most part. Only encountered issues on the last night with a group of boys/men hanging by the pool/beach area talking loudly at 1am. Home: Very clean, no smells, provided plenty of towels, and extra toilet paper. The beds were comfortable and plenty of pillows and extra blanket and sheets if needed. Refrigerator worked properly and ice machine works well. Room for improvement: I wish there were beach chairs or an umbrella for use during the stay. That was the only thing missing! Would def stay here again!!

Paki Maui 423

Location, location, location!!! If you don't love this location, then you want the higher priced more expensive life style. Honokowai is terrific, busy but not crowded, and close to all the important attractions in West Maui. Paki Maui is literally walking distance to shopping and eating. The condo itself was very comfortable, with no big issues. It took an extra call, but the two twin beds were pushed together to create a second king bed for the other room. The sofa couch needs replacing, as it is old and dingy. If you care where you sleep, you would not want to sleep on it. We didnt have to. The TV was very hard to operate, but that was a lesser concern. The views are outstanding, the kitchen was good, there were fans everywhere, and we slept very well. I would go back to Paki Maui and this unit for sure.

Not what was listed

The beach access was blocked off, the carpet was filthy, there was no dryer, the washer was broken, and no A/C! If these things were notified to us we would’ve changed our place of stay from the get go! If they were fixed we would stay again. The view in this room is amazing. We are so sad it didn’t work out. Not happy we had to spend more money to go to another place to get what we thought we were getting from the begging!

Vacasa Is Horrible

Will not rent another property that Vasasa is manager of. Washer was broke when we got there. They either would not respond or kept saying our local team will contact you, which they never did. Four of us with no clean towels during our stay and a pile of laundry when we left

Wonderful view!

The views from the lanai were amazing. We ate all our breakfasts from the lanai and could easily spend hours watching for whales, dolphins, turtles, etc. Bring your binoculars! Great location - a short drive to shopping and dining in Kaanapali and Lahaina. The condo was clean, exactly as pictured, and easy to access. The checkout process was refreshingly minimal, compared to some others that we’ve experienced lately. The only (minor) cons: We could only find one spare bath towel, which seemed odd since we were there for 9 days. There were no light cleaning supplies (broom or windex) which would have been helpful to clean the glass tables/countertops and sweep up any sand that inevitably gets tracked in. The pool is not heated which is probably fine during most of the year but it was definitely too cold to get in during December. Overall, we would definitely recommend this condo to friends and family and would stay here again!

Great Option for a Maui Family Vacation

This cute place was just what we needed. It was remodeled and really clean. It was just a short drive to the best snorkling on Maui. Lahaina was also a short drive. Amenities (grocery, take out restaurants, ABC Store) were all close by. Ocean view, sunsets and an occasional turtle spotting were plentiful!

Amazing views and location!

Thank you for sharing your wonderful place with us! We spent 2 weeks and enjoyed every minute! We couldn't get enough of the view and the beautiful sounds of the ocean. Butterflies fluttered around us in the morning while we drank our coffee on the deck! We loved being close to amazing beaches and the kids loved the pool! Would definitely stay here again!

The condo lived up to our expectations! The pictures did not do it Justice. This was our 2nd stay at Paki Maui, but 1st time in 423. The view was spectacular. The weather could have cooperated a bit more but we had a beautiful day of mostly sunny half thru our 8 days. (Just in time for our Anniversary!). Highly recommend Paki Maui 423! Ken and Mary

Excellent Home by the Water

I don't often leave a review, but this home was exactly what the wife and I needed to truly relax. Can't get better than falling asleep to the sound of the ocean and have easy access to the west side of Maui (highly recommend you rent a car of you stay here!). The Unit was big enough to easily fit additional couple and the pool/hot tub made for easy days without going anywhere. This home will definitely be remembered and I hope to go back soon!

Dreamy!

We are a family of 4 (includes a teen & toddler). This place was perfect for all of us! The snorkeling, playground next door, hot tub & heated pool. The pool is directly below the balcony so I wondered about that but the sound of the waves is louder and the pool closes at 930. I’m a super light sleeper and we kept the balcony doors all open, it was no issue at all. I asked my family their favorite thing and they said the view, and it’s spaciousness. It’s also nicely furnished. I wouldn’t hesitate to come back and almost didn’t want to leave a review because I wanted to keep it as a secret for myself 😂 we will have to travel to other islands next time but this place makes me want to come back every year!! I will recommend it to anybody traveling to Maui. Thanks for sharing this place!

Wonderful view from living room and from the master bedroom. Two balconies with plenty of seating. Very clean. No AC but we kept the sliding doors open at night. We could hear the ocean. The back bedroom had some noise from the road, parking lot and walkway but it wasn’t too bad. The master had some noise from the pool below at night and one night from the park next door. Overall, we found it to be a comfortable home base for our outings. Short drive to Whalers Village, Lahaina and other destinations. We snorkeled right outside of the condo a few times. The condo had beach towels, one chair and an umbrella. Grocery store, some restaurants and food trucks nearby. We would stay again.

Dirty and needs updating

Good checkin. Very dirty. Fur growing on ceiling fans, curtains are filthy, carpets are disgusting, chairs on balcony old and uncomfortable, all cabinetry is dirty and sticky. Kitchen utensils and glassware need replacing. Location is great, views are amazing,

Large condo with stunning views

This is our 2nd time in this condo and it fits our family well. It is large than you will find in most condos on the island, clean and well appointed. The view for whale watching is amazing. Please be aware the hot tub and pool are directly below, as well as a local park right next door so the noise can be a bit, but nothing too bad. The pool/hot tub close at 9:30p and the park is only a bit loud on weekend nights. At least the locals play good music for their parties and such. :) There is no beach but decent beginner snorkeling right out front. Rentals right across the street for gear. Take a quick drive up to Kapalua and eat at Miso Phat Sushi. Delicious and Fresh. Hike the Village and Coastal Trails at Kapalua. A great location to get away from it all.
