Situated in beautiful Mt Martha, this luxurious property is sure to please. Emanjay is a luxurious 4 bedroom villa perched on the cliff above Mt Marth's South beach and one of the best swimming spots on the bay.
Relax on the huge deck with a long lazy alfresco lunch. Take a dip in the over sized dead sea mineral spa while gazing out at the sparkling waters to the Melbourne skyline in the distance and huge sweeping views of the bay in the foreground - who needs the hot springs?!
If you can tear yourself away from the view, the crystal clear waters of the bay are just a very short stroll along a path which leads directly down to the beach from the back deck.
A high chair, porta-cot and fold out change table are available for young families with baby gates that can be attached to the top and bottom of the stairs.
Spoilt for choice
The over sized living area has wonderful comfy couches in which to laze in front of the open fire and a huge TV and a sound system.
The open plan dining area with seating for 10 overlooks a magnificent fully fitted gourmet kitchen with stainless steel Bosch appliances and a walk in pantry.
There is a 2nd living area/theatre room on the ground floor with a large TV and DVD and video player, plus a sofa bed which sleeps 2.
On the second level there are 4 bedrooms.
The master bedroom has a queen bed, an ensuite with a shower and a double sink.
There are a further 3 queen bedrooms, 2 of which have very cute day beds, a perfect spot to curl up with a good book.
All bedrooms have their own split system air-conditioning/heating systems.
The family bathroom on this level has a bath and separate shower. The spare toilet next door enjoys arguably the best toilet view on the Peninsula!
The separate laundry has a washing machine and dryer plus a 2nd bar fridge. (There is an additional fridge in the garage)
Next to the laundry there is a 3rd bathroom with a shower.
If you have come in from the beach why not rinse off in the elegant outdoor shower by the spa?!
There is a hidden courtyard at the side of the house which catches the afternoon sun and a small romantic seating area for 2. The BBQ is in this area.
There is ample parking for 3 cars.

While primarily a property intended for families to enjoy, we will consider quiet groups where the guests are over the age of 25.
Parities, gatherings and events of any kind are illegal at this and all other holiday rental properties on the Mornington Peninsula.
Emanjay is STRICTLY NO PETS.
Please note this property is NOT pet friendly and not suitable for Schoolies or University aged groups.
For security and insurance purposes, there are security cameras at the rear, in the garage and at the front of the house.
We are required to make you are aware of some local rules that apply to all short term rentals on the Mornington Peninsula, these include:
- No parties, gatherings or events.
- No loud or aggressive behaviour.
- Guests must only park onsite.
- Outdoor areas cannot be used between 11pm and 7am
- Neighbours have the right to call the property manager if they feel any of the rules are being broken or guests behaviour is impacting them, to which the property manager must respond immediately.
- Failure to comply with the local shire rules will result in termination of the rental agreement and guests will be required to leave immediately.
