The Space:
This 1,704 sq. ft. townhome is perfect for families with kids traveling together to the vacation capital of the world! You'll have Disney practically on your doorstep and a wonderful corner townhome with golf course views to enjoy when not at the parks. Plus, you'll be conveniently located within minutes of major superstores like Walmart, grocery stores, restaurants, bars, and cafes, shopping centers, and outlet malls. It’s sure to be a fantastic getaway to the Florida tropics!

- PRIVATE BACK PATIO LOUNGE with an expansive golf course view. It’s the corner townhome so you’ll have no neighbors on one side and nothing but lush tropical landscape and green! There’s an outdoor dining table, cushioned seating, sun lounge chairs and a sun umbrella. Soak up the Florida sunshine and relax here anytime!

- A wonderful DINING area with a table to seat up to 8 comfortably for a sit-down meal. There are also 4 chairs at the KITCHEN ISLAND/BREAKFAST BAR.

- FULLY-EQUIPPED KITCHEN with quality appliances and all you'd need to prepare meals at home. There are the extras too, like a COFFEE MAKER maker for the morning perk-ups and a BLENDER for the evening cocktails. Even a DISHWASHER for easy clean up!

- 3 BEDROOMS, all upstairs, and 2 FULL BATHROOMS, plus a half bath in the home to accommodate 6 guests as such:

Getting Around:
It’s very easy to get around the area as the neighborhood leads you out to two major highways. The townhome is 27 miles | 43 km from the Orlando International Airport (MCO) and is located inside the Reunion Resort community.

Other Things to Note:
**PLEASE NOTE, this property does not have access to Encore at Reunion Resort Community Amenities nor the Water Park onsite.**

The pool heating service is only available from November to the end of April.

There is no daily housekeeping service but a mid-stay cleaning service can be requested for an additional fee. Please let us know in advance so we can coordinate.


We provide a few essentials to make you feel more at home when you arrive like paper towels, dish sponge, dish detergent, trash bags in all trash cans, and a roll of toilet paper, hand soap, shampoo, and conditioner. These items however are not replenished. When you run out, you’ll have to buy more.

Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.

A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.

Early check in subject to availability with an additional fee.

HOUSE RULES
- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
- No smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) is allowed inside the home, and the use of any recreational drugs on the premises is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty.
- No parties or events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise won't be tolerated. No loud music is allowed after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed. No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if such is needed after their stay.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of checking in or during your stay.
- Please avoid moving furniture.
- Pets are not allowed.

Interaction with Guests:
You can check yourself in using the electronic keypad on the door. The home is located in a community that provides 24/7 guard-gated security. All the access codes and information to gain entry will be provided 24 hours before your arrival.
