Nyt varaus vuodelle 2020!

Kaunis, tilava ja iloinen 5 makuuhuoneen, 4 ½ kylpy kotiin, jossa on 3 mukavaa tasoa asuintilaa. Sijaitsee kauniissa, pohjimmainen Nantucket naapurustossa tiili jalkakäytävillä ja pikku aitauksia. Sisältää yksityisen tenniskenttiä, klubitalon, uima-altaan ja leikkipaikan. Talossa on avoin pohjaratkaisu, jossa on tilavat istuimet olohuoneessa, ruokailutila ja suuri keittiö keskellä saarta. 1. kerroksessa on myös erillinen ruokailuhuone ja oma tv-huone / salonki kirjoilla, leluilla, peleillä ja DVD-levyillä sekä Wii-videopelijärjestelmällä. Takaovet avautuvat omaan terassiin, jossa on mukavat istuimet, grillausmahdollisuus ja suuri, hyvin hoidettu takapiha, jossa on täynnä pihapelejä ja rannatarvikkeita. 2. kerroksessa on 4 makuuhuonetta: 2 king-sviittiä, joissa on kunnostetut kylpyammeet, 1 makuuhuone, jossa kaksi kaksoset, ja 1 makuuhuone, jossa kaksi erillistä ja kerrossänky sekä erillinen kunnostettu kylpyamme. Upouusi 3. kerroksessa on king master suite ja kylpyamme. Pehmustettu vuodevaatteet ja kylpypyyhkeet tarjotaan. Tämä koti sopii erinomaisesti yhdelle tai kahdelle perheelle! 2 kilometriä rantoja, 2 kilometriä kaupunkiin, helppo pääsy saari bussi ja pyörätiet.

We enjoyed Jeremy’s lovely, comfortable and spotless vacation home. My family was very happy with our visit to Nantucket. Plenty of bedrooms for all, plenty of beach accessories for both adults and kids. The kitchen was well stocked, beautiful deck and yard and lovely area. We truly enjoyed our visit!

Amazing stay at Jeremy's beautiful home!!! 10/10! The house was perfect for our large family. It was clean and spacious and had all the amenities we could need. The Naushop pool, playground and tennis court access was an added bonus. Jeremy was very responsive and a pleasure to talk to. We are looking forward to renting this house again in the future!

Awesome All Around

Plenty of space for my family of 7. All beds were very comfortable. Everyone had privacy given the separate bathrooms. We took advantage of the community pool, tennis and pickle ball-all great! Easy access to bike paths; we biked to town, Sconset and Madaket. Can walk or bike to tasty coffee shops and bakery—no long lines at these places. Communication with host is terrific; Jeremy is kind, reasonable and supportive. Would rent again without hesitation.

Lovely home to entertain

We were a couple with 8 people in total; 4 17-18yr old girls and my 80yr old parents. House was great for entertaining with its open concept kitchen/dining/family room and outside deck with big grill. Neighborhood was so lovely, clubhouse pool with updated facilities. House had all that we needed & more! Dyson blow dryers in every bathroom. We never had an issue. Jeremy was very responsive and accommodating with my requests. We were able to store our luggage since we arrived hours before checkin.

Great multi generational family home

Beautiful home which easily accommodated our 3 generation family. It was clean, well supplied with amenities, shed with all beach needs. The outdoor clubhouse was great! We had an awesome vacation.

Fantastic experience

The perfect family stay! We brought my father in law here for his 70th bday and had the best time. Pictures on line do not do the property justice. House was beautiful and completely stocked with everything you need and want. The neighborhood was fantastic and meticulously kept Jeremy was an incredible host and went above and beyond to make sure we had a wonderful stay!

Great Host and Beautiful Home!

We really enjoyed our stay during the summer of 2018! The home is very spacious and well-kept. The lawn and patio area was a great addition that we routinely used during our stay. Jeremy was a great host and was able to answer questions quickly in addition to be proactive about our rental. Can’t imagine a better place to stay on Nantucket

I’m starting to lose track, but I think this was our 5th consecutive summer renting this home. We love the house and the owner and can’t imagine a nicer place to stay on Nantucket. Everything about the house is thoughtful, from it’s location central to everything, to it’s mix of bedrooms with king and twin beds, many bathrooms, gorgeous deck and private backyard, and comfortable, well stocked kitchen, family room, and front room. We hope a stay at this home will be part of our family summers for years to come.

Magical vacation and a wonderful owner!

Beautiful, spotless, nicely appointed house in a great location (only 2 miles to town along a great bike path!) The house itself is lovely, with beautiful new bathrooms and comfortable bedding, and the well manicured, hydrangea-plenty backyard feels super private and lush. Jeremy, the owner, was so easy to work with, and responded to questions almost immediately. We don't know how our week could have been better, and look forward to booking again. Thank you!

6th summer in a row renting this house

This was our 6th summer in a row renting this house - we absolutely love it. The layout of the house — with three rooms with king beds and en-suite bathrooms plus two rooms with twins that share a hall bath - makes it very comfortable for two families with kids. The private deck and manicured back yard are glorious for coffee in the morning or cocktails in the evening while watching the kids toss a ball in the back yard. The house itself is lovely, and it’s located in a super pretty neighborhood that’s well situated to easily get anywhere on the island. The house is very well maintained and stocked with supplies, and the owner couldn’t be nicer or easier to work with. Our stay is always the highlight of our summer, and we look forward to it all year!

Beautiful home with thoughtful touches and idyllic back yard -- Nantucket at its best!

This was our second year staying at this wonderful home in Naushop -- we had loved it last year and were thrilled to be back. As before, the house was absolutely beautiful, perfectly cleaned, and full of thoughtful touches that made our stay easier. (The house has beach towels, chairs, and beach toys, a beautiful en suite beautiful bathroom in each of the three king rooms, and is even stocked with hand soap, paper towels, and TP -- so no need to worry about lugging all of that across on the ferry.) We spent hours on the new deck that opens on the idyllic back lawn that's fenced and rimmed with hydrangea and other plants, and enjoyed the new outdoor shower as well. Jeremy, as always, was super communicative and easy to work with. We can't wait to come back!

Perfect place for Family Reunion!!

This house has everything you need for a perfect vacation! The location, the amenities, and size is great for a large group of people. The bedrooms are large, plenty of ensuite bathrooms. The living space was fabulous - room to either eat inside with a large party or on the large deck. The backyard is huge! The kitchen is totally equipped. The shed has plenty of beach chairs, boogie boards, a soft top surfboard, and corn hole! and even beach towels!! Not sure if this is typical but the house was totally stocked with TP, paper towels, laundry detergent, cleaning products, baggies, etc. (I had brought my own as I had not expected this). Jeremy was always available by text if we had any questions. Hope to rent this place again. :)

The perfect Nantucket experience!

We have stayed in this lovely home a few times in the last two years, and hope to continue making it our home-away-from-home for a week or two every summer. We vacationed here with extended family, and 11 of us fit very comfortably. Five children (age range 3-15) had plenty of space to play inside (parlor is stocked full of books, games, and a Wii system) and outside (shed contains yard games, beach toys, chairs, umbrellas, etc.). The kitchen has all the necessary cookware and appliances, and there is plenty of comfortable seating downstairs. The bedrooms are luxurious! Two king master suites are hard to find in Nantucket, not to mention a third (queen) master suite. We appreciated the room darkening blinds that we could pull down for sleeping in and raise for the daytime. We also enjoyed the AC - many older homes in Nantucket don't have AC, but with kids it's a must for us! Also, whenever we rent a home, one of my biggest worries is the standard of cleanliness. The best thing about this house is how clean and fresh everything was. The bedding and towels seemed new, the walls were freshly painted, the bathrooms were spotless. Each time we've rented this home, we think it can't get any better next time, but we are surprised to see yet more improvements. I believe the owners are now completely renovating all three bathrooms on the second floor in time for summer 2018. The owners have been responsive and easy to work with. Nantucket itself is a magical place. The beaches are beautiful, and we love walking around town, shopping, admiring the yachts, and frequenting our favorite restaurants (Nautilus and Queequegs in town, Fusaro's near the house, and the Summer House Bistro right on the beach). It's nice to come back "home" to a quiet neighborhood at night and walk around the little streets. It's also nice to have the heated pool, tennis courts and playground just a short walk away - I think the Naushop neighborhood is one of the only spots on island with these amenities. My son enjoys being so close to the bike path. The kids also enjoy the backyard of this house - it's quite large and great for a game of soccer or whiffle ball. Our rental was well-worth the price.

Beautiful Home Perfect Location!

This home has plenty of beds for two families and is updated and clean. The bed linens are super soft. The kitchen and family room are open for everyone to gather when your not at the beach! Close to town and beaches.

Wonderful vacation home!

This is the 3rd summer that our extended family has stayed at this wonderful home while on Nantucket! The house is beautiful, wonderful amenities, extremely clean and well kept. The owner is great to work with as well! Naushop offers a swimming pool, tennis courts and pickle ball - great for families. We are thankful that we found it!

Ack-cellent Nantucket getaway

Perfect spot for a family getaway. Amazing spot for three families, 9, people to spend a week. We loved the large back deck for coming dinner on the grill and hanging out reading with our coffee in the morning. Centrally located so it’s easy to get anywhere on the island. Loved that 3 Ways ice cream shop is in walking distance. We just can’t say enough about how great our stay was at this house.

Great Property, Responsive Owner

Our stay at this property was great. We traveled with our 3 kids, and there was plenty of room, fun toys and books, the kitchen was well-stocked, the beach toys and chairs were great, the shed had enough room to store the bikes we rented, and the linens were nice. The owner, Jeremy, was incredibly responsive and helpful. We had a great stay, highly recommend!
