Luxury West Coast Creekside Guesthouse (Entire *NEW House)

Skiing, Hiking, Biking, Paddle boarding, Relaxing, and Shopping…All the things you can do on the Northshore. We Are located in the heart of beautiful North Vancouver. Enjoy this very private brand new architecturally designed modern Coach House on the creek. A few blocks from Lonsdale Ave where you can enjoy coffee shops, great restaurants, shopping and local breweries. 30 seconds to Wagg Creek Trail and Mahon Creek Park. Our North Shore Mountains are only minutes away where you can ski, hike or bike the trails. In the summer grab one of our paddleboards and head down to the ocean. A perfect escape!

Our guest house is just over 1000 sq feet. It’s a private 2 story, 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom furnished house. The Kitchen is fully stocked to make your stay feel like home. You will also have basic ingredients like oil, salt, pepper, basic herbs, coffee, cream, tea. Enjoy our new full-size GE fridge, stove, and dishwasher. We have also included a full-size washer/dryer in case you need to do some laundry while you're here.

We have 2 "smart" TVs with most of the streaming services. One TV is in the master bedroom and the other one is in the living room. You can also use the secure high-speed wifi for all your work/browsing needs.

Our laneway home has 2 bedrooms which both have 5* Endy mattresses for a comfortable night's rest.

The 1st bedroom (on the main floor) is a bright, relaxing room with a vaulted ceiling and lots of windows. It has a queen bed, a large closet, and a chest of drawers.

The 2nd bedroom "master" has a floor of its own where you can stretch out in the king-size bed and relax. The room has high vaulted ceilings and a walk-in closet. It has its own private ensuite with a large walk-in shower and double vanity. The french doors in the room open to a balcony that looks out into the creek behind our house. There is plenty of room to sit and have your morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. The room also has a smart TV so you can retreat to the bedroom and stream your favourite shows.

On the main floor is the bright and large 2nd washroom where you will find a shower/tub. This one is located across the hall from the 2nd bedroom.

The main living space is an open concept. The living room is set up for you to watch your favourite shows, stay in for a movie night, read a book, or look out the beautiful window at the trees.

We designed the laneway home with privacy in mind. Every window was designed to give the most light with the greatest amount of privacy.

If you are travelling with your family let us know as we have lots of the essentials you may need.

You can get to our guesthouse by bus, foot, taxi or uber. We are centrally located so access to our property is easy.
We can help you with any questions you may have about how to get here.
Also because of where we are located, you don't need a car, everything is accessible by foot or bus.
We are within walking distance of banks, coffee shops, grocery stores, restaurants, and bakeries.

Check-in anytime after 3 pm. There's a keypad for you to gain access to the house.

There is one parking spot at the guest house in the lane.
The 2 surrounding streets to the guest house have free parking for extra cars.

We have just finished building our guest house and look forward to welcoming you to our new space.

We also live on the property. We are a family of 5 and have 1 dog (named Koda). Our house is separate from the guest house and your privacy is imperative to us. However, should you need anything during your trip please let us know. We want your trip to be as seamless and relaxing as possible.

If you are travelling with children we have a park that is a 2 min. walk away. In the summer they turn on a splash pad for the littles.

There's lots of storage for skis or bikes. So if you are bringing them please let us know ahead of time so we can organize space accordingly.
We have pickleball racquets for the courts around the corner, and a paddleboard. Please inquire in advance.
