Village Square 353 is a beautifully decorated 780 sq ft, 1 Bedroom, 1 Bath that Sleeps up to 6 people. The Bedroom has a queen size bed and a set of bunk beds, while the living room is equipped with a queen sofa sleeper plus a day bed in the enclosed balcony. Amenities in this condominium include a Gas burning Fireplace, two smart TVs, Free WiFi and a Full Size Kitchen. This condo is just a short 2 minute walk to the American Eagle lift and has perfect views of Copper Mountain. Village Square 353 is ideal for anyone looking for a nicely appointed accommodation within the heart of Copper Mountain's Center Village and its numerous shops, restaurants and amenities. | Summit County Colorado Short Term Rental Permit #STR21-02184| One parking space per condo available on-site. Overflow parking may be available. Contact the rental management company to request a parking permit for overflow parking. Great location, BUDGET rental
Rating Details: The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Elevators were out the entire stay, and the building was last updated sometime in the 70’s. That being said if you want to prioritize location, the condo is a short walk from center village

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Staying in Copper's Center Village is always great. The location couldn't be better. Having direct access to nearby restaurants, shops and walking just 100 yards to the lift, can't be beat. That being said, this condo and the amenities are dated. They area in the process of getting the elevators replaced/fixed, so the left one never worked and the one on the right only worked sometimes. We frequently had to carry all our gear up and down the stairs. The condo unit itself needs updated. the furniture is dated and the bathroom is awkward and tiny. The room as a bunk bed and double bed. Not super comfortable for an adult couple with no kids. The couch is a pull-out sleeper, thus really hard and super uncomfortable to sit on. Otherwise, the condo was fine, and it was clean. It was easy to find the Copper Vacations office. We came after hours so our information was in their box outside. Easy to find. Easy to get to the condo and to park. The parking attendant app did not work for us. We tried to contact Copper Vacations, but it's impossible to get ahold of anyone between the hours of 5 pm and 9 am. So, I emailed them, but didn't hear back until the next morning. Check out was a breeze, they didn't require us to perform a long list of duties, like some other services do. Overall, we had a nice stay. Again, the location can't be beat.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The information we were provided prior to check-in was excellent, and check-in was easy. We used the kitchen a lot, and there was sufficient supplies for us. Be aware that the elevators might not work consistently, and on a busy day there might not be garage parking. Also, the "mattress" on the top bunk was a foam pad that was so thin we could feel the bunk slats beneath it. The management company offered an air mattress as a replacement. We understand they had limitations. For the price we were paying, we expected more from this rental.

Ski vacation
Property was nice. The TV’s were very difficult for us to operate. We would appreciate instructions on how to operate the TV’s. Monday evening, the college football national championship was on and we were unable to watch it in the condo. The TV said “weak signal” for ESPN. Very disappointing.
