Nestled right at the waters edge with great river rapid noises makes this the great escape. Open floor plan featuring 2 bedroom + bunk room & open loft & 2 baths. Relax on the wrap around decks & covered porches & gorgeous yard. Riverside fire pit area is a great place to roast marshmallows or swing & let your cares drift away. Step out of the finished basement to the hot tub deck with 2 hammocks.Located less than 5 min to McCaysville with great shopping & restaurants & 15 min to historic downtown Blue Ridge.

Please note there is a security camera recording located on the side of the cabin looking at the driveway.

Please note - prior to booking there is 25 years of age minimum requirement & must be the card holder and be present during entire stay and is strictly enforced. Driver's License will be required and requested for all bookings. Failure to meet minimum age requirement upon check-in guest will be evicted and will NOT be refunded for the entire stay.

Pet Policy: This property is dog-friendly for 1 to 2 dogs. Please reach out to us for breed/weight restrictions as well as dog maximums. Advance notice is required, and non-refundable pet fees of $30 per dog apply. Please note: without prior knowledge to Love rentals there will be a minimum of $400 and in some cases can be up to $1,000 so please ensure you advise us BEFORE you travel. Dog owner accepts full responsibility for the dog.

No Smoking of any kind is permitted in the property: If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $200.00 penalty fee.

This property offers a private hot tub.

We provide a complimentary starter set of paper products, toiletries and linens. Additional items will be the guest’s responsibility to purchase.

Review for the Pet Parents
We had a wonderful time staying at this cabin with our two dogs. We are dog parents and wanted to celebrate our ten year anniversary as a family and were able to do so here. The only downfall was that the yard was not maintained and our little dog was getting lost in the grass/weeds, it was a little frustrating. BUT, overall, we had a wonderful stay and I was a wonderful location for us. There is a brand new dog park right across the bridge into Tennessee (but the park is still in Georgia, you just have to cross over the bridge) and my husband was able to go fly fishing there early in the morning and caught a good number of trout, so the location was great for us! It would be beneficial to have a truck or suv with 4 wheel drive (we needed it a few times because of the rainy weather). But, it would be difficult getting bigger trucks back there (dual rear wheels). We had our Chevy 2500 (single rear wheel) and it was very tight getting past a concrete retaining wall on one side of the drive way and a steep hill on the other side. If you do bring dogs, please be mindful, a couple of their toys went under the cabinets (they are elevated) and when we went to get them out, we noticed there was rat poison back against the wall for rodent control. Just make sure if you have little dogs that you do not let them go under the counters/cabinets. There is also a vet just about 5 minutes away just in case anything happens to your sweet pup, which gave us peace of mind.

Winter break
The setting was beautiful and very quiet. The house was great but the bathrooms were smaller than appeared in the pictures. Bathroom situation was a little tight for 10 people. Other than that we loved it and had a great time!!!

Great location. Many nice amenities. We brought personal stuff that we didn't need. Loved the river, fishing, fire pit and swings. Would love to return in August for the full outdoor experience. Very pleased. Thank you.
