There is plenty of room to spread around the house. The main floor features the living room with a breakfast table and TV, a large dining room off the well-appointed kitchen, a sitting room with a TV and a half bathroom. The upper floor features two guest rooms (one with a queen and one with 2 singles), a full guest bathroom and the primary bedroom suite with a queen bed and ensuite full bathroom. Above the garage and accessible by an outdoor staircase or a passageway through the primary bedroom closet is the fourth bedroom, with 1 queen and 2 single beds and an ensuite full bathroom. All 4 bedrooms have ductless AC units, as well as the first floor living room and den.
A short 2 mile drive brings you to one of the most magnificent and sought after villages on Cape Cod. Chatham is famous for its boutique shops and 5 star restaurants among many other natural attractions. You may even catch some of its notable residents in the village while visiting!
Pool is open and heated 5/15/24 to 10/15/24. Sat to Sat, 7 night minimum rentals only during the peak season. Weekly stays with check in/out on any day in the shoulder and off seasons. Tenants provide their own linens and towels. Subject to applicable taxes and fees.
