Located in a prime position near some of the best beaches in Jervis Bay! 

The Lookout is a stunning beachfront reserve holiday home nestled between Nelsons Beach and Blenheim Beach.

This beautifully designed, modern 4 bedroom first floor duplex with double garage, features only the highest quality fittings and fixtures. 

Enjoy making holiday memories with family and friends while entertaining in the large well equipped kitchen and dining area or relaxing in the bright and airy lounge area with comfy lounges, wifi, and ducted conditioning or opens up and enjoy the fresh air on large rear undercover entertaining area with BBQ and plenty of space for everyone to gather for meals.  

There is also a 2nd T.V room with a sofa bed and toys to help keep the kids entertained.

Enjoy your ultimate escape in the heart of Jervis Bay with an array of outdoor activities like swimming, snorkeling, paddle boarding or just laying on the white sands of Nelsons Beach all within walking distance from your front door.

Only minutes from the world renowned Hyams Beach and the very special Booderee National Park, as well as the neighbouring town of Huskisson where you can find many trendy cafes, restaurants, bars and boutique shopping.

There are a range of local activities to experience like the dolphin and whale watching, scuba diving and boat hire.

This property provides linen. Linen is sheets, pillowcases, bath towels and bath mats. (Portable cot and high chair available on request)

Off street parking and double garage parking.

There is a ground floor duplex which also sleeps 10 guests. If you have a larger group you can book both! The other duplex is called The Hideaway.

These premises are let for holiday purposes only. Belle Property Escapes Jervis Bay offers privately owned homes in residential areas for the purpose of family holidays or a relaxing getaway. They are NOT for use as "party venues", Offensive, loud or anti-social behaviour will not be tolerated, and such behaviour will result in immediate cancellation of your stay with no refund.

Superb property with excellent entertainment area
This property was clean, well equipped with a spacious kitchen and entertainment area out on the deck. We also hired the bottom house (the Hideaway) for additional accommodation which allowed the kids to play a bit of backyard cricket while we supervised from above. Overall a fantastic experience!

Absolutely wonderful! Thoughtfully and tastefully furnished. Everything that was required, and more, was available. Cleanliness was superb. Definitely 5 star accommodation. We will certainly choose to stay again and highly recommend this property.

A holiday-goers dream, Jervis Bay is boarded by two national parks and a marine park that’s teeming with playful sea life. On land, hiking and cycling trails lead to cliff-top lookouts and remote beaches. At the southern end of Jervis Bay is Booderee National Park, which has bushland and wildlife in abundance. And the beaches? They’re postcard-perfect (Murrays Beach or Greenpatch are our picks).

But there really is no better way to explore this beautiful part of the South Coast than by water. Wildlife cruises will take you around Jervis Bay Marine Park, which is a haven for bottlenose dolphins, fur seals, little penguins, and migrating whales.

The beaches around Jervis Bay are perfect in every way, with Hyams, Culburra, and Murray’s Beach boasting some of the regions’ finest. Swimming, kayaking, boating, fishing, and stand-up paddleboarding are a favourite pastime. And in season, whale watching is a must. For those who prefer to stay on land to watch these beauties, Point Perpendicular Lighthouse on the northern tip and Cape St George Lighthouse on the southern side, boast some of the best seats in the house.

Hugging the calm waters of Jervis Bay is a string of easy-going coastal towns. From Callala Beach to the north of the bay and Huskisson, Vincentia and Hyams Beach to the south, they’re all perfectly positioned to capitalise on the bay.

The towns themselves offer an unbeatable lifestyle. Seaside cottages and dreamy holiday homes are all within walking distance, not only to the beaches but also into the villages that cater well to the every day. Fresh from the trawler seafood and farmgate produce is a standout for the cafés, eateries, and restaurants that are sprinkled throughout. Pubs and wine bars sit alongside boutique shops and art galleries, and fresh produce markets are a regular fixture, bringing the regions finest to the shores.

With so much to do and explore around Jervis Bay, your best bet is to stay awhile and enjoy all that the region has to offer.
